just dont.
I am finishing my journey with Purdue Global, a few issues I've run into throughout my degree are the following:

The support from advisors is almost non-existent, seems to be a high turnover, they lie- I had to take classes (and pay for them) I wasn't required to under my degree plan because the advisor didn't submit my paperwork to change my program in time- TWICE.
As a student with a high GPA- I've had to question why I am not being invited to "invitation-only" honor societies. Chancellors list or Deans list every term & not invited to any of the "honor societies" with a 3.8 GPA.

Professors don't follow the "Purdue standard" and each course has different "rules" on late policies that differ from the Purdue policy.
I've had classes with lazy professors who don't show up to class, don't notify you, yet require you to write an essay on the unit reading because they didn't attend their lecture.
I have to constantly call each new term and ensure my aid is being dispersed correctly because even if it is an issue on their end, you won't be notified.

I gave a 2 because of the flexibility and the few professors who seem to care about educating the students on our academic journey. I am in my last term, I have requested information 3 times now on graduate programs & haven't received a follow-up. You would think keeping students would be a higher priority.

A solid choice for professionals
I am a former military aviator who started his college journey at Purdue in the 1990s. After withdrawing to raise a child, life got in the way, and despite attending several other universities, I never completed my degree. Upon learning of Purdue Global, I jumped at the opportunity to complete my degree at the university I began and my grandfather graduated from in the 1950s.
Was my enrollment process smooth? No. My initial career counselor repeatedly tried to push me into an organizational management path I had no interest. I had to make a complaint to have my counselor changed, and I am the one who researched the degree programs enough to understand what transfer credits might apply to which degree. As one of my WOCS Tac Officers told us, "You may be in the best organization in the world, but you are in charge of your path, not others".
I completed my degree in Professional Studies in October of 2022. I completed all remaining courses in under a year with my military and prior college credits. My new counselor listened and encouraged me to take courses aligned with my interest in project management and legal topics. ALL of my professors were professional, well-prepared, and had an evident passion for educating. The joy of walking back onto campus 25 years after beginning this journey is one I compare only to being a father and flying helicopters for our nation with regard to accomplishments.
I read several of the reviews posted as well as the replies. Both need some level of improvement in civility. For those posting negative reviews, I offer some perspective from an old guy who had seen a few things in life: your fate is what you make it, and it is the universities job to guide you, not do the task on your behalf. Know your path before you apply, do your research before asking questions, and track the questions you ask so you know what questions are left to answer. If you take even half of what I suggest to heart, there is no damn reason your experience at Purdue wont be as good as mine has been.

Purdue here is my advice: English 201 Professor Mrs. Fussell...Give that lady a raise

Above the Best,

THEY ARE ON PROBATION WITH ME. THREE STRIKES THEY ARE OUT!
called IT to get help with my program from their school, their IT department couldn't fix it, always a problem with the simulations or test sites, always having to put in IT REQUEST! or call to get a different answer each time, need to pay for tutoring from somebody else if you want to learn anything. HEARTLAND IS A JOKE. TOLD THREEE DIFFERENT THINGS ABOUT THEIR THIRD-PARTY HEARTLAND. THEY ARE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE WITH PRUDUE.RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ALSO, LIKE THEY WANT YOU TO BEG FOR YOUR MONEY SO YOU CAN HAVE THE PROPER STUFF TO LEARN WITH. LEAVES A BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH. NOT FOR BEGINERS OR IF YOU WANT TO GET A GOOD JOB MAYBE JUST FOR A CALL CENTER JOB. THEY ARE ON PROBATION WITH ME.

Horrible student support!
This school does not help you much. They just take your money and tell you to do everything yourself. Support sucks and they delay getting back to you in a timely manner and give you wrong information. Don't bother calling because they tell you to wait for emails 2-3 days for response, which is the main reason I give them a 1 start!

Purdue University Global Pre-licensure Nursing Program in Nebraska
The program in Nebraska is under warning by the Nebraska Board of nursing for basically being a program that was on an excellent path, had a change In leadership that decided to stop listening to its faculty and ignore rules and regulations and thinks they are above the law and can do whatever they wish without having to answer to anyone. They are now a diploma mill as far as I am concerned and a a danger to the public health as they are releasing dangerous incompetent uneducated workers who I feel very sorry for and I cannot bring myself to call them nurses

Purdue Global is a Fake School
The school is not world class...since creating Purdue University Global they have become a degree mill, enticing victims into the school to only provide subpar education. I found the school offering a doctoral program, attended a class for 1 week, found the instructors to be less than professional and lacking the experience expected at a doctoral level. I requested to be withdrawn from the program and later received collections notice from a provider who added almost 30% in fees. Beware this is NOT a world class facility...they only want masses of students enrolled to collect fees.

