Customer received a call from Trent Nelson claiming to be with the State Representative's office. He said that she owed money on a loan done online. It was with Fifth Third Bank. Cu did not have a have loan with Fifth Third. He had her social security, name and address. Customer stated that she never had a loan in 2012. Caller said that he would check on that and call back if need. Customer also received a voice mail message stating she would be prosecuted. The call was from 440-220-6325.

Review: Mailed two payments for [redacted] Magazine subscription. Checks were cashed, never received magazine, continued to receive billing notices, placed numerous calls/emails to service provider with no return response. With further online investigation I discovered that this is a fradulent company I was led into.Desired Settlement: I sent in two payments of $89.98 which totals $179.96. I would expect to receive no less than this amount back to me, a written apology and an additional payment for mental anguish.

Review: I purchased a subscription to 365 issues of the New York Times through a mail offer I received in our office from Publishers Payment Processing Company. First payment was made with my company credit card back in May **, 2013 and the second payment was made in June **, 2013. I was told to wait 10-12 weeks to receive my first issue after the second payment was made. It’s been exactly 15 weeks and I have not received any issues yet from this company. I have called this company several times and told to call back at a later date and time. When I call back I am told they have to research my inquiry and get back to me with a final answer. To this day, I have not received a single issue from them and no one answers my emails either. I have emailed them 5 different occassions and no one answers or reads my emails. I would like to receive credit back in my credit card. Please help me.

Review: Magazine subscription terms have not been met by failure to deliver within company's own timeline. In addition, customer service only responded to inquiry after being threatened with a report to Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my magazine delivered promptly according to regular magazine company delivery. If that's not possible, then I'd like reimbursement of my payment.

Review: Here's a little backstory- I received a letter last week form the New York Times telling me that I had paid for my subscription through a third party type vendor who overcharges and that I should no longer use them. I realize it is this company, so I call and ask to have my name/company removed from all of their lists and to please stop sending me mail. The man on the other end says he can't. I ask him repeatedly to remove my name and he fights me every time. I tell him what he is doing, not removing my name and up charging people is illegal and he SCREAMS at me and tells me I am rude over and over and then he hangs up on me. I talk to people on the phone all day and I have never experienced someone being so completely rude and useless. I'm pretty sure you are a representative of a company and are supposed to assist customers. Clearly I struck a chord with the illegal talkDesired Settlement: I would like them to remove my company from their system and never contact me again via mail.
