I am rejecting this response because: everything the they stated is a lieWe never did a walk arowndI never went through the back doors of the busenessI did park my truck on the back parking lot and walked to the front doorIf the policy was to go over the damage of the truck and sighn and get the coppy, that never happenedAnd I did not swear I was politeTo the employee and the shop bosses

Dear *** ***I received a Revdex.com complaint from a customer that work was performed from our business 3/23/and was assigned ID of ***.Apparently our customer *** *** has claimed that while we were installing a camper shell, we had scratched his tailgate plus other areas of his
truck.I know when Mr*** *** came in on 2/27/to place and pay for an order on a Snugtop camper shell we walked the perimeters of the truck to measure the length of the bed and go over check in procedures when he brings the truck in for the camper shell installation and the Line-X protective coatingsHe asked why we go over check in procedure and I stated to make sure there is no pre-existing damage before we take procession of itWe noted a scratch on the passenger side tailgate from and another damaged area on the passenger side above the wheel well near the top of the rail midway scuffed areaHe was shocked to see this due to the truck was new and he stated he would have to take it back to the dealership for them to repair it back in *** *** ** ***We continued with the write of the sales order for the campers hell and rescheduled the time to do his Line-X protective coating for the same day for the camper shell installation to make it more convenient. When Mr*** camper shell came in we called to schedule with him the installation for his camper shell and the Line-X protective coatingsWe scheduled the job for 3/22/While working with other customers on the phone and in the front showroom counter area Mr*** walked in through the back doorI was startled due to customers are not suppose to be in the back work areaHe said he was dropping it in the back so the guys can start on it quickerHe was in a rush to get out of here so after I finished up with my incoming phone calls and a prior customerI said to Mr*** we have to do a check in...vehicle was already masked off to note anything on the check in paper work...Didn't think anything of it until after we had finished the installation of both the Line-X protective coating and the camper shell he came in yelling how we "***" scratched his truckI was baffled and stunned by his approachHe demanded to see a check in sheetI was? check in sheetYou diverted the check in sheet by dropping off your truck at the back side of the business instead of checking in at the frontUnbelievableMr*** was swearing at an employee, the employee was swearing backI was unaware what was going onHe then left and came back in a short bit of time and claimed a body shop said we did this? What in the world? You know we do have insurance and if we did do damages we claim that we doWe have been in business going into our years now and I know accidents do happen but a customer looking for someone else to pay for their prior knowledge of damages we both saw together on 2/27/I am still waiting for a return phone call from the *** *** *** ** *** dealership where he purchased his truck last July 2105.Sincerely,

Ms***,We would like to thank you for contacting us about the complaint that your office received about our businessThe happiness of our clients is of the utmost importance to us and we continually strive to find ways to improve the overall quality of the car buying experience for each and
every individual that steps foot on our lotAs with every past, current, and future customer, we welcome the opportunity to address the concerns of Ms*** and hope that we are able to restore her good faith in our organizationMs*** purchased a Chevrolet Traverse from us on May 27, She utilized her opportunity to test drive and inspect the vehicle and we were able to procure financing for her. Ms*** was thoroughly pleased with her purchase at the time, and did not notify us of any displeasure until three weeks later on June 16, Upon reviewing her down payment receipt, we did in fact write 4/29/on it when it was actually 5/27/when she came in and made said paymentHowever, there was absolutely no fraudulent intent and we have no time limits involving our receiptsIt was an innocent clerical mistake by an office employee and while we admit that we are not perfect, we feel that this is an immaterial fact and frivolous complaint as it does not affect the sale in any way.Ms*** has a warranty through her finance company for the vehicle that she purchasedShe elected to not use the warranty and brought her vehicle to us to have it looked at because she said that it was feeling like it was "hesitating" and that it was making a "noise" when going over bumpsWe had an employee give her and her husband a ride home to their house for their convenience at no charge and then proceeding to begin diagnosing her vehicleUpon putting gas in it, the hesitation completely stopped and we checked it out and the vehicle needed strutsShe asked a salesman at the vehicle to tell her what the service center had done to fix her car, but obviously the salesman did not know the specifics and offered to find out and call her, which he didWhen he called and let her know the struts needed fixed and that we would pay half on it, she told us that she didn't have the money and that she would come pick up the vehicle. We have attached documentation for all financial arrangements involved in this transactionAny money that we took was explained to Ms*** and any money that we told her that we would refund, was in fact refunded to herShe made this complaint on the morning of the day that she was supposed to come in and get her check returned to herShe came in later that same afternoon and the check was, in fact, returned to herAll money is accounted for and there was absolutely nothing unethical or dishonest (let alone fraudulent) done involving this transaction on our partMs*** has been very combative and threatening in our dealings with her, yet she was treated with the utmost respect by all of our employees at all times.Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns brought forth by Ms***Purchasing a motor vehicle can be a complicated and convuluted process for anyone and we hope that we have been able to clarify these concerns for herWe are disappointed that Ms*** did not reach out to us for clarification on any questions she may have had instead of being confrontational and unwilling to hear us out for an explanationSincerely,Matthew H***Circle City Auto Connection317-240-

