I was unaware until last week that the check we sent in July for $was never received or cashed We have re-cut a new check in the amount of $that was billed on invoice *** (see attached copy of invoice for $302.08) and a copy of the proof of payment from ***
(attached)I dont know why they put a claim in for $ Im unaware of any other outstanding invoices In the future, we would appreciate you reaching out to us regarding any past due bills first

*** emailed me and her check was cut last week - she was told this information and she was told that it would take business days from that point, but yet she still decides that is not good enough for her, she wants to register a complaint people are told that checks take approx 2-
weeks - we are not always on point with the time frame and they can take week or weeks, its an imperfect system with holidays

You were aware that we were going this route, that the problem needed to be kicked back to ** *** Chase - I explained this to you on the phone when we talked weeks ago. You will need to wait until ** *** responds to the inquiry and determines whether fraud was involved or if the check was cashed by you
None of this should be a surprise to you (as we discussed this) and you need to let it takes its course. Once the inquiry is dealt with, I will be in touch. I faxed the materials over today to them that you signed yesterday, so hopefully it wont be too long

The email that Lynette was prior to the recent email that she sent me today. I have also attached the email from where she states that her contractor never got back to her. It's apparent that her contractor she hired is incompetent of managing their clients professionally because my daughter remember most of the questions that she had to answer from the study. Now my daughter know and I know that she participated in this study. I will continue to complain until this is resolved because this is ridiculous for me and my daughter to receive this much hassle over $50. It's apparent that Lynette gives one-sided stories to the Revdex.com and not the full story. This says a lot about this so-called survey company. I want my daughter to get paid for her time!

We made a mistake and underpaid [redacted].  The attached bank record shows the 1st check for $150 and the 2nd check for $50 was being cashed.  We apologize, it took us a few days to research the underpayment and subsequently cutting the check and getting it out to her.

I received my check via mail today; however, I want the complaint to remain on the website, because it should not have taken this long to receive my incentive for participating in their research study. Had I not been persistent in following up with this company, I would have never received the check! After my second follow up, [redacted] emailed me back saying they had lost my information, and wanted me to provide my address again. This type of practice is very unprofessional, and it's a wonder these people are still in business after having an F rating, and so many complaints against them!

When we recruited you for this study, we had told you that checks would take approx. 4 weeks because of the holiday.  No one who deals with payments was in the office on 12/**, so i'm not sure how you actually spoke to us on that date.  You were told on...

subsequent phone calls that we hadn't received the data from our client, so therefore we were unable to cut checks on this study since they held the attendance records.  We are still within the promised period, and a report to the Revdex.com regarding non-payment is pre-mature. 
We did speak to the client and we have been promised a list of people to pay by tomorrow.  Once we receive that, your check will go out promptly.

I emailed her this morning notifying her that my client said that her daughter did not participate in the telephone study and should not receive the $50..  We can only pay people that participate, we do not pay people if they do not participate. 
 
I've attached a pdf...

of that email.  She has yet to respond to us.

As [redacted] is aware, although my client indicated that her daughter did not participate, they were in error and have since authorized us to send a check.  We doubled her pay to $100 and fedex'ed a check last week.
We hope that [redacted] has found this resolution to be satisfactory and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I'm a bit dismayed that you reported this incident to the Revdex.com since we just communicated over the weekend when I asked you to sign [redacted]s fraud papers along with myself
 
I just received them back from you yesterday (9/**/2016) and they are being...

sent to [redacted] to be investigated.  Once [redacted]s investigation is complete, we will either cut you a new check or be in touch to let you know they determined that it was you who cashed the check. 
Until that time, we will not be re-issuing your check.
 
We have attached documents showing the original check as well as the fraud investigation papers that have been faxed to [redacted]
