At first I was not please with this company because it took them so long to get my magazineAlmost three monthsAfter calling them twice- they actually were very polite on the phone and listened to my complaintThey agreed to refund my money in full and expedite my magazineI got all my money back and my magazines have just started to arrive

We have received and processed the payments for the subscription for James R Woidtke and justly remittance of Science News magazine. His payment was received on 4/27/2016 and we remitted payment to Science News on 5/13/2016.  In our terms and conditions we ask our clients to allow 6-12 weeks for the first issue to arrive. We apologize for the delay in delivery and appreciate the feedback from our customers. While the customer asserts that she was “fraud” we would like to assure her that we are in fact an authorized agent to sell Science news Magazine and have in no way misrepresented our relationship with that publication and have remit payment on her behalf.   As compensation for the inconvenience, we will have issued a refund of payment of $111.60 on 8/3/2016 with check #3507.