Terrible support
I attended Kaplan University before it was merged into PU Global. At the end of my last term with them, my husband's grandfather passed away. It absolutely wrecked our family. I was in constant communication with my teachers at the time, and expressed my intent to fail the courses and retake them if I was unable to focus (which of course ended up being the case since all our family was out of state and coordinating everything was a challenge).

Fast forward to the last day of class (also my last day to post before being withdrawn) and I was unable to post that morning because they had decided to withdraw me before the end of the day, even though I was given the impression I was fine by all my teachers.

What resulted is what has caused this review. Since they withdrew me that morning without my being able to post (with no warning from the teachers I was talking with at the time) they gave the money back to my student loans for the courses, and now claim that I owe them the money in order to get my transcripts from them. This has been a battle for several years now.

At first, they asked me for a death certificate (though I was still new to the family and my husband's grandmother was absolutely wrought with grief) and I had asked if the obituary naming my husband and I as surviving family would be sufficient. This went without reply for years, though I had emailed and called within that time multiple times to get an answer. No one ever answered on that.

Fast forward to now, and the school is now claiming that they will not accept even a death certificate for it, they are firm I owe the money, and are gatekeeping my transcript for it. I am unemployed because of health reasons, and cannot find remote work without a degree, that I cannot get because they will not provide the transcript. I guess the joke's on them, since you can't squeeze blood from a stone. *shrug*

The school part seemed fine, but if you run into any life troubles do not expect any compassion or support.

Great School
When Covid-19 shut my place of employment down permanently, I started looking into getting a degree online so I could have a real career and not just another paycheck to paycheck job. I researched and came across Purdue Global University. Enrollment was easy and all my previous credits I earned from my local community college transferred with ease. The instructors want you to succeed and have always been helpful. I am very pleased with all the tools I've been given that are included with tuition. The APA academic writer, the Purdue Global Libary, the online tutoring services, the Behavioral Science Center, and the career center are just a few I've utilized this week. I love this school!

I enrolled in classes and was told I had until the end of the term to complete my financial aid application. I filled out the forms and was approved for full tuition coverage through the pell grant. In week 8 of 10, I recieved a letter saying that my wife's 2017 taxes were not filled out correctly and she had a discrepency of $1800 that was not reported in 2017. (We did not even know each other in 2017). I was told that all I had to do was fill out a 1040x amended tax form and I would be approved. I have submitted this form no less than 10 times now. Each time I submit, I sit on the phone for an hour with a financial aid representative, and they walk me through line by line what to write on the form. Even with their department telling me how to fill it out, it was rejected all 10 times. I was told to seek professional tax help. Which I did, and spent hundreds of dollars on. (I currently make $14/h) Now we are on the day of the deadline and their department has just told me they do not know what their department is asking for. So I will now have to pay almost $5000 because no one in the financial aid department knows what they want. I have asked to speak with the person who is making the decision to reject me, and have been ignored. This is my first step in resolving this issue. My next step will be legal action, as I have been given ample amount of tax advice that was unsolicited and has negatively impacted my standings with the IRS. I will now have to pay for another tax professional to review everything Purdue Global has told me to adjust on my wife's taxes. During this time Purdue Global has made ZERO efforts to help me with this situation, I am told every time that I call that I can not be helped. I am promised that a higher up representative will call me back, which has never happened. I was promised that a dedicated advisor would be assigned to me for the entirety of my education at purdue global, but I have not received one phone call this entire time. The only phone calls I have received were from collectors, trying to get payment for the classes. I am starting to get the hint of a scam.

Purdue University Global Response • Jun 03, 2020

We responded directly to the student regarding this complaint. Below is our response to him.

