My name is [redacted] I had Jesse [redacted] as my sales representative from Pro Start construction I have larger two story homes in Champlin Jesse met with my insurances adjusters and got my roofs, gutters and siding approved because of hail damage in late fall of The paperwork was confusing, however Jesse explained every detail so it was easy to understand what the insurance company was paying for The roofs were done in day and the job sites were spotless!! I would recommend Jesse and Pro Start Construction to everyone They were professional and I do have the nicest looking roofs in the neighborhood!! Thank you Pro Start :) !!

Last year I contracted Prostart Construction to do significant repairs to my home caused by hail damage Thousands of homes in my surrounding area were badly damagedGiven the scope of all the repairs in the region that needed to be done, finding a contractor who would commit to doing work on my home as quickly as I wanted it done was challenging I received a referral to Prostart from a neighbor and scheduled an appointmentWithin days a Prostart rep named Jesse [redacted] was at my house surveying the damageJesse went out of his way from that first appointment to the end of the job He met me at my house accommodating my hours sometimes later in the evening and was responsive to every one of my requests I wanted a representative who was willing to communicate frequently as the job was being doneJesse took dozens of calls from me giving me his personal cell phone number so that I could call or text him at any timeHis fantastic customer service approach made my experience with his company very positive Prostart replaced my entire roof, much of my siding, and a broken windowThe work was done professionally and quicklyI can be kind of particular about my property, so subsequent calls after the end of the job to tweak something here or there were met with concern and expediency by both Jesse and Prostart I would recommend working with this company to anybody

I had been referred by my neighbor to call Jesse *** with ProStart ConstructionJesse came out explained everything in detail, and I had never had an insurance claim prior so I was skepticalThe process was smooth, Jesse was available, helpful and on-site during installation, hitch was completed same day! Prostart and Jesse Chalmers their representative did a great job replacing our roof He handled all of the paperwork and even came out to deal with the insurance company to make sure that everything was addressed and taken care of His crew was Profesional and finished the work in a timely fashionI expected there to be a mess afterwards bit everything was cleaned up and I did not even find a nail in the driveway I had some questions afterwards and I got quick responses and resolutions to any of the small concerns I hadI would not hesitate for them to work on my property in the future

After a pretty bad storm earlier this summer I was referred by a friend to call Jesse *** with Pro Start constructionI told him the severity of my damage as I had shingles in the street from the storm and not only was he out within hours to assess the damage, when he came out to do the roof it was done in a single day!
