AVOID AVOID AVOID - Horrible Quality and NO Customer Service
Multiple orders with crooked and off center designs. Customer service arguing that it's "ok" and "industry standard" to be crooked and off center.

They reprinted all our "bad" orders only to miss promised deadlines and we then received reprints that were just as bad, if not worse, than the original. When we contacted they were again argumentative and were less than interested in helping the issue. We sent over 20 images and they still were argumentative.

They make no effort to please customers, they only want the sale. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Products used:

I chose a shirt that claimed no minimum…size chart is not even close to correct!
BEWARE!
I chose a shirt that claimed "no minimum quantity" required, NOT TRUE! I had to buy 3. I received the shirts, and they are too small!
The sleeve is barely 14", the sizing chart shows it should be 15.5, the width shows it should be 22" and it is barely 20", the length shows 27 and it is not even 24" long? These have not even been washed, from what I am reading once they are washed, they shrink a lot!
I emailed their customer service about the issue and was pretty much told, sorry about your luck, we don't fix size problems. They did tell me I could order 3 more at 50% off?!?!? I spent $234.00 on 3 shirts that don't fit and a hoodie! Luckily, I ordered the hoodie in an extra-large, it doesn't fit like I would like, but it is do-able. I just won't be able to put it in the dryer.

These people are scammersThey advertise "custom T-Shirts, $2.97" on Google AdWordsThat turns out to be the price for a "custom" plain-white shirt with no text on itHow is that custom? Their customer service is well trained - basically they are defensive and say 'read the fine print'There is no fine print on Google Ads

This company is dishonest and horribleI called to order t-shirts for my daughters Sweet Sixteen partyThey negotiated a price with me and then called back and said they did not even have the shirts in stockThey offered a replacement shirt that was not the sameBecause this was the last day I could order to meet our deadline, I agreed and sent them my credit card informationThe next morning (after I missed the deadline for all other providers as well) they called and said that they wanted to increase the price over $150! They claimed they had no record of the original price given to me the day beforeTim the manager outright liedNow I am without the shirts for the eventThis company is HORRIBLE!

3rd deadlineWhile speaking with ***, he kindly suggested I email this letter directly to your attention.Upon my initial internal investigation, it was quickly brought to my attention that the complainant owns a business advertising fraud protection and benefits by promoting and publishing fraud complaints against reputable businessesBeyond the entirely inaccurate representation of law governing the processing of credit and debit cards, the self-interest and marketing motives seem to immediately place the claim under an unfortunate but indisputably dubious light.I feel it's relevant here to contrast this reputation and questionable motives with the undeniable and frankly hard-earned impeccable reputation of our organizationBased upon our many years of accredited service, our A+ Rating and many other independent awards, certifications and independently verified consumer reviews, I expect the Revdex.com is well aware of our consistent respect for our customers and the lawWe hold ourselves to a completely higher standard than that which is minimally required by law, viewing legal adherence as only a very basic standard and not a goal.Though confident in our team of professionals and notwithstanding my reservations regarding the self-promoting and marketing motivations of a "career complainant", with an open mind, I delved further into the claims presented to meMy goal was to honestly and transparently evaluate our accuracy in our long-held observations to law and service excellence to find if there were any possibilities of mishandling this issue.On the surface, the suggestion that retailers and e-commerce businesses of any sort (let alone organizations that create custom-made items to a customer's exact specifications) cannot legally charge for items, orders or services at the point of sale, prior to manufacturing, or even before shipping the purchased items, is entirely counter-intuitiveIn fact, they wouldn't even have technically been "purchased" in the first placeThis would create developmental and logistic issues with businesses in our established industry (custom apparel) and well beyond to all online businesses affecting everyone from small business to major retailers and would also negatively impact all consumersAll these businesses would only be able to offer receipts to customers and require a payment for an item after its shipping label was printed, adhered to a box and that box was physically placed on an independent carrier's vehicle out of their control ! Imagine the logistic nightmare caused as retailers and online businesses discovered if payment was actually made on items only as the *** truck pulled awayIt would driall consumer good prices as a result of the skyrocketing cost of loss and would leave people guessing as to when they will actually be charged for the item the thought they already bought.This stance frankly defies common sense and the best interest of businesses, consumers and governmentThey're would be enormous losses in sales tax and corporate income tax for the government, and losses to business which of course would ultimately be paid for by consumers in higher prices and less competition as smaller companies go out of business, not being able to withstand the enormous losses and technology investmentsCandidly, a consumer would have a more valid complaint stemming from their thinking they had more funds available to them (due to such an unreasonable delay in being accurately charged for their purchase of a day, week or month prior)There would be daily "surprises" in their bank accounts and charge bills as purchases from days and weeks prior just started to be applied when items were placed on delivery trucks from a warehouse somewhere.Though the claim was frankly contrary to my decades of professional experience and many years in ecommerce leadership, as well as my own expectations and experience as a consumer, I dedicated time to researching the legality of the claimant's assertionBelow are my findings.Findings:Upon further research, unsurprisingly, neither the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) nor the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA) governing the use of credit and debit cards respectively, establish any rules prohibiting businesses (retail, online or otherwise) from charging a credit or debit card at of course the moment of purchase, let alone at any time prior to shippingIn fact, these acts unanimously and specifically make points for allowing this very common and expected practice going so far as to establish permission for providers to charge at the point of sale (as expected and usually desired by consumers) and even assuming days for shipping where no timeframes are specified on a siteFurther, by any interpretation even days (which inherently is far outside even our slowest delivery option of two weeks) is still not a "maximum" timeframe providers are allowed to charge in advance of delivery.Before continuing, to be clear, our two-week free standard delivery, which is well advertised on our site, doesn't merely guarantee two-week "shipping"It guarantees that your custom-made special-ordered items (often highly varied and high volume) will be procured to your exact specifications, designed, optimized, customized (printed, etc.) and at your doorall within two weeks from your purchase date ! I recently used this company to produce shirts for a terminally ill co worker The funds we were raising were going toward the co worker to fly to Japan to hand deliver his cranes of hope The shirts were planned to be delivered on 10/5, but the His flight leaves on the 9/30th We desperately needed the funds and shirts to send him off on his big trip and hope for a miracle I reached out to Dennis A*** a project specialist and let him know what was needed He not only helped me schedule the order to get here faster, but he was able to take care of the costs to expedite the shipping I am so thankful for the help and for the great customer service His email replies were very quick and he was always very helpful in all the communication Thank you Dennis for all you help and support throughout the entire campaign

obscenities, asked to cancel order.4) Also on 3/11, one of our reps reached out to [redacted] to confirm cancellation, informed him that we'd refund the order right away, but that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back on his card due to bank processing time. [redacted] went on a tirade with more obscenities.I've attached the refund receipt, as well as the customers emails to us. We would like to have this complaint resolved and removed, if possible.Thank you, please let me know if you need anything else.
