Professional Pavement Services

This is an asphalt provider that was contracted to seal coat and stripe our community. The contractor installed and completed on November 7, 2018. Since the weather schedule changed from fall into winter it did not properly cure to avoid wash off as the seasonal snow and rain fell. The vendor was first contacted to alert them of the problem on November 28, 2018, at 2:36 pm. The vendor did not respond and contacted again on November 30th, at 12:08 pm, December 4th at 3:29 pm and numerous times thereafter. Again the vendor failed to respond and properly work resolve the situation.
The vendor finally contacted me on March 18th by an email promising to contact me as this was all a misunderstanding. To date, there has been no additional resolution and/or follow through.

One of the workers hit my 2015 Lexus while legally parked in a lot where this company was paving. I returned to my car at the end of my work day to find my car had been hit and sustained considerable damage. The driver did leave me his phone number and I was able to speak to him on the phone and on job the next business day. Driver assured me company would take care of everything. I notified my insurance and Professional Pavement Services of the accident. It has been 2 months and the company has done nothing but lie to me and my insurance company... they have failed to provide the name of their insurance company and their insurance has never contacted me or my insurance company. I got stuck with a deductible, rental car expense, car depreciation (major damage nearing 8,000)... stress, and hassel has all been on me.... while I work full-time and care for spouse with end stage terminal illness. This company has no ethics and I would not trust them to fill a ditch.
