These people are scammers. They advertise "custom T-Shirts, $2.97" on Google AdWords. That turns out to be the price for a "custom" plain-white shirt with no text on it. How is that custom? Their customer service is well trained - basically they are defensive and say 'read the fine print'. There is no fine print on Google Ads.

Review: I ordered tshirts for a event on 8/10 and spent 155.10 and did not receive product, I called and they said they delivered on 8/14 - I did not receive - I have called venodr many times

and I did sign something with UPS I did not receive product.

I advised my event is over and I would like my refund by phone and email - there is no resolution or reply back - they said they will reply and they do not.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded -

[redacted],

Just wanted to give you a quick recap of what [redacted] and I discussed.

- We shipped out the goods on time for her scheduled delivery date.

- UPS said they delivered the goods, but [redacted] never received them.

- Ongoing investigation with UPS for the lost package

She called me back yesterday (I’ve been trying to speak with her on the phone for a little while in order to discuss resolution). I do not want to keep her waiting anymore while we try to hash out what happened with UPS, so I offered to refund her in full ($155.10) as long as the complaint is revoked. She was informed that the refund will only be processed once we are notified by you (or somebody else from the Revdex.com) that the case is settled outside of the Revdex.com.

If you need anything else from me, please let me know.

Thank you,

Review: This business allows end users to design a tshirt onlineThey advertise that printing will not begin until the customer "proofs" their design workI submitted a rough design and discovered that the company immediately charged my credit card for the entire amount of my potential order days before the design was finalized or approved by meI received a call from a design representative, a [redacted], I thinkI explained that my understanding that it was against the law for an online business to charge a credit card before shipping out that item[redacted] agreed to relay my message and I confirmed a design change with [redacted]I received a call back from another person moments laterHe asked me what my issue wasI repeated that it is against the law to charge a credit card order before you have shipped the productI think Person #thought he could talk me out of my viewsI said I would contact the FTC and then he and his business could discuss the issue with themThen a [redacted] (if that is his real name) called meI repeated the same factual proposition: you charged my credit card long before my t-shirt design was finalized and long before anything had been shipped**[redacted] cut me off in mid-sentenceHe declared he was canceling my orderI started to say that is not the issue, it's your billing policy -- but **[redacted] hung up on meGreat customer service, **[redacted]Way to go in settling a customer dispute.Desired Settlement: rushordertees.com should follow the law and not charge for orders that have not been "proofed" and which have not been shipped

