RevDex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As you can see from the pics attached that it is clearly not "one of the letters" as ProPatches USA claims I am unhappy with, it is every letterFront, back, sidesThe first pic is what I originally received back from themIt was supposed to be #As you see it is a #and the "s" on my last name is upside downThe numbers are different sizes and they are not centered with my last name, they are more to the rightHowever Kevin said to send it back and it would be replaced within days, just like they are claiming nowI called them after a week and they still didn't start on itWhat I received back are the remaining picsThe "s" is still upside down and the #is clearly slanted to the leftThe numbers are all different sizes and there is an outpouching/defect on the left side of the #on the backWhat I didn't show you with pics do to pic number restrictions is that the side numbers all sewn on off-centeredFor ProPatches USA to send me back the jersey TWICE with multiple errors and failing to do what they promised the first and second time has caused me to not believe them anymoreThey obviously have no quality control ProPatches USA also promised a refund for my shipping (for the second time I sent it to them) in 4-business days which I still have not received, today is day# I will not be sending my jersey back, ProPatches USA has only lied and clearly has no clue what they are doing [redacted] ***

I made an order on the pro patches website (#***) for $31.02 on Feb. 13th. I received my products. I emailed and called over 25 times and got little to no response. I asked for shipment tracking numbers for weeks and then finally asked for a refund four times through email and twice over the phone. They told me that they send my items twice and that the US Postal service doesn't give tracking numbers, which is untrue. I then received an email as follows: "Hi Amber, we can do an immediate reshipment first thing on Monday. Will that work for you? I can ship 2nd day air at our expense. Let us know." on (3/5/15) which I responded: "No I would like a refund." on (3/6/15) When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone a weeks later (3/11/16) they told me I could get a refund since my products never showed up and they had no shipping information on file. I was told I would get a refund receipt emailed to me. I called back three days later (3/14/16) to ask for the refund receipt and was

They never sent my order I had to email them after a month and it finally showed upWhen I did get it I asked them how to apply it and (after a few attempts) they replied with "iron on then sew"Maybe for someone who has worked with them before (like obviously they have) its that simple but actually you need to peel off a few layers of backing to get the patches readyIf you did just iron as they recommend you'd [redacted] ** your patchBad business and I would't have done business with them if I'd know they were so poor

I had made an order in September I had waited about four weeks to see where my product was so I called and they told me that the product I wanted was out of stock so I canceled the order and asked for my money back and I still have not gotten my money back almost 1/months later

Ordered Back in mid October from Pro Patches USAThey billed my credit card but have not sent product, which was iron on lettering for a school playThese people are crooks, judging from their other complaints w Revdex.com, and they refuse to take my phone call or refund my moneyI sent complaint to the Revdex.com in [redacted] , and a [redacted] , after reporting that PRO PATCHES denies that I purchased these items from themSo I sent [redacted] an attached copy of my credit card statement proving that Pro Patches are not being truthful, and then [redacted] requested that I send my complaint to the Revdex.com in [redacted] ** [redacted]

Ordered $ [redacted] in product and received. Paid master card at time of purchase over the phone. Noticed 2 weeks later that my card was billed twice. Emailed and was told this would be corrected immediately. Never happened. Numerous ignored emails and voicemails met with negative results. I did get through on the phone at one point, explained situation, and was put on hold for 15 minutes while he "looked up my account". They have never, and do not seem interested in correcting this double billing. No response to emails, no response to voicemail, rarely do they answer their phone. Must have caller I.D.

I ordered goods in November for a Christmas Gift The goods were never delivered and by December, I had to cancel the order Propatches cancelled the order but "forgot" to refund my money I emailed them repeatedly and in January, they said the refund went through, but it did not I have emailed more than times, left several messages, and they will not return my calls or emails I offered to call my bank/cardholder with them for confirmation I have not received the refund, but again, they will not respond It is now almost March and I still have not received my refund I am not someone who has a lot of disposable income, so I really do need the refund owed to me I have every email for tracking purposes if someone should need it

You did not read the 'peeling instructions' on the bottom of the flier that was enclosed We peeled away those letters for you as a sample of how the others should look I'm sure you figured it out by now, but please close this case If you still can't figure it out, please call us at: [redacted]