We are in receipt of Mr***'s responseThere is not much more that we are able to add to what we originally saidEverything was given to Mr*** that was in his vehicle, including the firearms that he hadMr*** has a relatively large balance left that he owes us, and if he would like to come in and make arrangements on that balance, we would be more then happy to discount the balance as a courtesy for him being upsetThank you for the opportunity to respond. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this isn't a resolution and proves nothingThe picture does not match the mileage reported on the document and 'Mileage In' according to the document is then incorrectThere is no data in the field of 'Mileage Out' to support their claimNot worth my energy or time lost

We at Circle City Auto Connection appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns brought forth by *** ***As with all of customers, Ms*** satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and it's something that we take very seriously.Ms*** did, in fact, purchase a Malibu
from us in February of As with any used vehicle, there will be regular maintenance neededAn example of this was when her headlight went out and she brought it to get checked outHad we known, we would have offered to fix It for her Out of courtesyWhen she had it replaced, a mechanic Informed her that it appeared that body work had been done on the vehicleThis should have obviously came as no surprise to Ms***, as she reviewed and signed several documents that made it very clear of the title status of the vehicleMs*** was aware that we had another Malibu with a clean title for $more, but she decided to make the best financial decision for herself at the time and went with the less expensive vehicleIf she is still having problems with the vehicle or feels that It is unsafe to drive, she is more then welcome to bring it in anytime and we will have it looked at, at our expenseIn regards to Ms*** insurance, the company that financed her purchase requires full coverage Insurance on every vehicle they finance, as is standard with any financier. Thank you for the chance to address Ms***'s concernsWe are eager to work with Ms*** and have her continue to be a loyal, valued customer of ours. Sincerely, Matt H***Circle City Auto Connection317-240-

I amend my request and ask for refund of the work conducted on my vehicle and investigation into the current capabilities of this company to complete complex repairs I do not want anyone else to endure the challenges I experienced with this inept vendor

This complaint filed with the Revdex.com is the first time our company has heard that the tenant would like to be refunded for the cost of theprescreenThis request was never brought to our offices attention by the tenantPlease have tenant contact me by phone and we will address the tenants request to
refund the prescreen feeThese are and slanderous accusation made against our property management companyWe do not rent out uninhabitable housing

In response to Ms***'s complaintwhen she first called and spoke with Wally (shop manager) and the second time she called and spoke with Matt (shop owner) she was incredibly beligerant and had the accusations flying so fast that it made literally no sensefor starters we have no employees
who smoke so I cannot explain how a cigarette wrapper got in her carthe missing phone/stereo cord we also have no explanation for, other than all of our employees have been here a long time and make plenty of money to buy their own cord to play their own music, and we have never had anyone accuse us of something so pettyIn regards to the mileage on the car, when the insurance appraiser wrote the original estimate on 2/1/the car had miles on it and when the car was dropped off for repairs on 3/29/(months later) it had miles on it (see attached photo)when cars are dropped off here we take photos of the entire car and the dash, with the key on so we can record the mileage, fuel level, warning lights, etcjust for this reasonobviously she put miles on the car before we received itAll cars under repair are inside our building at night, locked, with an alarm systemIn closing, due the way she treated and spoke to me and my staff and the facts support the opposite of her claim I have no intention of giving her any type of reimbursementOn a side note: she threatened to soil our online reputation through negative reviews and I will file suit against her for defamation character if she follows through on the threatthank youMatt T***, owner