Mr.,The Purdue University Global Office of Student Relations is responsible for addressing complaints from its students. We are dedicated to excellent service and take it seriously when our students report they are concerned with their experience. In your complaint to the Revdex.com, you stated you enrolled in classes and were told you had until the end of the term to complete your financial aid application. In week 8, you received a letter saying that your wife's 2017 taxes were not filled out correctly. You were told that you needed to complete a 1040x amended tax form and you would be approved. You submitted that form no less than 10 times. Each time you submitted it, you were on the phone for an hour with a Financial Aid Representative who would walk you through the form line by line. Even with the Financial Aid Department telling you how to complete the form, it was rejected each time. You were instructed to seek professional tax help, which you did.The deadline is now here and you have been told that no one knows what you have been asked to submit. You have asked to speak with the person who makes the decision to reject you and have been ignored.During this time Purdue Global made no effort to help you with this situation. You are seeking assistance and the opportunity to speak to someone about your issue. The Office of Student Relations researched your concern and found the following:General Requirement for Spouse Taxes: The Federal Student Aid (FSA) Handbook and FAFSA instructions are clear that the marital status as of the day a student completes the FAFSA is the marital status under which he/she must apply for Federal Student Aid. You were married in June 2018. You completed your 2019-2020 FAFSA in December 2019. This means that at the time you completed your FAFSA, you had already been married for a year and a half. As such, you were required to report income for both yourself and your spouse. The 2019-2020 FAFSA was completed using tax information for Tax Year 2017 thus, you were required to submit 2017 Tax Returns for both yourself and your spouse. It did not matter that you were not married in 2017. Requirement for Spouse to Amend Taxes: FSA guidance states there are 3 situations where the University is required to have applicants amend tax returns based on the taxes being filed incorrectly.1) Filing using the incorrect Tax Filing Status (ex: being married and filing taxes as single or Head of Household)2) More than one individual claiming the same dependent as an exemption (which the IRS does not allow)3) Unreported Income (when an applicant submits W2s/1099s that were not included in the filing of their tax return). Mrs. fell under scenario 3. She uploaded a 2017 Wage and Income Transcript which was an IRS generated summary of all tax reporting/withholding documents that were issued to her. The transcript listed a 1099-Misc form that is issued to independent contractors. The 1099 income of $1873 was not listed on her original tax return; therefore, she was informed that she must amend her taxes to include that income. 5-16-2020: The Spouse Amended Taxes (1040X) task was scheduled with this note:Spouse’s wage transcript shows 1099-MISC that was not filed. Spouse needs to amend 2017 taxes. Please seek tax professional and submit signed copy of spouse’s 2017 1040X.You uploaded a document on the same day, but after work hours.5-18-2020: The document uploaded to Mrs.’ amended tax task was reviewed and rejected. You uploaded a duplicate copy of the original Tax Return Transcript instead of a 1040X. The document was correctly rejected with the following note: this is not the 2017 spouse 1040X.5-27-2020: You made a second attempt to upload the 1040X. It was reviewed the same day and rejected. The form was incomplete as multiple lines were left blank. The reject note explained that you were required to complete lines 1-8 as well as fill out the "Part 3" section where you explain in writing what is being amended. You resubmitted the document a second time, again, after work hours.5-28-2020: The 1040X submitted the previous night was reviewed but was again rejected. The document was again incomplete. You entered figures on all the lines, but left two of the required boxes in column C of the form blank (specifically 2c, 4c and 7c). The reject note showed: 5/28/2020 1:27:08 PM / CLConnect Integration / column C is incomplete. Please update and resubmit.5-29-2020: The 1040X was resubmitted. You corrected some errors, however, some boxes were still blank. The form was again rejected. You correctly filled in box 4c, however boxes 2c and 7c were still blank. The form was again rejected. This time a more detailed note was left: Add the $6350 to Line 2C and the $1066 to Line 7C.6-1-2020: The 1040X was resubmitted. All lines and columns were now complete. However, on this review a mathematical error was noticed on line 3 that had not been noticed on any of the previous submissions. This was the only misstep on the University’s behalf as it definitely should have been noticed sooner. The document was rejected and you were notified that the math on line 3 should have resulted in $17,918 not $17,981.6-2-2020: The 1040X was resubmitted for the final time. The file was escalated by management for immediate review. This time it passed and Verification was completed. We now await the corrected ISIR to import for HO Approval which should happen by Friday June 5, 2020, at the latest. We found that you have spoken to a representative from the Verification Team who provided assistance with your account. We understand that the verification process can be a complicated one. Thank you for your patience as you worked with the University to complete the process. We consider this matter resolved.Thank you for allowing Student Relations the opportunity to review your concern.Regards,Janet PStudent RelationsPurdue University Global

I began a graduate program on 7/31/19. I notified my intention to withdraw by email on 8/10/19. I was told by a representative before I enrolled I would have a three week trial period with no tuition charged if I withdraw before the third week. I am now getting collections calls for $408 from Purdue that I should not owe due to the trial period. I had purchased a book that I returned to Purdue during the refund period which means I should owe nothing.

