We have sent the customer a UPS Return label The customer will receive an email from UPS within the next hours The label must be printed and attached to the shipping box The package can then be dropped at a local UPS drop box or UPS store Once the part is received back to GMPartsDirect.com then a credit will be processed for the full amount

We regret that the customer is not satisfied with their order All of our parts, including the part in question, are ordered directly from General Motors Transmitters shipped by General Motors are made in multiple locations including China, Canada and Mexico We cannot determine where General Motors manufactures the parts they send to us We have sent a UPS Return label to the customer (via email) which can be attached and returned via a UPS drop box or store Once the part is received by us the credit will be processed for the full amount

We have consulted this customer on the preferred resolution and therefore have cancelled the order and released the hold to the bank We apologize for the inconvenience

We have issued a prepaid UPS return label to the customer via email and will issue a refund once the part is returned Thank you for your patience

I am rejecting this response because: I already returned the item by USPS to the shipping address on product tracking#The reason being is because no one would answer emails, telephone or return messages in order to receive a return labelI received no response until I filed the complaint with Revdex.com

We apologize for the inconvenience This special order takes extra time to arrive at our facility On the morning of 7/we notified the customer that the parts had arrived that day and were ready to ship or we could cancel the order, the customer requested that we ship the parts
The package was processed for shipping at 2:30PM on 7/and the customer was sent a tracking number for the package We appreciate the customer's business and apologize for our lack of communication

We are sorry to hear that the customer did not receive the level of service that we desire The customer's order has been cancelled and the customer was never charged for the order as we do not charge for the order until it is shipped

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, as long as I do receive an immediate refund, which I still have not received.
