ProSkill has been taking care of our plumbing needs for a few years, but we recently turned to them when we needed a new heating and air conditioning system installed The installation team of Drew, Carl and Albert did a fabulous job They arrived exactly when promised and were very friendly and professional All of our questions were answered completely, and we received excellent and thorough instructions on how to operate our new systemWhen the work was done, everything was cleaned up and left neat as a pin Kudos also to Joseph ***, who did a great job with the pre-installation phase, and patiently answered all of our questions I highly recommend this company!

Dion was OUTSTANDING !! Our downstairs AC was out weeks and the upstairs unit was starting to fail, so I was happy when he came at the just minutes into our hour window this afternoonDion was a true professional every step of the way; he was extremely friendly, positive, reassuring, understanding and an amazing technician in immediately finding the problems and fixing them so that both units now work as good as ever He was also a great listener, and cleaned a very critical part (connector) which was corroded with dead bugs in the unit which still worked, but he did it for free and by doing so prevented us from having to walk outside to our electric box on the far side of the house to to pull out the large plug to turn it off Great extra-mile service with a smile, and got the job trouble-shooted and done in very quick fashion I want Dion *to be my AC/HVAC guy FOR LIFE, and I can assure you, ProSkill, that you now have my family and I as customers for life Dion should be training all new employees with ProSkill, and should either get a huge raise or a promotion to management, if he wants to, if he isn't a manager already What a valuable worker !!
Jeff * was amazing and really solved all our plumbing repair issuesHe came this afternoon just minutes into the hour window, which was much appreciatedWe needed him to re-seal a toilet that had over time come loose off it's mount, and to to get our stuck garbage disposal workingBoth were original appliances, years oldJeff got right to work, and was super friendly and professional, even stopping on the way to check what my wife thought was a leaky bathroom sink, but as it turned out it wasn't, just an older leak underneathHe got a stubborn hard piece of something by getting way into our disposal, found out it them worked as good as ever after he fixed it, and didn't even charge us for that either !! He patiently explained what he was doing with removing the toilet and resealing it, and explained why it's main valve needed replacing (that it wouldn't turn completely off)He was incredibly efficient replacing this valve, resealing our master bath toilet and cleaning it and caulking it around the floor surface like a true proI want Jeff * to be my plumbing guy for life, and my family and I will be ProSkill customers for life !
