On 07/22/2016, the customer was billed for their first monthly supply in the amount of $($plus $shipping and handling plus $tax) On 07/22/2016, the customer contacted ProbioSlim Customer Service Center to cancel the account and obtained return instructionsTo date, the trial has been received by our Returns Department but not the monthly supply. On 08/03/2016, we issued the refund for the disputed amount of $and an additional refund on 08/05/in the amount of $4.99, for a total refund of $48.19, as a good faith gesture to our customer. I recently rejected a response from the company My complaint number is *** The expiration date was covered up and I believe that the potency of the supplement was not to the highest level I have an attachment of the product with the expiration date covered up on the product that I received as a trial The second bottle has an expiration dated of 5/which would of been taken past the expiration date had I taken it The company is very tricky on how they explain things to you as well Telling you that you will receive a free trial of something and then billing you before they promise the billing will take place They also did not respond to the fact that my account was in the hole when it came to being able to pay my rent on time

] If Probioslim took these allegations seriously they would be up front with these terms or at least looked at web redesign after the numerous complaints they have received. The terms for this "VIP membership" terms are clandestine (on another tab at bottom of screen). This website is designed to manipulate consumers. Probilslim is aware of the numerous consumers that have fallen victim to this deceptive business practice as evidenced on http://www.pissedconsumer.com/. I was not offered a full refund when I called customer service. I was offered a %refund unless I returned product at my cost. There are ridiculous return instructions on another hidden tab. I refuse to return this useless product at my cost. After my complaint to Revdex.com I received email from Probioslim that the charge to my credit card will be refunded but, no offer to pay for shipping and handling to return product. This refund is a result of formal complaint to Revdex.com not as a result to calling customer service. I will not return product at my cost
