After a pretty bad storm earlier this summer I was referred by a friend to call Jesse *** with Pro Start constructionI told him the severity of my damage as I had shingles in the street from the storm and not only was he out within hours to assess the damage, when he came out to do the roof it was done in a single day! Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable about working with my insurance and helped tremendously in coordinating the repairs even though I had to be out of town while the repairs were doneDefinitely recommend Jesse and Pro Start for home repairs!

Jesse Chalmers of ProStart Construction LLC is very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the business! I had a storm related roof replacement and his team of roofers that did the work were ever so professional! Completed the job on time!! I had Pro Start and sales rep Jesse Chalmers help with the slow and difficult claim process I had hail and wind damage to my property They found enough damage to approve the roof for complete replacement I was very happy with both Jesse and Pro Start I would highly recommend both of them I didn't realize how ugly my old roof was until the new one was installed I can honestly say its the nicest roof in the neighborhood!!!!!!!! I was referred to Pro Start Construction by someone familiar with their work I needed to have a roof inspected for my brother, who lives in Edina MN, to see if it needed replacement Since I live miles away it was extremely important that they were reliable and communicate well They were very understanding and went out of their way to do the inspection, forwarding pictures of the roof conditions, giving me the number of years we could wait for the replacement and proposing some minor repairs to insure it would last They came back and completed the minor repairs as soon as the weather permitted I would recommend them highly! I had the pleasure of working with Jesse *** at Pro Start Construction on an Insurance Claim for damages to the exterior of my home (roof, siding, windows, gutters, etc.) Jesse & Pro Start managed all the subs and completed the work promptly, while exceeding my expectations for quality Jesse was a consultant, looking out for my best interests, joining me on multiple calls with my insurance company to get the insurance quote adjusted multiple times to ensure 100% of the damages were identified and repaired I highly recommend Jesse and Pro Start

We used Pro Start Construction to replace our roof after a recent hailstorm Jesse Chalmers was our sales representative and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done up to our standards, and then some Jesse was even at our home by 7:00am the day the roof was replaced to make sure everything needed was here and off to a good start The roofers were very professional and did a beautiful job My husband didn't want the large truck bringing the shingles to drive on our newer drivewayPro Start was very accommodating with his request Jesse also went out of his way to bring plywood to place under the dumpster to protect the driveway He stopped in again midday to make sure everything was going well, and was back again toward the end of the job to make sure that the roof and clewas done to his standards It was a very hot day and Jesse didn't feel that it would be good to walk on the shingles to inspect the roof, and asked if it would be ok to come again first thing the next morning, which was a Sunday We were very surprised that he would have anything to do with the job once the agreement was signed, let alone come back on his own time on a Sunday When he came the next morning, he found a couple of shingles that he felt were scuffed and had the roofers come back the following day to replace them Jesse also found damage to our home that the insurance claims adjuster missed on other parts of our home and ended up getting us reimbursement for that as well We are very pleased with the new roof and will definitely use Pro Start Construction again if we need a new roof in the future

Excellent in all respects! This job involved an insurance claim for a wind damaged roof on my home The roof already had layers of shingles, requiring tear off prior to re-roof Pro Start sales rep, Jesse Chalmers, quickly handled the entire claims process -
meeting the insurance adjuster for the inspection, ordering all (premium) materials and scheduling the work -
all within the week The dumpster arrived at 7AM - a 5th wheel trailer that comes and goes with the crew - lessening parking inconvenience with no driveway damageThe tear-off was completed and the new roof installed, including replacement of all vents and stacks, the same day! The crew did an excellent job cleaning up all the scrap/debris/nails before leaving All around great experience from start to finish!
