I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I informed the company in August before I moved that I was changing my address, and they changed the address in their systemI told them I would no longer live at the [redacted] address after September 9th, and they acknowledged this, do they have that on tapeThe [redacted] address is my billing address, and I have never once asked to have anything sent to that addressThe gift card would not have been returned, because when I signed up for the subscription I was living in the [redacted] for over a yearI think that the actions of this company are fraudulentIf they have the wrong address, then why am I getting subscription renewals for magazines I'm not receiving? These renewals should be taken up through their company, not by me, and further more the renewal notices are for the magazines I'm not receivingPlus I haven't been sent anything to the [redacted] , because my parents live there, and keep any mail that is delivered for meIf the matter is not resolved, and I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving this is considered fraud, and there will need to be legal actions taken Regards, [redacted]

I'm making sure not a single person signs up for this load of bs Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:
The problem is that when I searched the company online, I found nothing but complaintsComplaints lodged with the Revdex.com, Ripoff Report, Review Talks, and even YelpThe only "positive reviews" I could found were on their own website, with no names or credentials attachedIn addition, when I was initially contacted, I was told conflicting information from what I'm now being toldThe sales repexplained that the $13/month was the processing fee paid directly to PNAS for acting as the intermediary with these magazine publishers, that I was not paying for the magazines themselves, that the magazines work with their company to increase circulation and make their money primarily from selling ad spaceNow I'm being told that they have all been prepaid, meaning I am paying for the magazines, despite never even selecting which ones to receive, since there weren't even five magazines listed that I would be interested in.I have filed further complaints with the FTC and my state's Attorney General's office.I would like any subscriptions placed in my name to be cancelled, my information to be deleted from their records, and not to be contacted again, by mail or phone, following resolution

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. When this company called to record my acceptance of these $"free" magazines, I said I did not want them and wanted to cancel the whole thingAt that time I was informed the magazines had already been orderedSo what was the point of calling to record my acceptance? This whole thing is a scamIt's all over the InternetI am not paying for these magazinesI am not receiving any magazines which seems suspicious to me since they were supposedly ordered on my behalf months ago. Regards, *** ***
