We were promised that the lease would be taken care ofThe lease had remaining miles on it...Why would we turn it in early to just pay the lease payments, makes no sense whatsoeverThey used this as a sales tactic and did not fulfillThey are known for doing this as they did it before Regards, [redacted]

I personally spoke to Mr [redacted] and had a good conversation While the ad that's being referenced does not expressly say that it is a former courtesy vehicle, it also does not claim to be a brand new vehicle This is the first issue we've had concerning leases on courtesy vehicles, however we will clarify this on these particular ads in the future I apologized to Mr [redacted] and believe this to be resolved We've actually developed a new approach to lease advertising to bring transparency and combat the inherently misleading nature of lease ads Here is that page live on our site:http://www.chesrown.com/no-money-down-lease.aspx

the name on the vehicle is [redacted] ***We were not told at all about the odometer rollover or the fact it had been wreckedWe point blank asked Tom S [redacted] if it had been wrecked and he replied "no"We have had nothing but problems with this vehicle and NO help whatsoever from dealershipThey act like everything we say is wrong..they can't find that exact issueWe cannot even trade our vehicle in for a BETTER vehicle because of the odometer roll over and it being wreckedThe last dealership I spoke with stated that to meThis is not fair because I was lied toHow is that good business I want a resolution to this

The vehicle arrived at the dealership and was delivered to the customer As far as I know, the customer complaint has been satisfied

I spoke with Mr [redacted] yesterday and reached a settlement that is agreeable to both partiesWe are mailing him a check today as a goodwill adjustment

I have spoken with MrRobert M [redacted] from the [redacted] dealership We have made an arrangement for his business to reimburse me125.00$ for the replacement of my center console for my vehicle The only other thing I would like to be done to resolve this matte completely, is for Chesrown Chevrolet/GMC to admit fault in this matter, and to also stop lying about everything.l

Mr***- I have attached the Carfax The odometer has not been rolled back It shows that during your ownership, someone filed two warranty claims with a company called "Service Plan Co." The mileage that was recorded for these repairs was 32,and 38,respectively This mileage was deemed inconsistent with Carfax because the service performed prior to these warranty claims at our dealership showed a mileage on the vehicle of 87,(which was the true and actual mileage) Therefore, there has either been a clerical error or some form of fraudulent activity is occurring Either way, these items are not the reason you have not been able to trade in the vehicle In my experience, the reason has been that you are unable to obtain the financing necessary to facilitate a traon another vehicle If you wish to pursue this further, I believe that is the Revdex.com's policy that the owner of the vehicle needs to be the one filing the complaint

I called the dealershipNever went onlineMy fiance Saw the car in the parking lot one day driving by and asked me to callThat means the finance guy put the application in based on the information he had from me working there in the past or from a previous application over a year agoBoth which would be illegalIf this will not be corrected then I'm done with this process and will seek legal counselThank you for your "help"

MrJim G called Revdex.comHe said he has given the consumer three different options to obtain her title, including coming into the dealership and signing paperworkShe has not done any of these so there is nothing further he can do to assist her

In response to [redacted] s complaintHer title was mailed to her on July 17, The title number we provided her is her title numberShe may take her Ohio drivers license and the title number to her local BMV and receive everything she needs in short orderWe are not going to do anything further James GPresident / DealerChesrown Chevrolet Buick GMC

The console in question had been broken prior to this vehicle ever coming into our shopIt probably occured when someone before us attempted to repair the shift cableWe tried for two months to locate a console that would work with a vehicle of this ageWe were unable to do soWe did not charge for the courtesy vehicle that the customer drove during this time periodWe are not willing to make any adjustment at this time

