I called PSI about a testing issue I had in May which they told me they handled which they didn't so I've been calling for two months and still haven't talk to the correct person,because EVERY TIME they transfer me the next person hangs up! Ridiculous

To Whom It May Concern

I am unable to schedule for my exam as a result of PSI failing to resolve a computer system error on their end. It has been 4 weeks since the issue has occurred. Despite making numerous calls to PSI, I am still unable to schedule.

The error occurred as follows: I paid for my exam, logged in to PSI account, and verified that I am eligible to take the exam, However, once I clicked "register for this exam," the error I experience is "not logged in." I have tried utilizing various browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.), operating systems (iOS, windows, etc.), devices (personal computer, tablets, and laptops), and even disabled my firewall. I also had my friends attempt to register for me using their computer with no avail.

I first contacted PSI on June 10th. At that time I was told to create a new username and password but that did not fix the problem. I asked to register manually over the phone but I was told by a customer representative that it cannot be done over the phone since PSI also has the same error with my account on their end. The Customer representative told me that she will email a coordinator of this issue and estimated that someone will call me back in 24-48 hours. I do not know what a "coordinator" does but I did not receive any calls after 2 days. I reached out to PSI again and this time I was told that IT department needs to fix the issues with their website/computer system. I was asked to wait a few more days before someone call me back so I can register for my exam.

4 weeks later, I have made numerous calls to PSI, who were still unable to resolve this problem. I have called on June 10th, 13th, 15th, 18th, 19th, the 22nd, 26th, and the 29th.

The stories from various customer representatives were not always consistent. Besides letting me know that it is an IT issues. I was told now that the IT department needs to fix this "not logged in" error on my account. I asked for an estimate time but was told there's no estimated date of when this will be done. I asked to speak to the IT department and was told that IT cannot be reached. I was not allow to call or email IT department directly to get any updates. Each time I called and followed up on the issue, I was dismissed by the customer representatives. No one was able to assist me to schedule my exam. The customer representatives became more hostile, rude and passive aggressive each time I called. In fact, I was told on 6/29 to stop calling because there's nothing they further they can do.

Additionally, I have requested to speak to a supervisor and was met with resistance from the representative. During one of the calls, a customer representative blatantly informed me that the supervisor cannot help me and it's useless to speak to a supervisor. If I was lucky enough to be allowed to speak with a supervisor, I was mysteriously disconnected at least 4 times while the calls were being transferred.

This is my fourth week of waiting for PSI to fixed the system error. To this date, the 6th of July, I am still unable to schedule for my exam. I had pleaded to PSI help resolve the issue I am experiencing. I asked to be manually register so I can take my exam, but PSI insisted that there's nothing they can do at the moment and I have to keep waiting.

This mishap has caused me hardship physically, mentally and financially. Calling PSI numerous times, being placed on hold, disconnected and treated poorly produce extreme distress and anxiety for me. I feel hopeless, despair and don't believe PSI will fix this issue anytime soon as it has been 4 weeks. My life is on hold and I cannot move forward with my career. I spent countless hours studying and paid for review course with the intention to take my licensing exam after graduation. I anticipated for a quick resolution from PSI and had been extremely patience and understanding to PSI but there has been no progress with any resolutions. I did not work during school and it is imperative that I am able to work as quickly as possible.

Due to this delay from PSI, I am unable to obtain my license and apply for job. My livelihood is jeopardize. I am forced to use my last bits of savings to pay for bills and if I still cannot work soon, I will have to resort to credit card to pay for my bills in a few weeks. This is extremely frustrating and unfair.

There's a lack of accountability and urgency from PSI. It is unprofessional and irresponsible. I simply want to sit for the exam, obtain my license, earn money, further my career and provide care to patients. I should to be able to sit for the exam and there should be a way for PSI to register me manually to bypass any problem with their system. None of my classmates experienced this error and were able to successfully scheduled and passed the exam.

