In December of my home was damaged by an SUV Progressive is the drivers insurance and today March 22nd nothing has been accomplished The agent in charge of our claim is rarely available, and no insurance adjuster has visited our home Progressive continues to add more requirements to contractors and make it difficult to keep good contractors involved My garage is accessible, our home is costing more to heat, we have mice coming into our garage and our home is structurally compromised

Progressive Insurance had my Subaru Legacy towed to a body shop here in Colorado Springs while they worked on the claimThe car sat at this body shop before Progressive decided to deny the claimMy issue with Progressive is they basically held my car hostage which was a major inconvenience for my family why they took their sweet old time making a decision on the claimI cant argue about their decision regarding the claim, my complaint centers around them taking my car away from me for weeksThey deserve an F grade when it comes to service
