Pristine Pools

Pristine Pools opened my pool on June 6, 2025. They continued to service my pool until July 18, 2025. In this time period they left my pool green from algae. They said they would do a green to clean service but they never added the correct chemicals to make the green algae go away. I kept giving them chances to get it right but they were unable to do so. I would not recommend them as a pool service. They took me for over $950 for this bad service during June 6 to July 18, 2025. They did show up once a week, but they didn't do their job right. This left me having to hire another pool company who came in and did a green to clean service for another $450. The first day they serviced my pool, within an hour after service the green algae color in my pool was gone. It cleared up and I have had a good looking pool from late July till October 12, 2025.
