This past weekend we experienced problems with our furnace and had no heat We Called Proskill Plumbing and A/C in the morning and Keith, the technician, arrived in the later afternoon He determined the problem and advised us of the costHe stayed past what we would consider working hours as he knew we needed the furnace for the evening We were extremely pleased how thorough and tidy he was He put booties on when in the house and after the job was completed vacuumed the work area in the closet It was like you could not tell that someone had worked in the house If you had need of this type of service, we highly recommend Proskill

The two AC units on my home were years old basic models installed by the builder and it was only a matter of time before one or both required major service Preferring to replace them on my schedule and not at a critical time in the heat of the summer, I invited four companies to provide bids While Proskill wasn’t the cheapest, they were the most affordable for quality units from a major brand Brian K took a considerable amount of time to complete a load calculation, explained the available options and fielded numerous questions in person and afterward via email He was patient and immensely helpful in selecting the proper units and ensuring I made my decision with confidence
Proskill arrived on-time for the installation and the four man crew had both units installed in about four hours Everyone was professional and friendly and the quality of the installation is outstanding I’m super impressed and can recommend them without reservation They’re now my “go to” company for plumbing and AC services
