This company is horrible literally so I’ve used them once before and had a 20$ credit on my account of course yu have to book the appt online but I didn’t have a promo code for credit I contact the company like hey I have a 20$ credit why wasn’t it applied they go because but yu should’ve emailed us then they offer to refund my 20$ via pay pal when’s I’ve paid them by my debit card I now have a plus I phone with a white screen my screen was suppose to be black space gray and a black home button my phone looks rded

My wife and I simultaneously cracked the screens on our iphone and 8+ and due to our current income status, searched through yelp to find a cost effective way to fix our issuesI found via yelp that puls.com had a lifetime guarantee which a lot of other repair services don't offerI hired them to fix both our phones and it seemed as though the repair was satisfactorySadly the repair only lasted a couple days; more so on the 8+I then contacted puls through their "current customer" option via phone and scheduled yet another repairI had to miss a full work day to get this repair done as my place of business is very hard to get toAfter this repair was made, a couple days later the earphone ceased to functionI can only hear phone calls via the speaker phone option which in my line of business has a huge privacy issueI once again got in touch with puls and instead of solving this issue, they offered me 50% off the original repair as a refund to go to a different business to h

First, I will say that my tech was greatHe was very professional and did a great jobThe reason I will am complaining about PULS is because of the sub-standard piece of junk screens they are using and their advertising that they would "fix" my phoneMy screen was cracked, yes, but now it is desaturated and dimI would rather have the cracked screen back than this terribly performing lcdThe colors are all way offNo where was it advertised that it wouldn't be the same quality as the original and I assumed it would beBE AWARE that they are using sub-standard products and will make you want to get a new phone anyways with these junky LCDsI was led to believe that it would be good as new
