[redacted]   Good Morning [redacted]   I left a message for [redacted] 4/19 @ 3:59 pm and she returned our call this morning @9:25 am.  [redacted] and I have a plan for resolution.  I will schedule a repair person and keep you posted or progress and resolution.   Regards, [redacted] Daley Moving & Storage

[redacted]   [redacted]   Thank you for your email.  Per our conversation, we take any negative feedback very seriously and are concerned with any customer complaint.   Daley Moving & Storage replaced the custom glass on The Freilich's upright  desk. The piece was delivered to Massachusetts and received by Mr. Freilich.  The claim file was closed and thought resolved.    Daley Moving & Storage was notified by you on 4/17/17 that Mrs. Cecille Freilich  was not happy with the repair and the claim was immediately reopened. I left a message for Mrs Freilich on 4/19 and spoke with her on 4/20/17. I scheduled a repair man to go to the Freilich home on 4/21/17 and the work was completed on site. I then spoke with Mrs. Freilich on the 21st and the work was completed to her satisfaction.   Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this matter as it is important for Daley Moving & Storage to continue a positive business relationship with our customers.   Regards, Christine

Additional Details :I work for a security company at a gated housing community, This man/company does the windshield work for our maintenance department's vehicles and it's always the same $150 a windshield, $30 if you need molding work done (which they don't get done) and it's always $300 for...

two work trucks no "installation fee".My Captain got Mr. [redacted] card from the manager of said department and had him come out and do his windsheild as well on a day we were both working and both in the office and it was the same as well, $150 for the windshield and $30 for the molding. So my Captain paid $180 total also no problems or "Installation Fee" . Knowing that I needed my windshield done my Capt gave me Mr.[redacted] card and as I stated previously I was quoted $150 on two separate occasions for the job as well. Never once did I agree to a "176.10 installation fee", Never did I sign any paper saying I ackowledged this fee and was okay with it before any work was done. It is my belief that I am being taken advantage of because I am a young lady that was by myself in the work office when he did this,  Also conveniently I am the only one who was not given an itemized receipt along with my credit card receipt. (I only noticed this after Mr. [redacted] had left the office and I can not abandon my post.)Mr.[redacted] may indeed not recognize my name as a customer because never once did he ask for or get my name during the quote process, during the scheduling process, or at all for that matter. And as I stated before I never signed anything except my credit card receipt at the end of the experience as he had already done the work and I couldn't argue this at my workplace. An image of said receipt has been attached.  I have since filed a dispute with my bank to try to recover the 176.10 mentioned above and I don't know if Mr.[redacted] has responded to their claim process yet either. As before my only desired settlement is to just obtain the excess amount I had to pay.

Review: He replaced my windshield on my [redacted] and it was leaking into the cabin after he finished.

He came back to fix and said nothing was wrong and complained.

I took the car to [redacted] for service and paid them a trouble shooting fee.

They found the leak between windshield and frame.

The owner of professional auto told me he was going to fix it that afternoon. He was a no show. I called he said would get there today. Again no show. I called again he said tomorrow first thing. Again no show. Car had been sitting at dealer for almost two weeks. This has gone on and on. I can't way any more and paying another company to do the repair.

Basically my complaint is that Ramos with Proffesional auto glass does not follow up and doesn't call and basically lies about coming to repair warranty items.Desired Settlement: Make potential customers aware of Ramos lack of follow up and unprofessionalism like attitude!

Review: Initially upon calling this company and asking how much it would cost to replace my windshield through them I was told $150.00 and that my appointment time would be Saturday between 8am-1pm.

So I called them again at 1pm on Saturday and asked if there was a problem with my appointment, and was told by the man that "He would have to call his driver and see." I got a call back and was told my appointment time was for 8am-12pm Sunday. I double checked with him the amount of $150 and was told that was the price during this second call.

He was on speakerphone for both calls. The first being witnessed by my fiance who noted the time I was told and the price, And the second call being witnessed by my co-worker.

So he shows up on time Sunday and tells me he may have to replace the molding for the windshield but that this will not add much more to the cost so I said okay.

Only after the work was done he came inside and told me the cost was $356.10 , Now I couldn't argue this at the time as my job is customer service oriented and this was all done at my workplace.

I took the reciept and noticed after he left that there wasn't any itemized billing on it nor mention of invoice of any kind just simply a debit card receipt.

I called the business number again and was told I would have to call back after 2pm on Monday when he would have more information and maybe something could be worked out. After this my Father-In-Law contacted the number to find out about the "Billing Mistake",

The man proceeded to get rude with my father in law when he asked for the owner's contact information before finally admitting that he himself was the owner of the company, So there was no "Calling his driver" as mentioned earlier.

He flat out called me a liar to my father-in-law saying that he had told me it was for installation, and that I was well aware and said that was perfectly fine.....That never happened!

He refused to help in any way or take responsibility for misquoting the price to me.Desired Settlement: To be billed the $150 that I was quoted twice for the job plus the cost of the molding work that he did which as I understand runs between $30-50. And to have the excess amount refunded to me.

My boss had the same exact same job done by this man (who I obtained this company's card from) and only paid $150 for windshield plus $30 for molding. No outrageous fees.

Also an email apology for being called a liar would be appreciated but it not necessary/expected.
