when I called to cancel the account I asked for information to return the product they claimed was enroute to me, I had not received it their customer service representative said they do not accept returns I indicated then I would refuse the product as I did not order it - I never received an email claiming it was being shipped They are deceptive and left me no recourse but to refuse the product They have still not resolved that with my bank Regards, [redacted]
