A good company trying to help during these difficult pandemic times. Good communication with it's clients/customers. Response time is good and products delivered quickly.

Top quality masks and filters. They fit very well and are sturdy and well made. In addition, their customer service is amazing! They are responsive and helpful and truly stand behind their product! I am recommending their masks to everyone I know! It's also nice to know that they are not just figuring out how to make good masks due the pandemic but have been in the business for a few years already, so they have the infrastructure and quality that is necessary to produce a consistent product.

I placed the order, but did not receive an email saying the order had shipped. The links for the tracking number didn't work. I called and left a voicemail. I also emailed customer service. They emailed me back. I did receive the masks and it appears they are very good quality and fit well. I would recommend Puraka masks! They should just make sure their automatic emails work better.
The mask is great with a great fit for both adults and children. Excellent and very responsive customer service.

I received my masks promptly and have been happy using them. When I had questions about my order customer service was accessible and prompt. I would order more masks from Puraka if needed. Being a vulnerable person I rarely go where there are people so these masks should last awhile.

Received confirmation of my order. They wrote that I would receive shipping information within 1-2 days. It has now been 5 days and have received no information. Cannot reach anyone. Their voicemail basically advises not to leave a message as they are so busy. If you do it will take at least 24 hours for a reply. Send an email instead. Emails, however, will not be responded to in a timely manner either as they are too busy. Regretting my decision to place an order with them.

It looks like your masks arrived yesterday (Saturday). I'm sorry we did not respond to your emails in time. We try to answer all emails within 24 hours... in your case I see we responded within 26 hours. Normally we also send a followup from our sales email for all corporate orders. I apologize that we did not get that out to you.

Along with their PM2.5 filters I feel better about having to get out in public where social distancing may not be possible. Be sure to wash your hands after touching mask or any surfaces that may be contamanated.I highly reccomended them. Customer service was great, prompt and courteous. Received order 2 days before expected arrival time.
