As I see it !,we're waiting on the businesses response....

Don't know what else I can say right now ?,but it is NOT resolved yet. I hear from them on [redacted], where I called them frauds and said I reported them for such, and scammers. They claimed that they're not scammers + said to prove it (come to my house with the winning package -won $5,000.00 a week for life). They haven't responded to that yet either.

Please see the attached.  Thank you.

This company is obviously a scam. My elderly mother unfortunately bought into their business practice which takes advantage of people by falsely advertising to them in order to hook them on the idea that anyone could become a winner in their drawings. Which is untrue. My mother has been a loyal customer for 10 years and had all of her hopes and dreams on winning one of the prize packages to help her get out of debt in her retirement. Pulisher's Clearing House (PCH) called her three weeks ago to do an over-the-phone satisfaction survey with her, which she thought she was being very polite and gave all positive reviews. However, she noticed that she had stopped recieving PCH mail and she didn't know why. Well, PCH called her today to say that they no longer wish to do business with her. She's been unsubscribbed from their mailing and calling lists and has been barred from ever purchasing their products or from ever winning any of their contests. PCH refused to tell her why and wont answer her calls. She's been crying all day and said that this was the one thing that gave her hope. PCH better watch out or they'll have a serious lawsuit on their hands!

I started an online account with Publisher's Clearing House last August of 2016. To my surprise, I won twice from their online games. I won a ten dollar cash prize and a ten dollar [redacted] gift card. I won the cash prize in Sept and when a month had gone by, I decided to contact them via their website and ask why I hadn't received it yet. Even though it's tiny in comparison with their large prizes, I feel that if their site tells you that you won, you should get it at some point. They told me that it usually takes 4 -8 weeks. I waited and then in October, I won again. This time the [redacted] gift card. Well time went on and nothing ever came in the mail! In December, I decided to contact them to see if these prizes had been sent out yet. They didn't mention the gift card, but they said that the cash prize was sent out. However, it didn't appear to be cashed. Well of course, because I never got it! They said they put a stop pay on it and it might be another 3 weeks, but I should be getting another check. Well, it's Feb. now and I have not received either prize! It's just disappointing. If they don't want to mess with sending out the smaller prizes, then why don't they just get rid of them? I cancelled my account with them late last month. I will never open another account or play their games again!

Sends two to three emails daily advertising arrival of a prize patrol to home. Followed the links for last seven years. Never won anything. They seem to be using these to generate traffic to their affiliate websites to make money from click ads.

Horrible business, too many incentives and then fall thru!

A++ Notified Customer Service 2/5/16 that I had received a package of bungee cords which I had not ordered and had plenty of same in garage. I was told billing will be removed within two days from my account and to donate the bungee cords to Salvation Army or Goodwill or the likes. I certainly appreciate that I did not have to argue about the shipment/order and it was handled in a professional manner.

Since I filed my last complaint I have received five more emails from Publishers Clearing House that's a total of 11. I continued to unsubscribe but they keep bombarding with more unwanted emails.

My mother is being scammed with a $540.00 bill that she has records of checks that she has paid. We moved in August and she submitted the new address and the company is stating she has not paid. She has the information of electronic payments from her bank and also the copies of the checks. This company is AWFUL and should receive an F rating. The order numbers and the invoices are not matching and I think they are trying to take advantage of an 87 year old woman. She pays her bills better on a fixed income than any working person.

I placed an order that I immediately tried to cancel over the phone, that day and the next. They shipped the item anyway, but didn't charge me for it. Each time I've talked to a representative on the phone, or corresponded with via email has been professional and courteous.

Review: Company sends me emails that I have ordered a product, which I did not order. PCH Order Number [redacted]. Despite repeated attempts to get company to cancel order prior to shipping, company will not cancel order. I will not accept receipt of order if it is shipped to my home. Company has had adequate notice that order is fraudulent and needs to be cancelled, yet refuses to acknowledge receipt of notice.Desired Settlement: Require that company immediately cancel PCH Order Number [redacted] and cease and desist from future correspondence.

I have used PCH for DECADES and won zero and question the validity and integrity of PCH.

I received an order item from PCH via [redacted]. Upon opening, the item ( a mortar & pestle) was damaged beyond repair. The item box was placed in a larger one with one other small item without appropriate cartonage.

When I called PCH to ask what they wanted me to do with the damaged item, I was read a script, and informed that due to a phone survey I did 2 days ago, I was forever banned from PCH.

This company sells JUNK merchandise. The hankchief I bought fell apart when WASHED!

I have not received my money from clearingHouseLLC,so I'm need in my money if that not a big issue thanks you .

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As indicated in my last letter to Publisher's Clearing House, I do not owe them once cent. Every time I send them a letter they come back with a different amount owed.

I am attaching my last letter to them explaining to them that I do not owe them one cent. I have detailed out every single payment to them and every single item purchased.

Thank you.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
