The title you are referring has never been mailed to meI have contacted the person I purchased the vehicle from numerous times and on a regular basis letting him know that I still have yet received that paperwork in the mail to obtain my license plates for the vehicle I bought on June My 2nd temporary tag is due to expire on August and I still have yet received any paperwork from you or your dealership to where I can obtain thoses license plates so I think it's fair enough to say you are lying about mailing this out because I have still yet received anything from your dealershipYour sales man tried to go to the extent of providing me with the previous owners title number telling me that if I take that number to the BMV then they would help me obtain those licenses platesLuckily, I knew someone there and they indicated that your dealership is continuing to give me the run around regarding this issueYou have done what you needed to do to have the title switched in the allotted time frames by the state but you have failed your customer, who now thinks you are running a crooked business and will never purchase another vehicle from you and I will continue telling everyone what crooks this dealership is. I have sent regular messages, as recent as Monday with absolutely no response or call back from anyone at your dealership especially once I had stated that I still have not received the paperwork that I needed to get my licenses platesOnce I explained that I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and that I was also going to be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, all communication and correspondences has stopped with your dealership, which is a poor way to run a businessAgain, I am still waiting on the paperwork that you allegedly claim has been mailed out to me so I can obtain my licenses plates for a vehicle that the temporary tags are due to expire on Saturday, August 8.

From the first day, recorded in multiple phone calls with the salesman, I told the salesman that I wanted the point inspection to be doneEven at my own cost, if need beHe responded that he understood why I wanted it done and agreed with me wanting it and would talk to his sales manager about itA phone call or two later, he told me that they were going to do it for freeWhen later pressed about the inspection, the salesman replied that the vehicle was perfect inside and out, except for the dents discussed priorWe have every phone call between myself and the salesman recorded, where we discussed this point inspection being done on many occassionsIn response to our original complaint, the business is responding with conflicting reports as pertaining to the inspectionAs Brad, who responded to the initial Revdex.com complaint, stated the vehicle was inspected and had it beenthe issues with the vehicle would have been found, as according to the two garages we took it to, were preexisting for an extended period of timeLong before the vehicle was ever traded in to them and sold to us. As per the salesmans and businesses prior reputationWe have found many reviews that have experienced this exact same deception and response, or lack there of, as pertaining to the true condition of the used vehicle they receivedwhich was much different than what was described by their salesperson.Pertaining to us not contacting themWe tried on many occassions, with no response from multiple peopleWhen I received this response, I called the manager who responded that same day 2/16/and left another message in his personal message box, for which to this day, he has never responded

We were promised that the lease would be taken care ofThe lease had remaining miles on it...Why would we turn it in early to just pay the lease payments, makes no sense whatsoeverThey used this as a sales tactic and did not fulfillThey are known for doing this as they did it before.

First,the dealership didn't provide any compensation for my waiting which is way out of rangeIf they told me before I drive to their dealership that I might wait more than two weeks for this vehicle, I will definitely not purchasing from them since I have alternative vehicles I would like to purchase. Although, as they mentioned, no interest will be charged for the loan part, I paid over $20,cash more than two weeks ago but still drive an old car, which is not fair without a compensation. Second, I only have months' factory warranty for this vehicle and it started to count down from the date I paid for the vehicle, 01/13/2018. Since I have waited to long for the delivery, I would like to know whether the factory warranty can be reset to when the delivery date, if there is one.Third, the dealership didn't provide a solution besides waiting even longer. What if the vehicle does not arrive this weekend, even next weekend? I can't wait forever if the vehicle continues to "be bayed at Cincinnati". I would like to know a specific date when I can cancel the transaction if the vehicle does not show up beyond that date.Fourth, the weather in the past two weeks has been pretty good and I do not understand why it is the weather issue caused the delay.Thanks. They also didn't if the vehicle does not arrive during this weekend, I need to wait even longer

We completely agree with the guest on this matter. We are grateful that everyone is safe and we will gladly refund them for the desired amount. This experience was used as a quality control opportunity for our team. This was an unfortunate and extremely rare case where we failed to
execute the repair correctly. We apologize for the aggravation and inconvenience we've caused and most importantly we are grateful that everyone is safe

