We have used Proskill twice now within the last weeks, ugh! I usually never do these reviews, however I feel this is important to shareProskill was mentioned via nextdoor asking for recommendations for our water heater leak discovery, so we had no time to waste with this problemProskill was mostly recommended, but one important thing to point out was all those recommendations in which we contacted, only Proskill was able to send a tech out within minutes, and this was a PM callRyan was our tech, arrived at 4:pmOther company’s could come next day even as I contacted them early to mid-morningRyan was FANTASTIC!!! What an awesome, friendly, professional job he didBecause of this experience, weeks later, we turned off a leaking faucet under the sink and the [redacted] snapped of ugh! 4:pm we called Proskill and they arrange for Jamie, who was on another job site to respondHe arrived a little after pm, had this fix very quickly for usAgain, very friendly, professional, and a great jobWe still need to get this faucet replaced, which will be arranged with ProskillWhat an awesome great experienceProskill will be our home repair professionals from now onI highly recommend this company

Yesterday I had my hot water heater replaced Since I purchased my home in it has been a struggle to find good/reliable people to do work on my home I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with ProSkill PlumbingI spoke with Tyler on the phone when I called to ask questions and he was very informative and politeThen when my installer came he was efficient and professional and also very informative!! I can't say enough good things about this company! Oh, my installers name was Matt P [redacted] is definitely a company I would recommend and that I would call again if I ever need any plumbing/heating/ac work done in the future!

We just had a great experience with Proskill From the beginning, the office staff was very friendly and offered options for an appointment Appointment was set and Keith P came to our home to investigate the problem He offered a solution , gave us a price and we decided to proceed He arrived on time again, several days later, with the parts and spent over two hours in our attic fixing the problem After he finished he advised us on how to operate the system and answered all our questions Keith P did excellent work He acted very professional and made sure the area was clean before he left I will use Proskill on any future issues and recommend them to everyone I know Their service skills and the professional work ethic they have is outstanding !!

Matt (proskill plumber) was very knowledgeable and very proficient in his work for us. He explained every detail, showed us the existing part which was at the end of its life and in need of replacement. He also checked the water softener, drained some water from the water heater and in general made some adjustments to every part of our system. Thank You.

Extremely pleased with ProSkill! From start to finish the entire team was pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. We decided to get two new AC/furnaces, never felt pressured, every aspect from the order to install was explained and there was great communication. The quote was emailed and reviewed all fees explained and detailed, even came in less at completion than original price. My husband was home the day of install and was texting me how impressed he was with the team's professionalism, work ethic and knowledge. Originally planned on a 2 day install but they did great work in a timely manner as a team of three and finished in one day. Kyle was the lead tech on our project in New River, thanks guys! Love my new Tranes!!!

ProSkill has been taking care of our plumbing needs for a few years, but we recently turned to them when we needed a new heating and air conditioning system installed The installation team of Drew, Carl and Albert did a fabulous job They arrived exactly when promised and were very friendly and professional All of our questions were answered completely, and we received excellent and thorough instructions on how to operate our new systemWhen the work was done, everything was cleaned up and left neat as a pin Kudos also to Joseph ***, who did a great job with the pre-installation phase, and patiently answered all of our questions I highly recommend this company!

Honestly, I'd give Greg six stars! He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and went beyond his call of duty to help me with the insurance company, a septic company and told me to call him if I need him to help with either of these companies once they start their thing. Not only will I recommend this company to anyone who asks I am calling them for some little plumbing projects I've been putting off due to being nervous about professionals. GREAT JOB !

Proskill came to check my hard water system, and efficiently serviced it as expected. Greg chatted with me about my hot water heater, and I had forgotten that I had problems with a leak, and with draining it some time ago. He very quickly explained it's age, and I was happy to get a replacement. Greg was great in doing a difficult replacement, and I would recommend him highly to anyone.