Purdue University Global Response • May 28, 2020

We informed Mr. directly of our response. Our response to him is below.

Mr.,

The Office of Student
Relations received your Revdex.com complaint. On behalf of the Chancellor of Purdue
University Global, the Office of Student Relations is responsible for
addressing student complaints. We are dedicated to excellent service and take
it seriously when our students report they are concerned with their experience.

In your complaint, you
stated you enrolled in a graduate program at Purdue University Global on July
31, 2019. You requested to withdraw on August 10, 2019. You were told by a
representative before you enrolled that you would have a three-week trial
period during which no tuition would be charged. You withdrew during the three-week
period yet are receiving collections calls for a balance of $408.00 owed to
Purdue Global. You returned your book and withdrew during the trial period;
therefore, you believe you do not owe this balance.

Student Relations
thoroughly researched your concerns. We found that the University’s Catalog states
the following:

Purdue Global Commitment may not be available to all students including,
but not limited to, nondegree-seeking students, students enrolled in Open
College at Purdue University Global, returning students, and students enrolled
in graduate programs.

We reviewed notes and
phone calls in your file. We found no evidence you were told you were eligible
for the three-week Commitment Period. We did, however, find a note made by the
Financial Aid (FA) Representative you spoke to on August 10, 2019, when you
contacted the Financial Aid Department to learn how dropping your class would
impact you financially. The FA Representative explained that if you dropped on
that day, your estimated balance would be $484.36. After learning what your balance
might be, you were transferred to your student advisor and requested to
withdraw.

Mr., your balance
is valid. We found no evidence you were told the trial period applied to you or
that you could drop without owing a balance. As a graduate student, you were
not eligible to participate in the Commitment Period. You were informed of approximately
what your balance might be before you withdrew. Please contact the
Student Accounts Department to make arrangements for paying the $408.26 balance
you owe.

Thank you for allowing
the Office of Student Relations the opportunity to address your concerns. We
wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Regards,

Janet P

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Hello!I do not accept this response. It is not my fault the rep that advised me I was eligible for the trial period didn’t notate. I also notified the financial aid rep of the same and was told they would escalate the issue but apparently I was lied to by your office. Here is even a Facebook ad that doesn’t specify graduate students aren’t eligible. If this matter isn’t resolved I’ll have to file a complaint with the department of education as well.

Mr. has communicated directly with the Office of Student Relations for Purdue Global regarding the outcome of his concern. We reiterated to Mr. that the decision stands. Thank you.

This University is the worst I have ever been to. Even after graduating with my bachelor's and being a faithful student with great grades and never having any issues with me what so ever. I ended up not getting along with people during my externship, I only needed 19 more hours until completion of my externship and this University just automatically took the side of the externship placement over mine. I did nothing wrong and was a loyal dedicated student and they didn't even listen to my side at all. They automatically took the company's side, didn't care to hear my side and kicked me out of school. I never want to be associated with a university that doesn't have their students back in any way and doesn't even care to get their students side at all. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because I'm now enrolled in a great University which is run way better and more professionally than PUG. PUG just proved there are really horrible colleges and I'm glad to no longer be associated with them, had they not taken over Kaplan I never would have been a student there in the first place.

During the time of August 2018 I received a bill stating that I old in the amount of $3,308. And which I paid and I have proof that I paid the amount. My complaint towards the school is that I received a collection notice the beginning of September 2018 stating that I owe the amount of of $3,308 so I decided to log on to the school website to check my account and there is a zero balance the website also states that there is a transcript hold on my account and I'm trying to understand why there has also been a hole on the release of my diploma it was April of 2018 I did walk across the stage attended the graduation and now that I look on the school website it states that I'm an undergraduate and I'm trying to understand why is that when I completed my courses completed what was asked of me as far as the course credits. It also bothers me because my job wanted to promote me and they needed proof my diplomacy and they stated to me that they contact the school in the school stated to them that I'm an undergraduate and now I'm really trying to understand how so I would like someone to please fix the situation and I would like to receive my diploma thank you.