MrJim G*** called Revdex.com to respond for the last time to this complaintHe said he has given the consumer three different options to obtain her title, including coming into the dealership and signing paperworkShe has not done any of these so there is nothing further he can do to assist her

I have spoken with MrRobert M*** from the *** dealership. We have made an arrangement for his business to reimburse me125.00$ for the replacement of my center console for my vehicle. The only other thing I would like to be done to resolve this matte completely, is for Chesrown Chevrolet/GMC to admit fault in this matter, and to also stop lying about everything.l

In regards to your response. I have st[redacted] yet heard from Mr. G[redacted] or anyone at Chesrown. I have never been made aware of any options, let alone ever been told that I could go into the dealership to sign paperwork. My concern is that I already signed all necessary paperwork on June 9, 2015 to obtain the proper paperwork that should have been provided by Chesrown so I could obtain my licenses plates. Unfortunately, I needed this paperwork 2 weeks ago and Chesrown did not help me one bit whatsoever.  Cresrown did not help me or give me any options to successfully resolve this issue in 73 days (as of today).  It took me filing complaints through the Attorney General's Office and Revdex.com for someone to finally help me and it certainly wasn't any help from Chesrown. All Chesrown has done is sit behind a computer screen, making up stories saying they have tried helping me by making options available to me, which they have done nothing of the sort. The ONLY option they made available to me in 73 days was: they provided with me with the previous owners title number through a text message, telling me that I could take that to the BMV to obtain my licenses plates. Through further follow-up at the bmv, that was very inaccurate information provided on Cresrown's behalf. As far as me now driving to Chesrown, I love approximately 1 1/2 hours away and have already taken off countless hours of work and spent additional money, not anticipated to handle this issue so driving to [redacted] isn't an option that is available to me at this time. Now if Mr. G[redacted] would like to drive to my house to personally deliver this paperwork that supposedly I need to sign then that would be wonderful. Through the assistance of the Attorney General's Office, Cresrown only did what they needed to do for the state (with 1 days to spare) to met their state mandate, however, they really failed me as their consumer. I would like that this complaint remain open as an unresolved complaint so that other consumers can read and make their own decisions on doing business with Cresrown.

Mr. [redacted]- I have attached the Carfax.  The odometer has not been rolled back.  It shows that during your ownership, someone filed two warranty claims with a company called "Service Plan Co."  The mileage that was recorded for these repairs was 32,823 and 38,311 respectively.   This mileage was deemed inconsistent with Carfax because the service performed prior to these warranty claims at our dealership showed a mileage on the vehicle of 87,983 (which was the true and actual mileage).  Therefore, there has either been a clerical error or some form of fraudulent activity is occurring.   Either way, these items are not the reason you have not been able to trade in the vehicle.  In my experience, the reason has been that you are unable to obtain the financing necessary to facilitate a trade-in on another vehicle.   If you wish to pursue this further,  I believe that is the Revdex.com's policy that the owner of the vehicle needs to be the one filing the complaint.

I personally spoke to Mr. [redacted] and had a good conversation.  While the ad that's being referenced does not expressly say that it is a former courtesy vehicle, it also does not claim to be a brand new vehicle.  This is the first issue we've had concerning leases on courtesy vehicles,...

however we will clarify this on these particular ads in the future.  I apologized to Mr. [redacted] and believe this to be resolved.  We've actually developed a new approach to lease advertising to bring transparency and combat the inherently misleading nature of lease ads.  Here is that page live on our site:http://www.chesrown.com/no-money-down-lease.aspx

I called the dealership. Never went online. My fiance Saw the car in the parking lot one day driving by and asked me to call. That means the finance guy put the application in based on the information he had from me working there in the past or from a previous application over a year ago. Both which would be illegal. If this will not be corrected then I'm done with this process and will seek legal counsel. Thank you for your "help"

The console in question had been broken prior to this vehicle ever coming into our shop. It probably occured when someone before us attempted to repair the shift cable. We tried for two months to locate a console that would work with a vehicle of this age. We were unable to do so. We did not...

charge for the courtesy vehicle that the customer drove during this time period. We are not willing to make any adjustment at this time.
