Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this is not completely truthfulThis was my 3rd time going back in to pick up my broken phoneThey gave me an estimate to fix the phone, I said ok, they fixed the screen, which I paid for plus labor, they emailed me to say the phone was fully fixed, and it was available for pick up, so I went in, as I was picking it up I noticed the buttons were not fully working, and told the worker theirHe said oh well in that case we will have to replace the charging portI said ok how much More is that going to cost? And why Dident you check the device to make sure it was fully working? He said sorry, so I left my phone again with them, while they fixed the charging port, the Next day my fiancé went to pay the bill and pick the phone up, the buttons worked and screen workedI was at the park the next day trying to take pictures of my daughter, when I noticed the camera is not workingSo I went home called pro labs mobile, explained what had previously happened, and that now this is the 3rd time I will be taking my device back for them to fix because it was not finished the first, not the second time of bringing it in, so now, a little frustrated, then on the phone said no problem, we will fix it completely for you free of charge since you already paid to have it fully fixedSatisfied I said thank you, and the next day, I went in to drop off my phone with my daughter As I started talking to the employee, he said oh well you Dident say it was water damage so now we will have to replace the camera and will have to charge you moreAt this point I'm frustrated because I trusted them to fix it the first time, now it's the 3rd time I am bringing my phone back to be fixed fully and they want to charge me moreI said no I will not pay you more money, I do not have more, I said you should have a protocol to check all components of a phone before you send it back to the ownerAt this point it would have been cheaper to buy a new phone through insuranceI said I need you to fix my phone completely, and he refused and said no I will not, I was frustrated felt like they were nickel and dining Me, and not being truthful with Me, I said I want to speak to a manager or whoever is in charge, he said I am the ownerI said is this how you treat your customers??? At this point I'm crying, my daughter is crying and he says you need to leave your causing a distraction towards my other costumers, I said all I want is for you to fully fix my phone, that is what I paid them to do, and they did not fulfill their promise of serviceFrustrated, helpless and alone I felt the need to report them, I told him I was going to report them, I also said I was going to call the police because what he did was unfair to meWeeks Later my phone still only partially works, the camera does not work, I loose service when I am not at home and the phone does not work at 100%I paid them to fix my phone and they Dident do itI am not satisfied with their service and I feel they should finish the job I paid them to doBest Regards, [redacted]

The customer called me the evening prior to stopping by the storeShe informed me that we repaired her device and her cameras were not workingI asked if they were working before she came in and she replied “Yes”I said no problem we will take care of itThe next day when she came in I asked her
what did we repair on the phone, she said it had water damage and it was not workingI let her know since the phone had liquid damage that she would need to pay for price of the partsShe got upset and said you told me you would fix itI told her I was unaware we did a water damage treatment on the device and that your device was not workingShe said I paid for you to fix my phone and it’s not fixedI asked her if her phone was working when she came in she said “no”, then I stated your phone is working now we did our job, but we can’t pay for broken parts in her phone because she got it wetShe started to escalate and trying to threating me to repair her camerasSaying she was going to the news and call the Revdex.comI then asked her to leave the store because she was disruptive in front of another customer waiting in the lobbyShe told me she was going to call the police on the way out
We will not be issuing a refund because we did repair her phone as intendedAny parts that need to be replaced due to water damage is the customers responsibility to cover as we ProLabs Mobile are not responsible for damaging the device