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted] because I feel that the business is lieing  and the person who is writing you no longer works for that organization he works for a different organization so he has no idea what's going on he's being told what to say and how to say it they need to show proof of the computer printouts of everything of all payments that was made they gave me the OK to come in on Friday or Saturday with my payment was made they gave me the OK to come in on Friday or Saturday with my payments now there's a different story  I have nothing they kept everything that was in my car wouldn't give me nothing  and we're not Sadie camp everything they kept everything on the inside of my car paperwork check stubs payments watches rains wallet picture of everything I have witnesses to show when they gave me my bags of stuff on thing was in my bags was trash some old washer then I have no idea where they came from speakers of where they came from basically most of the stuff they gave me was not my stuff they gave me none of my stuff out of the car

We are in receipt of the complaint lodged with your office on behalf of [redacted] and are thankful for the opportunity to tender our response. We are saddened that Mr. [redacted] is no longer a happy customer of ours and hope that we can regain the chance to one day have him back in the Circle City...

circle. We are also disturbed that the claims brought by Mr. [redacted] were untrue. One statement that Mr. [redacted] made that was, in fact, true was that we did not repo his vehicle on many occasions when he was over three weeks late. After working with him numerous times, coupled with the fact that our contract stipulates that there is no grace period whatsoever in regards to late payments, we finally were forced to repossess his vehicle. On many occasions during the time that Mr. [redacted] was a customer of ours, he made disorderly scenes on our lot and caused innumerable problems for our other customers and staff. The repossession officer found there to be three firearms in Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle, as well. We have no desire to put Mr. [redacted] back on payments for this vehicle. Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint. Matt H[redacted]317-240-2886

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They lied because it had not been 3 weeks when I complained it wasn't even 3 weeks when I did my report with you guys. I complained 2 days after I purchased it and they said they would take care of it and they DID NOT. I will tell any and everyone I know they are liars and crooks. They won't even tell me who the manager and owner of the company is!! Everyone in the office says they are a manager which I know is a LIE!!! I will NEVER step foot in that place again and I hope I stop a lot of other people from being lied to !! That is not good customer service and as far as I am concerned I hope they get their business shut down!!! I have looked at all of the reviews on like from other people that feel the same as I do!!!! [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
We are asking that we be refunded in a timely manner. Thank you.

It would be inappropriate for us to go through the various details regarding this matter, we as a management company are not obligated to refund the prescreen fee but we will as a courtesy return the prescreen fee to the tenants.

I am rejecting this response because: We asked for the refund through the Revdex.com and received  a text message from [redacted] asking why we contacted the Revdex.com. On September 17, via text that I still have,  [redacted] stated he would refund us. On 9-28 I asked [redacted] again for our refund and he stated that he was going to talk to Revdex.com first. California Civil code 1941.1 states that a habitable home includes weather proofing on all doors, which we do not have. No broken windows, which we have 2. It also states a home is to be free of debris, garbage, bugs and rodents. We were left with garbage, debris, cockroaches and mice. On July 31 during my first visit to the home I pointed out repairs and issues, which still had not been done when we moved in on 8\15. This company was aware of the issues prior to submitting application fees, yet they still collected monies as well as rented a home that by CA civil code is uninhabitable.  We are not being slanderous  about the company. It is true they rented this home to us, it is true that on 8-14 when we signed our lease the repairs we still not done. This company has told us it is our fault for accepting the home they falsley asvertised on their website as move in ready. We were told by this company we should have backed out the day before we were to move. We were accused of asking for a new home to be built becuase we asked for the move in ready home we were told we were getting. We have been through a great deal of stress in the home. When we addressed issues with the company, on more than one occasion, we were asked if we would like to purchase a home through them. Again, this home was advertised as move in ready by this company and it is not up to code to deem it habitable. Once I received  the message here I contacted [redacted] via text to again ask if we would be refunded; he did not respond. This company is passing the blame to the owner as well as ourselves, however we did  not rent directly from the owner. We rented through  this company with the assumption  that it was move in ready and habitable. We did not choose how they advertised and had we known there were so many issues, that they said would be repaired promptly  and still  have not been fixed 45 days later, we would never have accepted the home or paid for application fees.
