Brian was very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems, he was very helpful and conducted a thorough computerized scan of my home and came up with two great options based on price He was friendly and courteous and we went with one of his bids I am scheduled to have the system he recommend to be installed later this month I am looking forward to installation

Joe Mfixed a shower control that we have had other plumbers try to fix with little success He was persistent to diagnosed the problem that was very tricky and got it fixed He also set us up to make sure our water heater and RO system will get reminders when maintenance is needed

I called Proskill on recommendation of a neighborThey were very prompt and promised to get back to me with recommendationUnit not fixed yet so are not at end of process

this is the most professional, customer oriented firm I have ever dealt with from the initial quote for a new air conditioner I needed, by joseph munoz, to the extra care given to my failing system while I waited the days for the new installation they made sure by visits to repair my current air, without charge installation by jake and heath plemons today was perfect, and they made sure I understood how to work everything, especially the new thermostat they left my garage and home cleaner than when they came, and I have a wonderful system installed superior firm that trains and expects service to the customer cannot say enough

Joseph M was early and repaired our toilet with impressive speed He also gave me estimates on other work that I would like done Highly recommended

I called Proskill at o'clock Saturday due to my air conditioner failure and they were out to the house at o'clock Albert, the technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and able to explain the air conditioner's problem Problem solved quickly with parts on board his truck Cost of the service was $less than I spent last ;year on the identical part and service for our second air conditioner with another well known valley wide companyr Albert evaluated our ducting system and made recommendations to make the system operate more efficiently We plan to call Proskill in October, when the attic is cooler, for the ducting upgrades All in all, I would say that an A plus rating is too low for both Proskill and Albert I plan moving all of our air/heating/plumbing work over to Proskill

I was very pleased with the service I received from Matthew when he came out last week Courteous, helpful, and was able to make suggestions really helpful for me Being years young, there are things that are more difficult if not impossible for me to do nowHe was able to make suggestions for services that would alleviate a lot of my frustration I am pleased every time I use this service

Gavin couldn't have been nicer He was at my house within a few hours of me calling about one of my AC units being out, he diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and didn't try to make any more out of it than it was I've already scheduled them to do the regular service on all three of my AC units
