Drone not working
I have tried contacting via email and contact form about my product. The product turns on but does not fly I have tried all technical troubleshooting via the manual I want a refund or help with this situation.

We can't even put in a replacement request if the item is out of warranty. The system will not accept it.

The customer was never promised that anything was definitely under warranty. Our normal warranty was extended for the holiday season until January 25th, but the customer didn't contact us until February 3rd. Therefore she was considered out of warranty.  The customer's resolution was delay,...

because she failed to properly attached her receipt to the email, and we had to repeatedly ask for her to resend it. She finally just faxed it over, which is when we saw she was no longer under warranty.

The product I purchased was closed in a sealed box until being opened recently the product has no signs of being used. I am not nor will I be interested in spending any more money on any discounted spare parts. I actually have no idea what is wrong with the drone therefor I would not even know what parts it would need. As far as I am concerned I have wasted $139 with this company and it will not happen again

Please see below as this customer has been responded to at all e-mails he has send this below was the last response to him on July [redacted]. We have asked him numerous times to stay in the same ticket because it makes it hard to go back and forth. if he sends back the wrong battery he say's we send him...

we can compare and send the correct one. to him or refund him. [redacted] emailed us about his flyaway drone on 12/**/2016. After the Christmas season we were receiving a much higher volume of correspondence, but were still getting back to everyone in a timely manner. We were out of the office for the New Year, and then back in the office on January [redacted]. [redacted]...

[redacted] received a response that same day from Agent Ava G.He was informed that our warranty doesn't cover fly-aways as is explained in the manual. We do, however, give out generous discount codes to those with fly-aways as a gesture of good will. They can use that code to buy anything on our website. [redacted] seemed satisfied with this, and promptly provided his proof of purchase. He tried to purchase the same drone he had before, which was the Dronium Two AP, but it was out of stock. He wrote back to us to ask how he could get it, and he was informed how long the wait time would be. After that, he never responded to us again,and so we considered the matter closed, and resolved his ticket.

This customer wrote into us for the first time on Saturday, January [redacted] We are closed on the weekends so he didn't receive a response until today which is Monday, January [redacted]. All customers receive an automatic replay to their inquiries that explains that we are not open on the weekends.

Very frustrated! I got the Protocol Dronium Zero Live as a gift. First time taking it flying it blew away and ended up in a tree 2 blocks away and was broken.
Never ever purchase these drones. I have flown drones before and this drone literally stopped responding and coasted away.
The people who bought it for me are embarrassed and feel they wasted money because they were watching me take it out for the first time. Very irritating indeed and I’m sure since the drone just flew away I’m somehow at fault. I guess the best thing I can do is warn people about how terrible this product is. Do not buy this! These fly aways appear to be common! I wish Protocol NY would take more responsibility. I will be warning people on as many sites as I can because nobody deserves to experience this frustration.

Bought my 3rd Dronium 3 and it did the same thing as the other 2.
25ft away it gets a mind of its own and decided to climb out of site . 3rd one I’ve had that’s done the same thing and cost me money. [email protected]

Review: We received the Protocol 25 in 1 Ax Multitool as a Christmas gift. When we went to use the hammer piece of this tool the tip of the hammer flew off and shattered my laptop screen which cost almost $200 to repair. I have called them multiple times, left messages and emailed them pictures of the tool, shattered laptop screen and the bill showing the cost of the repair of the laptop screen. I spoke to an unfriendly person named "Mike" supposedly and he kept saying he was working with the manufacturer. Now he doesn't even answer the phone. In fact NO ONE ever answers the phone there. This company is a scam and should be put out of business.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the shattered laptop screen and I want to return this product and get a refund for that too.

Review: I purchased a Drone as a Christmas present for my son. I purchased it at a major retailer. They recommended that I purchase additional batteries due to the short run time. But, told me that replacement parts and batteries must be purchased from the manufacturer. On December ** 2015, I purchased 2 batteries from their website. It is now January [redacted] and I still haven't received it.

I have contacted the [redacted] to make sure there wasn't a mix-up and they had no information. I emailed Protocol 3 times and attempted to call them once. The call volume was high and I was routed to voice mail but, the voice mailboxes were full for both customer service and sales. I have no other way to contact them. The only options I am left with is to file a complaint here and dispute the charges through my credit card company.Desired Settlement: Because I can't not request a change in policy in which the company handles it's customer communication, my request is to have more order delivered as promised
