Review: I bought my son the protocol paparazzi drone for Christmas. When he tried to fly the drone it wouldn't come on so we charged the drone for several hours and with no luck the drone still won't come on. I believe the drone has a defect but I can't get anyone at this company to answer the phone or reply to my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to contact me so we can get the drone replaced.

Review: I purchased a Protocol Dronium On RC Drone Model 6182-7BA for my grandson for Christmas. After charging it, the first time he put it in the air, just flew straight up and disappeared. I contacted [redacted] in [redacted], where it was purchased. A manager in customer service has been trying help me since December [redacted] cannot replace it as defective because I do not have the drone. The manager had a difficult time finding a address for ProtocolNY or a phone #...He finally reached them by phone and faxed them all the information including my name and number, neither the manager nor I have heard from them, despite calls and messages from both of us. It is now late afternoon on December [redacted] and my grandson still does not have his Christmas present, or any idea if and when he will have it. ]Manager at [redacted] stated that the same thing had happened to another employee at BestBuy, with the same make and model drone. This is just not acceptableDesired Settlement: ProtocolNY get in touch with Customer Service at [redacted] or me and arrange to replace this defective drone.

Review: I placed order number [redacted] on January [redacted], 2016 which has never been delivered to me. I have reached out to the business several times via email and phone call in order to find the status of this shipment. The business fails to respond to any requested communication.Desired Settlement: I want to know when I will receive this. The shipping should be expedited at this point.

Review: I bought a Dronium One from [redacted] for my son for Christmas. The first day, it worked great for about 3 flights. The 2nd day, it sounds like the motor bearings went out on one of the prop motors. It whines loudly and won't spin up as fast as the other motors. I emailed protocolNY as it says in the instruction booklet, but I never heard back. I've tried looking for a number, but cannot find anything. It's been several weeks now and I still haven't heard anything back, so I'm stuck with the decision of either ordering "replacement parts" from an out of touch company in hopes that I get a better result, or accept that I have lost $100.Desired Settlement: I will accept a replacement drone, a replacement motor, a repair kit that includes that motor, a repaired drone or a refund so I can go get a drone from a different manufacturer.

Review: On January **, 2015, l purchase an EagleJet XT Helicopter with Gyro, Model no.# [redacted], from [redacted]. l didn't open the package for a week, this was a gift for my nephew. Once l open the package and read the instructions, l proceeded to charged up the helicopter and installed the batteries. The first day the helicopter didn't start. l looked on [redacted] for special instructions and follow the guidelines, no lucky. l contacted [redacted] by email and they responded the next day, l follow the instructions and still no lucky, l send out another email, the next day l received more instructions, nothing worked. l called [redacted] (###-###-####) and left an voicemail, along with an email requesting exchange or full refund. Five days has past and no one contacted me from the company.Desired Settlement: Poor Customer Service.... l am requesting a full refund in exchange of this product.

I ordered few parts via order number given above but I am still awaiting. Can you update me on my items or return my payment. The customer forwards me a [redacted] tracking number which only shows that a shipping label was created on Nov ** with no further action.

I want my parts to be shipped asap or return my money.
