My technician was an hour lateHe said he was sent to Huntington Beach for no reason when the customer canceledThat is not my faultFurthermore he showed up alone and since he was so late he could not find parking and Soni had to give him my parking spot and go park blocks away and walk backThen since he showed up alone I had to help him the entire timeI did not pay $to help mount my own TVWhile I was walking back to my house I come and see him outside taking a smoke break and he says he was waiting on me!! I do not work for Puls why do you need my help? After lifting this inch TV up and down times because he kept messing up, it was finally doneThen he asks me to throw away his trashThis is completely unacceptable from start to finishI was robbed of $for the worst service I have ever witnessedAnd to make it worse he was cussing in front of my year old daughter!!!!!! *** *** is not professional and I feel absolutely cheated by this service

I paid for my iphone plus to be repaired due to the screen being crackedmy phone was working prior to thisThe employer repaired my screen but broke my home button and my phone no longer cut onShe stated she would try to fix it but couldn't notThen Had me sign a waiver an regards to my screen not being covered because of third party(Which they are a third party company)While in Kuwait this past summer my phone was fixed in a apple store overseas although I didn't not know that then as I just found outThough all the "we're not liable mess" to "we will cover and replace your phone should APPLE state their at fault as to why my phone doesn't workI got all of that and sent it to them and they redacted their statement saying we're not liableI paid them $to fix my screen and they broke my phoneApple will not repair it because once third party touched it, it no longer qualifies for insurance and they cannot repair it