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way and have been unaware that you were trying to contact us regarding this issue I can assure you that Chesrown did nothing intentional to hide the vehicle history report We have always proudly displayed them for anyone to look at on every vehicle
in our inventory right on our websiteThis has been the case for over years now We will also give any customer a printed copy of the vehicle history report at their request I tried to look up this vehicle however the name provided does not coincide with the name used on the transaction in our system I am very familiar with the odometer rollback notification This message is simply a warning to notify that there has been an inconsistency in the mileage on the history report Inconsistent odometer readings typically occur when service is done on the vehicle and the agent who writes the repair order, inadvertently mistypes the odometer I will gladly provide the carfax as an example if I can have the name of the individual who purchased the vehicle or the VIN number

I understand your concern and I apologize for the confusion and aggravation. What you are describing is what is called a disposition fee. Every lease from every manufacturer includes a disposition fee. In our case, its not a fee that is charged from not leasing another
vehicle. It is simply waived when someone leases a new vehicle. It is a standard practice done by every manufacturer and is in fact much less expensive with GM than others. This fee has nothing to do with Chesrown (we gained nothing) and everything to do with GM Financial. It is very well disclosed on your Lease contract and our F&I Managers who sign up the paperwork go over the lease contract as well as all the other documents upon signing. It may seem like an obvious detail now, but in actuality the disposition fee is part of the lease termination process which is not an area that most customers are concerned with at the time of leasing. Every customer is different, but the details that most focus on have to do with the vehicle itself as well as the payment and terms. We don't expect the customer to read all of the fine print on a deal, however the lease contract itself is the most important and the most emphasized. The disposition fee is also not hidden in the fine print. Chesrown truly had nothing to gain here as this disposition fee is a practice by the leasing companies as well as being non-negotiable

Chesrown is well aware of the situation and simply want Ms*** to be satisfied. It's a fairly straightforward situation in which Mrs*** had worked a deal with a local dealer however that dealer didn't have exactly what she wanted. She went online and found our vehicle, which was
in-transit from GM since just being built. We we're very forward with this information from the outset. We can typically count on a vehicle showing up at the dealership within a week or two of being "in-transit" however we never have any control of when it ultimately happens. These Terrains are very popular vehicles as they are a newly redesigned model for us. We simply said that we would match *** local dealers deal (which was truly a very good deal) if she wanted to come up and sign paperwork for the vehicle. Then the plan was then to deliver it to her when it arrived. We have called the GM Dealer Business Center every single day since to check on the status. We have been told that the vehicle is bayed in Cincinnati and that there had been weather related delays. We continue to express our urgency to GM on a daily basis however we ultimately have no control as to when it arrives. In the meantime, the lender has been made aware of the situation and there is no interest accruing on this loan. They have been waiting for us to give them the greenlight. There is absolutely nothing to worry about with that and We still plan on delivering the vehicle the moment it arrives at the dealership and we can get it ready for them. We are hopeful that this all takes place by the weekend. Mrs*** has an open line of communication with us and we have been doing everything we can to make this as painless as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and will continue to do everything in our power to get this vehicle to them as quickly as possible

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

The vehicle arrived at the dealership and was delivered to the customer. As far as I know, the customer complaint has been satisfied

I did not ask anybody about pursuing a loanI asked for the price on a car that was on the lot and asked for a call back, which I never gotInstead, I got my credit ran times!!! Clearly you don't take compliance seriouslyEspecially if your finance person is going to lie to youAll I asked was for a price on a car on the lotI never told anybody to pursue a loan or run my credit! If I need to file a lawsuit for this to get taken care of and fixed I will!

