Despite address they bill out of CO

They never delivered items so I disputed with credit card and received refund and thought it was over

6 months later they rebilled my credit card for the exact same amount so watch your Statements if you have already ordered!
Credit card company had to put a block on their merchant number BUTT they may have one in multiple states so best thing to do is just get a new credit card so number is different.

I ordered (#1) and 2(#6) 12" patches from Pro Patches USA on 2/12/and paid extra for day shipping totaling $**.**I called on 2/14/and asked why I didn't receive it and was told the day shipping was on top of the day process to make the patchI asked for my day shipping payment back and was told I would get itI called again a few days later when I didn't get my shipping fee refunded I was put on hold after they got my order number and then was hung up onI called another times over a few days and was hung up on another time on top of no one answering any other timeI have photos of the emails and calls where I was told I got my product "as requested" when I still have yet to receive anything from them (3/1/18) not even my refundThe emails of them disrespecting me and me reaching my limit are all saved and ready to be sent to who ever needs! I want this business shut down every other HONEST review says they got scammed as well! It needs to end!

Revdex.com spoke with MarkThe shipping notes the business has are that it shipped first class mail in NovemberThey do not have a returned item but they are able to reship the item to the customerPlease confirm this and the business will get this out at once

I placed an order for a Jersey name plate for $*** They took the order but then about a week later emailed me saying that the name I requested was too long and I would have to pay more I said then lets just cancel and they said ok Waiting for my refund about weeks later I received another charge for the same amount I called and they said they would cancel the new charge and process the refund That never happened When I reached out today they said they will get on the refund for the 2nd charge but now the first charge will not be refunded I will only receive a creditI have emails to back all of this up

We did custom work for the customer He wasn't satisfied with one of the letters We asked him to ship back for it to be fixed, and has refused to this point.We are requesting the customer ship the item back for repair and we will have it completed within business days

Paid $to put New Nameplates and New Lettering but Pro Patches Failed to put New Plates which I paid for and just applied lettering to jerseys which ruined my jerseys and they refuse to issue a Full refund and my original nameplatesAll I want is full refund with shipping included and my Original nameplates with lettering

I ordered a [redacted] name and number patch set from this business on 8-26-As of today, the order is still "processing"It is now 9-8-I attempted to contact this business on 9-5-I have yet to receive a responseI would like to have my money back immediately

On 1/22/I contacted ProPatchesUSA by email asking if they had iron on letters/numbers for an [redacted] hockey jersey I described the colors/style of lettering neededHe said yes, they supply them for [redacted] jerseys On 1/23/an employee, Ed W [redacted] emailed asking for a photo of the jersey to match the color, style of letters/numbers On 1/23/17,10:AM I sent an email attaching photos of the front, back, and sleeve of the [redacted] jersey On 1/30/17,10:AM I received an email from Ed W [redacted] that they had the number/letter kit, for $He told me that I must to call/email the order to them On 1/30/I sent Ed W [redacted] another email with photos, telling him I would be phoning my order immediatelyI asked Ed W [redacted] if I would be able to receive this order soon as I was going out of town on February 23, 2017, had to have time to have a company iron on the letter strip and numbers He told me it would take 5-business days to do the name letter strip sewing, b

Hello Revdex.com—I sent back the rejection of their explanation that they shipped the merchandize to us We specifically had asked Ed W***, then weeks later Kevin- that the order must get to us by 2/or 2/because we were leaving on 2/to take our jerseys to an away game and had to have to letters and numbers by thenNeither package (neither [redacted] nor mine) arrived by the time we left on 2/ When we returned on 2/the orders had been delivered My husband said they were delivered on 2/which was of no use to us since we needed them before we left on 2/When we ordered the letters/numbers on 1/30/ we were assured by Ed W [redacted] that we would receive our order within business days According to the calendar they orders came in business daysTotally unacceptable Even if the order took or Business days, we could have received it by 2/or 2/and still had time to get the numbers attached to the jerseys That did not happen and we had to leave before receiving the ordersNo one at Pro Patches USA said anything to either of us that there was a 2-day “processing” time frame when we placed our orders We have documentation as to when the packages were delivered They did not arrive by the date promisedAccording to comments that I have read recently about this company, there are many many comments about people not receiving their orders on time or not at all I am beginning to think that this company has done the same thing to us that they have done to others—that is, promised an order and then not delivered it in a timely manner or at all It seems that they have scammed many peopleThank you [redacted] ***

This is a fraudulent company I paid $to expedite shipping of my order (jersey, number, letters) to receive it in 3-business days to make a jersey in time for my son's birthday party They charged my card $right away for the order When I didn't receive the order a week later, the day of the party, I called the company and they said it was never shipped, some items were on back order (Thanks for notifying me earlier when you knew I paid $to expedite the shipping) I obviously cancelled my order right then as I didn't receive the items in time I have called every week since and EVERY SINGLE TIME, "Ed" says my order was never cancelled, he'll cancel it right then on the phone, to wait 3-days to see the credit EVERY TIME I CALL It has now been a month and I received the number in the mail, not the jersey, not the letters, a MONTH late, after I've cancelled this same order FOUR times He now says he won't process the return/refund until I go to the post office and return the item I received at my cost I said I've been inconvenienced enough, I'm calling the bank and reporting this as fraud He said he has the conversation recorded and will show the bank I refuse to return the item and he will further mail the rest out tomorrow so I can't say I didn't receive the items! I'm on the phone with my bank now reporting fraud

I purchased a name plate from this company in august that advertises in their website that they can match any jersey color with a name plateI received my product but it was the wrong color so I was told to send it backI didn't receive my replacement until December and it was the same exact color as the original they sent me which was the wrong colorI spoke with a cs rep through as I sent a pic of the obvious mismatch colorsThe rep told me that in his eyes there was a color match and that I would never get the perfect matchThat's not what I was told originally because I would have never ordered from a company that tells u close is as good as you are gonna get