Worst communication I've ever encountered. My first exam was cancelled due to COVID at 8pm the night before I was to take it. I tried calling for several days before hand and was never able to speak to anyone so I just chalked it up to an unfortunate circumstance. I rescheduled for today 6/25, this time I was able to speak to someone yesterday to confirm that the test was still on. As I was walking out of the door to go to the test I checked emails one last time and at 7:47am I was notified that the test I was to sign in for in 45 minutes had again been cancelled. This is unacceptable...how any state licensing board can feel comfortable using this service is beyond me. The most unprofessional, hard to reach business I've ever had to deal with.

Customer service will never pick up the phone. I called 30 times in 5 days. You are on hold since you call the number. No one will pick up... guaranteed!
How state licensure can work with this kind of provider. Amazing... no comments.

I am a commercial licensed helicopter pilot and I wanted to go ahead and look into my small drone license. I did a brief search online and it seems that PSI was the only way to find a proctored facility to take my exam. After the exam I was told by the proctoring facility (who happen to be pilots themselves) that I could have taken this online through ***.gov for free. I verified this by going home and completing the very easy steps in under an hour. I called PSI and received very poor customer service about this incident. They ultimately blamed the proctoring facility and of course they are just there to host. There is a lot of information that is shown before scheduling the test throught the PSI website that references the FAA rules and regulations but it does not mention this loophole at all. I paid $160 dollars for something that I never had to leave home for. PSI did not want to refund me for this even after explaining this. Every CSR that I talked to had no idea of this loophole and I was even told ,"I have never heard of this. We have pilots all the time that pay for this". Well, if this is true then they should have known as well. Total rip off and horrible place to try and get services from.

I've been studying for the SCRN exam since January. I paid for the test in mid March. After being unable to schedule the exam online through the PSI website due to a glitch or series of glitches on their end, I tried three times and waited on hold over an hour before I was able to reach PSI and schedule the exam on the phone. This was in early May.

My exam was supposed to be this morning at 0900 at the Vienna VA testing site. Last night at 2000, thirteen hours prior to the exam start time, I received an email from PSI stating my exam has been postpone indefinitely, siting COVID concerns but no specific details or reasoning. I tried to call PSI last night and waited on hold 26 minutes before being disconnected. When I tried to call back they were closed.

I tried again to call them this morning (the morning my exam was supposed to be). I waited on hold from XXXX - XXXX, having been disconnected again at the 26 minute mark. I check out the testing site in person and get there prior to my previously scheduled start time. To my surprise, they are open and multiple applicants for various exams are being tested.

The receptionist did not have me on the schedule and stated she could not let me test even if she wanted to because she "didn't have the exam" because I was cancelled. She could not give me a reason, but provided only the generic phone number for PSI customer service. She stated she would fill out an incident report. I asked her to have someone from PSI call me back today to explain and possibly help me reschedule. I left the testing center and spent another hour on hold with PSI trying to get someone on the line.

I spoke with two agents from PSI who both connected me to a different person. I waited on hold almost three hours with PSI before I spoke with someone who could help me. She initially told me the notes said I was cancelled because the testing center was closed. I informed her this was not the case as they were open and testing other candidates this morning. She put me on hold again, came back after a few minutes having spoken to some sort of manager, and told me that I was cancelled because PSI overbooked the testing center. I politely and as calmly as I could explained how that was completely unacceptable and disrespectful to me as a customer. She expressed some empathy and after some back and forth she was able to get me rescheduled for this coming Saturday morning at a testing site that is further from my house. I asked the PSI representative who helped me reschedule what my chances are of being cancelled again. She said it has been known to happen but they didn't have any control over it - only the PSI testing site managers decide who to cancel and apparently routinely overbook the site.

As I'm writing this review just now, a PSI phone number called. I answered after one ring but then they hung up.

This is some of the worst service I have ever had.

I'm trying to schedule an examination and can't get ahold of anyone. Every time I call I'm on hold for almost 20 minutes. Then it just asks you to leave a message for a call back within 24 hrs. I've left several messages and still no call back it's been over a week. I even emailed and they haven't replied. I need to get my license so that I can get a job and support myself.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered this place should be shut down. Was hung up on multiple times. And disrepected my multiple team members.

God forbid you ever have to call them because the odds of getting to speak to anyone is slim. Let alone a call back when you leave a voice mail. Further their online system is antiquated it best, providing you with little to no information on the status of your test sign up process. If you have to re-schdual a test, which mind you they might just cancel on their own with no warning, lord help you and the trouble your about to go through to get it rescheduled. Awful system, awful support, awful customer crevice.

