My accommodations were supposed to be removed on February 22 and I should have been able to schedule my own exams starting February 23. I contacted PSI on February 26 about it not being functional and was told that it would be escalated to IT as accommodations had been able to get it to go through and there was an issue with the back end. I received no update for over a week and had to contact PSI on March 5 about the status of it and was told it would be sent to IT again. On March 12 there was no update on the status of my account's removal of accommodations and ability to schedule my own exams. I had to contact PSI for an escalation on my account. I was told it would be resolved in the next two days and to call if I was not contacted. As of March 16, the PSI exams screen does not load anything except "Your account is updating with information from your test sponsor, please try back again soon."

I took red hat certification exam (RH Linux Expert in Diagnostic and troubleshooting)on 11/7. My exam was terminated without any warning with more then 1 and a half hr left ( I was completely at shock) . After repeated calls and waiting on hold for 30 mins, The reason for termination according to PSI, was, I moved my hand away from the desk (completely pathetic to suggest I should keep my hand on the desk all the time during 4 hr long exam) they had four cameras monitoring and one directly over my head. I know they have the recording of my exam session (I can prove I was not at fault). I'm looking into all possible legal options. What pisses me off the most, they have complete disregard of candidate effort, time and hard work it takes to prepare for the test for them to terminate with out any reason or warning.
I took five RED HAT exams before, never had a proctor behave so childish. Apparently they hire junkies of the streets. I will be providing update as I will contacting them agian

HOW is this place in business? I am attempting to schedule an exam I need to pass for a certification, and they don't even know how to pull the test eligibility data submitted by my organization. What's worse is that I've been on hold for half an hour with no resolution. I'm still on hold with them, so I'm sure a half hour won't be the length of my hold time when it's over. As an educator, I would hope that a testing service would understand the need to make the test registration process seamless to remove unnecessary stress and frustration. These people obviously do not and are obviously just out to make money. I will absolutely be petitioning my organization to choose a testing service that actually knows what its doing.

They Charged my account 6 times for an exam I learned I had "never registered for" after being on and off hold for over 30 minutes. Learned they couldn't do anything to help me and I have to wait it out. Still unable to schedule my exam, hopefully the exam goes smoother than this. 2 stars and not 1 because "Tia" on the other end assured me it was a nationwide problem and she has been having similar conversations all day.

I have taken the Contractor exam for the state of Virginia twice now. The second time they scheduled the Contractor A license instead of the Contractor B license. I was forced to take the Contractor A license which is considerably more difficult! I had plenty of time to complete the exam and wanted to review my questions. The exam would not allow me to review the test questions so I called over the Test Proctor to show her the problem. She could not solve the problem with the computers. As a result 5 questions were unanswered and I failed the exam.

I am not permitted to see the test. I fully believe that I did well on this exam. Now they are charging me to come back and pay to take the failed section of the exam for a third time. Of course this was an exam for a Contractor License A which I never signed up for in the first place. I am contesting the results of my exam and asking for an official review. I am also asking that the company pay for the retake.

I scheduled to take my exam and could not find the building to take the test. Only because it is in NORTH Salt Lake, not Salt Lake even though the address contains a North coordinate in it. There are NO phone numbers to call to ask for directions, their online addresses are vague. Of course, they wouldn't refund my money, after waking around a building and not finding their office for over a half an hour!
Its 2017, get a bloody phone, Im sure Im not the only one that has encountered this problem. This company does need to realize that things happen and should be more understanding.
Its too bad this is the only testing center for my licensing because now I have to give these jerks more money?