April 30, 2014Dear **[redacted]:I've reviewed the complaint submitted to your office and a follletter to **[redacted]I apologize for the delay, as I was just made aware of this and immediately made it my top priority to get a response to you before the May 3rd deadlineWhile speaking with **[redacted], he kindly suggested I email this letter directly to your attention.Upon my initial internal investigation, it was quickly brought to my attention that the complainant owns a business advertising fraud protection and benefits by promoting and publishing fraud complaints against reputable businessesBeyond the entirely inaccurate representation of law governing the processing of credit and debit cards, the self-interest and marketing motives seem to immediately place the claim under an unfortunate but indisputably dubious light.I feel it's relevant here to contrast this reputation and questionable motives with the undeniable and frankly hard-earned impeccable reputation of our organizationBased upon our many years of accredited service, our A+ Rating and many other independent awards, certifications and independently verified consumer reviews, I expect the Revdex.com is well aware of our consistent respect for our customers and the lawWe hold ourselves to a completely higher standard than that which is minimally required by law, viewing legal adherence as only a very basic standard and not a goal.Though confident in our team of professionals and notwithstanding my reservations regarding the self-promoting and marketing motivations of a "career complainant", with an open mind, I delved further into the claims presented to meMy goal was to honestly and transparently evaluate our accuracy in our long-held observations to law and service excellence to find if there were any possibilities of mishandling this issue. On the surface, the suggestion that retailers and e-commerce businesses of any sort (let alone organizations that create custom-made items to a customer's exact specifications) cannot legally charge for items, orders or services at the point of sale, prior to manufacturing, or even before shipping the purchased items, is entirely counter-intuitiveIn fact, they wouldn't even have technically been "purchased" in the first placeThis would create developmental and logistic issues with businesses in our established industry (custom apparel) and well beyond to all online businesses affecting everyone from small business to major retailers and would also negatively impact all consumers. All these businesses would only be able to offer receipts to customers and require a payment for an item after its shipping label was printed, adhered to a box and that box was physically placed on an independent carrier's vehicle out of their control ! Imagine the logistic nightmare caused as retailers and online businesses discovered if payment was actually made on items only as the [redacted] truck pulled awayIt would driall consumer good prices as a result of the skyrocketing cost of loss and would leave people guessing as to when they will actually be charged for the item the thought they already bought. This stance frankly defies common sense and the best interest of businesses, consumers and governmentThey're would be enormous losses in sales tax and corporate income tax for the government, and losses to business which of course would ultimately be paid for by consumers in higher prices and less competition as smaller companies go out of business, not being able to withstand the enormous losses and technology investmentsCandidly, a consumer would have a more valid complaint stemming from their thinking they had more funds available to them (due to such an unreasonable delay in being accurately charged for their purchase of a day, week or month prior)There would be daily "surprises" in their bank accounts and charge bills as purchases from days and weeks prior just started to be applied when items were placed on delivery trucks from a warehouse somewhere.Though the claim was frankly contrary to my decades of professional experience and many years in ecommerce leadership, as well as my own expectations and experience as a consumer, I dedicated time to researching the legality of the claimant's assertionBelow are my findings.Findings:Upon further research, unsurprisingly, neither the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) nor the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA) governing the use of credit and debit cards respectively, establish any rules prohibiting businesses (retail, online or otherwise) from charging a credit or debit card at of course the moment of purchase, let alone at any time prior to shippingIn fact, these acts unanimously and specifically make points for allowing this very common and expected practice going so far as to establish permission for providers to charge at the point of sale (as expected and usually desired by consumers) and even assuming days for shipping where no timeframes are specified on a siteFurther, by any interpretation even days (which inherently is far outside even our slowest delivery option of two weeks) is still not a "maximum" timeframe providers are allowed to charge in advance of delivery. Before continuing, to be clear, our two-week free standard delivery, which is well advertised on our site, doesn't merely guarantee two-week "shipping"It guarantees that your custom-made special-ordered items (often highly varied and high volume) will be procured to your exact specifications, designed, optimized, customized (printed, etc.) and at your doorall within two weeks from your purchase date ! "Wow" would be an appropriate response.Even under these extraordinarily demanding and lofty goals beyond retailers, we're well less than half the 30-day period cited as default under the aforementioned federal actsAs if this weren't enough, the acts actually go beyond defining this time to even specifically make exceptions for longer periodsThe 30-day period can be extended simply by the business advertising or publishing a longer oneFor example, you or I buy something on a website that of course, we pay for when we buyThe site or product page notes "items ship in days"This would be well within the parameters of the act as simply by stating this as their policy on that item, the seller is in adherence with the lawIn fact, it would not be until the sixty-first day that you or I would have even a mere basis to make a complaint as we knowingly purchased the item accepting the 60-day shipping termsEven then, the retailer we bought from may have sent us an email informing us there was a slight delay, which also is accounted for in the law as being perfectly legal. With consideration of the self-interested business and marketing motivations of the complainant as well as the law being very clearly lacking any support of the complainant's claims - and further, completely contrary to it - all in addition to our many-years of high-caliber reputation with the Revdex.com,I hope this matter can be closed and the questionably motivated, plainly illegitimate complaint may be kept off of our stellar and very valued A+ Revdex.com profile.Supplemental Consideration:Beyond the legal clarity and the Revdex.com's own assessment and A+ rating of our business, I also submit what in other settings would be referred to as "character references"These are the thousands of consumers and multiple independent certifications even beyond the highly respected and valued Revdex.com accreditation and rating. We maintain an "Elite" rating on the widely recognized Reseller Ratings (owned by [redacted]); Elite is the highest standard of that independent review siteWe also, have an "Excellent" rating on [redacted]Again, the highest standard of that well-regarded organization as wellBoth of these organizations have been endorsed by [redacted] for use by both businesses and consumers[redacted] even goes to the extent of pulling in and displaying the validated data from these sites into their own independent review service -[redacted] Reviews - and in their first page search results on their own globally leading search engine, where we also maintain a 4.8-star average from over a thousand independently validated reviewsNot to be undervalued, the other major players in the search engine space - [redacted] ([redacted]) and [redacted] - also recognize and codify these results and review sites as reputable, pulling in the data and reviews themselves into their own search results and ratings reports.Still more, we have over 13,[redacted] followers plus hundreds of [redacted] reviews and ratings also earning a high 4.5+ star averageThis is in addition to the literally thousands of customers who post overwhelmingly satisfied messages on our page and even share photos of their happy families and groups in their custom-printed t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etcEven just yesterday a police department posted their photos and thanked us for our work. The reviews and ratings on [redacted] and the above referenced independent review sites are all ones over which we have no controlIn fact, all reviews on the prior two services are those of verified customers -both online and by phone - and are completely unfiltered.I hope all this information, care and transparency are valuable and serve as reminders of the incredibly high standard to which we hold ourselvesWe place a very high value on the mutual respect of our partnership with the Revdex.com and always welcome your feedback and evaluation. Please do not hesitate to connect for any additional information that may contribute to your reviewI am available by email and phone as well as by mobile and very much welcome your feedbackYour time and consideration are genuinely appreciated.Thank you,
