Puraka Masks are the best! All of our employees use them. The Customer Service is top notch! They are very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a mask and we all need masks right now.

After searching the Internet for the perfect mask for months, and buying quite a few kinds that didn't quite work out, I found out about Puraka from my sister. I have bought the Workplace, the Summer, the Essential, and their filters. All are top-quality, with all the features I had been looking for: Adjustable nose wire, adjustable ear loops, middle layer of filtering material, pockets to insert PM.2.5 filters. Puraka's subscription program for fresh filters is so convenient. Customer service is great! And, they offer cute designs! Highly recommend!

Great product and excellent customer service. Due to COVID-19, I was on the search for a mask that wouldn’t slip when I spoke to avoid having to touch my face - Puraka’s masks were the answer. Comfortable to wear and good quality. I had an issue with 1 of the 4 masks I ordered and they were quick to help me. Very pleased with them.

I love these masks! My daughter has to wear them all day and has no issues not being able to breathe. Very well made, a lot of variety.
Customer service is outstanding, as I’ve asked a ton of questions. My friend did some extensive research on the best masks, told me about this company and I totally agree!

Thank you for the review, and thanks to your friend for sending you our way! Very cool to hear your daughter likes her mask... phew! We actually love answering questions (seriously!). That's a good thing because our customers tend to have done their homework prior to finding us and are often looking for that last bit of information needed to make a decision.

I am very impressed with this company. The masks are comfortable, of good quality, and the customer service has been nothing short of awesome.

An example: when I wrote to tell them that one of my 5 ordered masks was missing the 2 devices that adjust the length of the ear straps, they cheerfully agreed to replace the mask and give me one in a different color, as I requested! How many companies have a similar pro-customer attitude these days?!

All this--the quality and care they put into their products, their website which is being improved seemingly on a daily basis, and especially the concern they display towards their customers--has made me a happy Puraka Patron and even helped to renew my faith in my fellow men and women.

If you'll excuse the pun, Puraka is, indeed, a breath of fresh air ;-) !

I have tried a few different masks, and didn’t like them for various reasons (didn’t stay in place, no spot for a filter, tight on ears). The Puraka masks solve all those issues. They are comfortable to wear and most importantly stay put, so I’m not constantly touching it to adjust it. I have young kids and they love the child size masks. They keep them on, even for long periods of time. The masks also wash and dry well and keep their shape.

I have purchased many masks over the course of the last few months and I can say unequivocally this mask is among the best I have purchased. Phenomenal quality for the price!!

The added filters are also nice. Easy to wash and air dry within an hour or so.

I had bought other masks previously that were kind of flimsy and thin and my son is the one that recommended Puraka masks. He had bought from the company and highly recommended them. I loved the designs and ordered 3 different ones. They are the best I have tried and I wouldn't use any other masks now. The filters give an added layer of protection and safety. I do totally recommend the masks - they're the best!

We recently received our masks and they really are of great quality! Well-made, very comfortable, and without any issues breathing with them on. They fit very well, and I appreciate not just the flexible wire on top / nose bridge, but also how they're "tucked" at the bottom, covering and tucking under your chin. I really do feel safer with them on. I also appreciate how responsive customer service has been. In fact, I'm so satisfied with this company, both the product and customer service, that I recently came back to subscribe for a year's supply of filters. I highly recommend Puraka.

On May 19 I submitted a 1 star review. I thought I had been scammed because I didn't receive shipment information within the time frame they mentioned, I was unable to reach anyone and I knew I was taking a risk given that they had only been accredited by Revdex.com for only a couple of weeks. My opinion has since changed. Sorry to have jumped the gun on the bad review. I was contacted by Puraka with an apology & shipping confirmation. Since then their customer service has been great at reaching out. I did receive my order of 10 masks with filters. They are well made and great quality. Much better than anything I have seen in stores. I just put in an order for 4 more. I highly recommend them and will order more from them if we have to keep wearing masks.

Good masks and they stand behind their product. The mask arrived with the pocket separated from the mask and they replaced it within a week!

Legit company. What they show on their website is what you receive. The customer service department responds in a timely manner. Very happy with my experience.

I bought masks last month which fit perfectly and recently purchased replacement filters for them. A day after ordering, I received shipping notification. The filters were in my mailbox six days later. Great job.

So pleased with these masks that I urged my family to get some. I wish the loops went around the head but like that the ear loops are adjustable to tighten for fit if need be.

Mask is comfortable, contoured, washable, filter makes safer - love it.

Purchased and paid for 4 (four) PM2.5 filters and only 2 were sent to me after taking 10 days to arrive! Unable to get a person on the phone... I left a message and an email. have had to follow up after the orders I placed because I never received confirmation or tracking either until I ASKED for it! slow shipping when

We understand the customer did not receive our automatic shipment notification email. While the customer did not have time to diagnose the issue fully, we will review our store settings to make sure the emails are going out as expected for a better customer experience. What do I do if the business has not followed through with the agreed resolution? (*See below)

It was agreed they would express mail TODAY the (2) PM2.5 along with a verification email/tracking number

It is past “morning” and I have not received any such communication:

I need to know how to proceed, in the event, by “end of day” this business does not provide me with shipping verification and a tracking number for EXPRESS MAIL.

This seems like fraud to me. I mean, I order and pay for merchandise and the order is not sent complete??? Then they agree on a resolution and still do not follow through?

Its not the $$, it is the principal and I get sick of far too many businesses doing tis to customers.

The filters have been picked by our fulfillment service but do not yet have a tracking label assigned. We understand the customer is an experienced online shopper, so we ask for her patience and understanding has she doubtlessly understands that except for the very largest businesses, tracking numbers are often not assigned the same day that orders are picked for shipment, even if the shipment will be expedited.