By far the most dishonest test taking company. After getting to the test taking center I found out I was missing 1 document, honest mistake. They would not refund me the money or credit me to take the test another time. An honest company would never be herd of doing this

I have tried contacting them three times the past two weeks now to register for an Unmanned Aircraft test. Each time I call they tell me there is no way to sign up for one until they have moved into their new system. each time I called they had prolonged the date at which they would be able to assist me. The lady on the phone was very rude and did not assist me in anyway. I am still trying to sign up for the test and my license has expired since I've been waiting for them to get their act together. Not pleased with this service at all.

Very poor business practices. They charged my credit card six times for two tests. I sent an email but did not receive a response even though their phone line says to send an email for quicker response. I had to call twice to get my credit card refunded but they would only refund for four of the charges. I was told that since I took two tests that I had to pay for the two tests. These two tests were actually the exact same tests with just a few questions that were different. To top off my frustrations, when I called to get the charges credited, I was required to give my full social security number to the person on the phone instead of just the last four numbers. The person helping me was not able to find my account without my social security number. Providing a full social to someone over the phone should never be the means to find someone's account with all the identity theft issues we have today. Why any state government agency would use this company for state exams is beyond me.

If I could give this service zero stars I would some of the worst customer service I've ever gotten with misinformation being given resulting in a $60 dollar loss. This organization holds a monopoly on important exams needed by customers with no other place to take your exam!! Even after talking to the supervisor nothing was resolved what a waste of money and more importantly Time.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, WITH UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. THEY SCHEDULED THE WRONG TEST FOR ME AND OFFERED NO SOLUTION TO FIX IT. SPOKE WITH A STEPHANIE THAT CLAIMS TO BE HEAD OF THE COMPANY AND I MUST SAY SHE IS VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DID NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTION FOR A PROBLEM FROM THEIR END. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE TO RESOLVE THEIR MISTAKES. SCAMMERS!

What the heck is this 120 questions on a 110 question test? It's experimental and only some people get it??? So basically if I get those 10 additional questions right and they relate to my license than you can not count them towards my score and I CANT know the experimental questions? Nowhere in my test agreement for a Salesperson does it state that I'm subject to answer 10 questions that wont count towards my test but are a part of my test. That's so freaking scammy.

Worst company ever. *** PSI

I was absolutely and unfortunately scammed by this organization. I scheduled an exam and paid on the site. When I showed up, no one was there. The building I was supposed to take my exam in was undergoing construction. I requested a full refund weeks ago. This site should not be allowed to operate as they are not offering the services promised and provide no customer service whatsoever. I am disgusted by the interactions I've had with this company thus far.

Extremely poor customer service and resolution practices. I work at a company that has to regularly schedule tests through PSI for certifications. The college we work with cancelled a class for the certification and we were waiting for the new class dates to reschedule the test since PSI only allows you to make a change once without a charge. Once the college notified us of the new dates, we called PSI to reschedule and because today is a Friday and the test was scheduled for Monday, they will not reset the test date as they apparently require two BUSINESS days notice. When asked if they could make an exception due to the scheduling conflict with the school, we were told no, unless there is a death in the family, medical emergency, etc. they will not waiver as it's their policy. We were also told that there was not anyone that we could talk to that would tell us any differently. So, that unfortunately forces us to waste money on a second full price test fee and forfeit the money we have already paid PSI for a test that can not be taken.

2nd time taking the P&C exam (65 on first one, 69 on second. Passing is 70) Second time of a horrible rude proctor discriminating me due to my diabetes. He told me "the next time" I'm here, I can't have my blood glucose meter. That was before the exam. How did he know there would be a next time? I've already contacted a lawyer for diabetic discrimination and the state commissioner. Also, 160 questions on a 150 question test? And you don't know which extra 10 questions are being used? Yes, that's a testing fee exam scam.

Called for two days, stayed on hold for 11 min at a time only to go to voice mail. After leaving voice mails I never received a call back. Once I finally got somebody she said that she couldn't help me to call back. If I did business like them I will loose my license.
