Progressive Auto Insurance

Progressive give lot of fake ads in everywhere stating, as they will handle your claim fastest and fairThat's not trueWe left many several messages to their claim adjuster *** who promises in his voice mail to return your calls within hoursHow many 100's of hours we need to wait your reply?
Plus even though we paid rental car coverage many days before the accident, *** didn't accept the rental car coverage and obliged us to pay the rent a car by ourselves
Hereby, we claim that *** finally returns our calls and cover our rent a car immediately
Progressive claims itself the pioneer insurance company but when you have an accident they will bum and leave you alone with your costly problemIt is up to you to insure or NOT with themMost probably it will be your very risky business

The last customer service rep I spoke wity on december 5th 2013 was very rude I have never been mistreated or felt insulted with any customer service rep with any company I called I'm for a simple request the rep was lectureing me on how I should pay my bills telling me I can't keep makeing my request he's going to make sure I can't do it anymore I've been with progressive for 3 years withou a lapse I can go somewhere else and pay oess but I chose to stay with progressive because I've never had a problem with them their usually really good I have no problems I've even recommended to friends and family but I will no longer as soon as my policy is up in febuary I will be going to another company all because of the one experience I had with the customer service rep

I would like to thank Progressive for helping me when I had an accident. It was my fault and the other party sued me but Progressive Reps went to bat for me and got it all taken care of. [redacted] and [redacted] are both very nice and able Claims Reps and helped me with my repairs and the other party's claim. I didn't have to do anything. I really appreciate it very much and wanted to come here and let others know that Progressive stands by their customers even when the accident is their fault! Thanks again Progressive!!
