Kinda Blameless You Ask Me
I've played Prize Grab on & off for 5 years I've 'won" a $10 Amazon gift card, $50 Amazon gift card and here just 3 weeks ago a $12 Daily Dozen Cash Giveaway check! It was legit & I cashed in my contest check without any issues! The sweepstake website had my name, address & only my phone number from when 1st signed up so no need for further info like "stats" . So I find others who've stated issues of fraud kinda stupid. The only thing that has ever made me disappointed when my email address got hacked & I lost 330,880 entry points and had to start all over again but that was Yahoo back then I got Google now!

this is a sweepstakes site which at first I thought was legitimate for a yearNow I dont get the daily e-mails of winners/new prizes anymore since [redacted] *If I would have won a prize I only have days to respond and e-mail is the ONLY way they inform the winnersThey did respond to my complaint and they conveniently blamed it on [redacted] but ironically I Did get their e-mail responses on [redacted] from the Same Site? In addition I opened another [redacted] account on the very same laptop that I use and Im getting ALL the e-mails like I use toI can't be certain if I won a Prize but other people on a prize grab fraud site have had the same problemsI hope this alleged fraud/ deceit is something You can investigateThank You[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Dear ***, I think You can see whats going on here? Its hard to tell if they are Still Blaming ***? Now its seems if someone complains by Law they HAVE to remove them from the mailing list??? Again none of there excuses hold water or make any sense What so ever I'm not the only one that has same or similar problems with them I think it clearly shows the dishonesty of Hope and Prize Grab really are Considering they make millions from their advertisers, I dont think 5k to me is too much to ask Thanks ***Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

this companyPrizegrab emailed me and messaged me on facebook messenger stating I won $100,but in order to get that I first had to give all my infoname, address, marital status, income and age then they said they had to verify thatonce they did, I got another email stating that I had to pay $in order to cover fees and delivery so that I can get this $100,that is a scamif you win money, yesthey may tax it but you NEVER have to pay out of pocket in order to get your winnings

I know now it is a scam the winner of the today was *** *** and the only one is not even in the US

I accidentally subscribed to this site through a misleading advertisementI have asked repeatedly to have my account deletedWhen they reply, they ask you to click the link to reply and have the account deleted - the link does not existThey have ignored subsequent requests to have my account deleted and offer no way to delete your account from their site

This consumer's issue has been resolvedThe consumer reached out with a request to delete her accountWe assisted with unsubscribing her from our email list but due to the holiday we had lost track of this ticketHer account has since been deleted from our site and a confirmation from the
consumer is included below.Screenshot: https://cl.ly/1w2k0b2E0G

Good Morning,
At PrizeGrab.com we do our best to satisfy our customers.  When there is an issue we work behind the scenes to try and resolve it for the customer.  In this case, that is what was being done to try and assist.  His emails were not being delivered, and we began by recommending what we do to all of our subscribers with email issues.  After feedback from the customer we continued to investigate and try to find a solution.  It was never our intent to delay or prevent this PrizeGrab member from enjoying our sweepstakes.  In fact, all of his entries were recorded in our system.
In addition, when a member complains, by law (as enforced by the FTC and the CAN-SPAM Act) we are required to immediately unsubscribe the member from receiving our emails. It took us several days to research the issue and provide possible solutions. We are not searching to blame any ISP for lack of delivery but we honestly cannot control if [redacted] will allow (or not) our emails to be delivered after a subscriber complains.
Please find here https://cl.ly/2Z242p2b0O43 which shows that PrizeGrab was aware of the complaint on the very same day he issued it hence we began trying to solve it for him immediately.
Thank you,
The PrizeGrab.com Team

Hello,
We have reviewed this file and would like to advise the Revdex.com that while we were attempting to resolve [redacted] email issues he grew impatient, and contacted the Revdex.com. His first complaint to PrizeGrab.com about no longer receiving our daily sweepstakes emails was on [redacted], and we...

attempted to respond in a manner that provides information on why he may no longer be receiving these emails.  [redacted] did not agree with our responses, and subsequently reported PrizeGrab to the Revdex.com.
In the meantime, we have determined that as a result of his moving one of our emails to spam, [redacted] (his ISP) then stopped delivering all our promotional emails to his account.  We have fixed the issue, and reactivated his account.  We have confirmed that [redacted] is once again receiving our PrizeGrab emails.
Thank you for your time with this case.
All the best,
The PrizeGrab Team

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:   Dear [redacted],  I think You can see whats going on here?  Its hard to tell if they are Still Blaming [redacted]?.  Now its seems if someone complains by Law they HAVE to remove them from the mailing list???.   Again none of there excuses hold water or make any sense What so ever.    I'm not the only one that has same or similar problems with them.   I think it clearly shows the dishonesty of Hope and Prize Grab really are.   Considering they make millions from their advertisers,  I dont think 5k to me is too much to ask.        Thanks [redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  As usual Hope does Nothing But Play Games and Lie.  I wasn't impatient, It was at least 3 weeks before they even responded.   A 2 year old would have known to check and see if they were EVEN sending ME the e-mails but like a 2 year old Hope decided to go with the False pretense excuses of [redacted] and Spam??   As mentioned several times they conveniently blamed [redacted] and Now once again she says I moved one of their e-mails to spam.  I'm computer illiterate and even if I knew How to move it to spam, WHY WOULD I EVEN DO THAT???.     [redacted] at [redacted] said that there is NO way She would even know that!!!!     So just another LIE!!!      As I mentioned before I assume someone has won prizes but have they won with [redacted]???  When you [redacted] prize Grab You will see some blogs/web sites with people having the same or similar problems with Prize Grab.  With all the Millions of dollars they are making from their advertisers, Im shocked they would need to stoop to this disgusting level of deceit Fraud and immaturity.        Again I would like 5k for the hundreds of hours I spent entering there Prizes for Nothing and No chance to win and all the frustration of Hope's continuous Lies and deceit.  Thank You.  P. S. Could You find out who Hope's Boss is?  Thank YouSincerely,[redacted]