On 8/17/15, Mr*** provided his personal information on this page found on our dealerships website: http://www.chesrown.com/fullapp.aspxThis particular online application has a very specific set of compliance criteria and is provided to us by ADP, whom is one of the most automotive compliancy minded companies in existence Please review the website page and you will notice at the bottom of the online application, it will not allow the user to proceed unless they accept and agree to the terms and conditions Specifically, there are two disclosures found on this page that read: "By clicking NEXT and proceeding to the next screen, you understand and acknowledge that you are providing express and irrevocable consent for dealership to access your credit file and that as a result an "inquiry of credit" may appear on your credit report.""By clicking 'Next', you are accepting that all of the statements in this application are true and made for the purpose of obtaining credit for your vehicleYou authorize us to begin a credit investigation, including obtaining your consumer credit report, and to forward or allow direct electronic access, your application to lenders, financial institutions, or other third parties in order to process your applicationWe the Auto Dealer, may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which we handle as stated in this privacy policy noticeThis does not apply to information obtained in a non-financial transactionWe collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: Information we receive from you on applications or other forms in connection with a financial transaction; Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and Information we receive from a consumer reporting agencyWe do not sell customer or consumer information to any third partyWe may disclose the information we collect, as described above, to our affiliates, to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements, or to companies that perform services or functions on our behalfThese companies may include financial service providers and non-financial companies such as computer and data processing companies, and marketing and aftermarket service providersThese companies will be contractually obligated to keep the information we provide them confidential and to use the information only to provide the services requested of themWe observe limits and restrictions set by law as to sharing of information with our affiliates or othersWe restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to youWe maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information."Per the request of the Revdex.com for more extensive information, attached are the details from the application that we received from Mr*** Our standard protocol is to have an available salesperson contact the customer after receiving the application We verify the information provided as well as fill any gaps found in the vehicle of interest / employment / residence information, which are all required details towards applying and obtaining a loan through our indirect lender base Thus, I have also attached an outbound phone record that shows where a salesperson contacted Mr*** at 2:32pm on 8/17/and was connected for a duration of 4:14, presumably to accomplish what I described above as there are gaps in Mr***'s application in the employment section

My apologies for the delay on this information Attached you will find:1) The Repair Order Pertaining to the Mechanical Inspection2) The retail buyers order3) The extended warranty that was purchased4) The signed buyers guide5) The collision estimateThe two documents that I think you were looking for are the Repair Order for the mechanical inspection and the collision estimate Unfortunately, I do not have any detail available for the mechanical inspectionUnless a vehicle receives a Certified Pre-Owned inspection, we don't have a formal check list of items inspected I am not certain where Mr*** got the impression that we conducted a 176-point inspection Depending on the age and mileage of the vehicle, we either do a 172-point inspection (used on Certified Pre-owned eligible vehicles) or a standard mechanical and safety inspection (used on vehicles) The other piece of information that doesn't make sense to me is the collision estimate We went through the task of driving this particular vehicle to a body shop in order to get a professional 3rd party's estimate of the damage that was disclosed of This is the exact estimate that Mr*** received I am unclear as to how this estimate provided to Mr*** gave him the impression that it would only cost $to fix if it were done elsewhere The salesperson involved has sold a good amount of cars for us since starting a couple years of years ago and I have never had problems with him like the ones described by Mr*** Other than the body work, the problems Mr*** is describing were absolutely not pre-existing I made a point to check the phone logs because Mr*** claims that he even made several attempts to call me personally What I found from our phone logs is that following his purchase on 9/3, Mr***'s only call to the dealership occurred on 11/ Thus he had possession of the vehicle for quite some time before pursuing the claims made in this case I believe we would have heard from Mr*** much sooner if the issues described had existed when he took possession While its very unfortunate that he is experiencing these problems, I can tell that the risks were certainly disclosed ahead of time....enough to convince him to purchase an extended warranty

I am responding to the complaint provided by Mr*** Mr*** purchased a Land Rover from us back in Septmenber It was a purchase he made from out of state and was on an " As Is " vehicle The vehicle he bought was inspected but not serviced and he knew that He had told
the sales person he knew all about these vehicles and just wanted to make sure the hydrolics worked on it which it did .We did do an oil change on the vehicle before it was picked up as per the customers request We had also sent him numerous pictures of the damage by the drivers door as well as took the vehicle to a local body shop for an estimate of $ which we sent him .Our offer to him would be a check for $
