Review: I payed for a pharmacy tech class at PCI and the class was postponed three times. My first issue began with the tuition. The class was supposed to be on special until the end of December for $ 850.00. On the day that my dad was going to pay with his credit card she said that the sale had ended and that she was going to charge the regular rate of $950.00. It was still December, but we were charged $950.00. I was set to begin class on January 5th 2015. A few days before the class was set to begin I received a call from the school saying that there were a lot of people out of town for the holidays and they were going to have to start it on January 19,2015. I stated that this was very inconvenient because I have two jobs and I had already put in for the time off to take the class. She said"sorry" we have to move it up two weeks. I tried to rearrange my schedule and I put in for time off at my job beginning on January 19,2015. On or about the 15th of January I received another call from PCI stating that the professor was ill and they were going to begin the class in one week on January 26,2015. I then received a phone call two days before the 26th that the class was not going to begin until middle of February. I asked why and she stayed that she wasn't going to give me a reason this time! I said that I wanted my money back and she said that I would not receive it for 60 days... I was very upset. I found a new school, I wanted to use the money that I gave PCIDesired Settlement: I would like my full refund for my school tuition 950.00. I feel that they did not provide the service that I payed for. I do not even think that the class that I payed for was ever intended to start at all. I asked for the book that we were going to be using and she replied that they don't give out that information. I was hoping to get started on my work while I waited for the class to start.