We responded directly to the student. Below is our response to him.

March 26, 2020Student: Travis BC2K # *** / Student ID #***Revdex.com Case # ID1424471Thank you for contacting Purdue University Global Office of Student Relations regarding the concerns expressed byMr. Travis B. Purdue Global is dedicated to ensuring exc***ent service and the highest level of satisfactionpossible for our students. We, therefore, take seriously any indication of displeasure with their experience. In Mr. B’s correspondence of March 25, 2020, he expressed concerns about a $3,308.00 balance owed to PurdueUniversity Global since 2018, which was assigned to an outside Collection Agency. He claims having paid thebalance; however, no documents proving were submitted. Mr. B states his balance is showing as zero on thePurdue Global website yet the status of his transcript is on hold. He is requesting the bill be corrected so thetranscript hold can be removed and his diploma sent.In light of Mr. B’s concerns, the Office of Student Relations reviewed his financial records and verified with SAthat his balance of $3,308.00 is notated on his account ledger as a Write Off Collections. Due to the sale of KaplanUniversity to Purdue Global, the collection balance of $3,308.00 is shared between Kaplan and Purdue Global. Foraccounting purposes, the Kaplan portion of the write off is $1,837.39, and the Purdue portion is $1, 470.61. Thusthe reason it is showing a zero balance. From April 2018 through August 2018, Student Accounts attempted multiple times to contact Mr. B regarding hisbalance via phone messages and email. He did return their initial call of April 5, 2018.Mr. B said he should not have a balance as he paid $2,000.00 in March 2018. The SA representative advised thatthere was a payment in March but it was for the previous term of 1705C not his last term of 1801C (January 31,2018 - March 10, 2018). Mr. B responded that “maybe it was for January.” SA said the balance for the 1801Cterm had to be paid by April 10, 2018. The student then concluded the call by hanging up. Student Relations hasconfirmed with SA that no payments have been made toward the write off balance. In conclusion, we are unable to accommodate Mr. B’s request to have his official transcript and diploma releaseduntil the balance is satisfied. As found in the Purdue University catalog: Diplomas - You should receive yourdiploma approximately 6 weeks after the end of your final term, provided all academic requirements and financialobligations have been met. Transcripts - Students and former students whose records are not encumbered for anyreason, upon application to the Office of the Registrar and payment of any prescribed charge, are entitled to receivea transcript of their complete record. Purdue Global took over Kaplan University. I am a former Kaplan Student trying to proceed on with school. They are supposed to have former schools transcripts. They referred me to Parchment Exchange which sent me directly back to Purdue to get transcripts. That is not possible. I cant afford in these days and time to loose all credit done for my associates degree due to their negligence.

I'm not sure from which address this call was generated - I had done some checking on line to learn about attaining additional certs and/or grad programming. While I appreciate the sales aspects of these calls, perhaps hire a company to manage this piece whose callers are polite, stop the script reading long enough to listen, and don't hang up on the potential end-customer/student who expressed interest in the first place. Not impressed. I've left 1 star, only because I was called, and it's not possible to leave none or 1/2 star.

I was told upfront that I would pay no out of pocket costs if I withdrew in the three week trial period. I paid $100 for an English Comp assessment. I already have a bachelor's degree and did not want to have to take Gen Ed courses all over again.

I ended up having to withdraw because of a mishap with my FAFSA, which I do admit was my fault. I had indicated that I was going for a Masters, which qualified me as an independent student. I was actually enrolling for my second Bachelor's. Apparently if you are not married and have no children you are considered dependent if you are under the age of 24. I am literally 2 months away from being 24 and had I started then, I would have received more aid. Why that was never mentioned to me from the beginning, I have no idea. Enrollment advisors must not be trained on these things.

I was told before finalizing my withdraw on March 5th that I would be refunded the $100, I would just have to call once it was final to get my money back. Your calls are recorded. Listen to that call.

When I called to get the refund on March 10th I was told I was not "eligible" for said refund. I was also told that if I were to re-enroll I would have to pay for the assessment all over again. I explained that I didn't think this was fair as I had only had access to the course for a week and had not even submitted anything for a grade. SHE AGREED WITH ME.

I received an email that read quote for quote "You will not be charged any costs associated with your courses at Purdue Global because your admission to Purdue Global was conditional."

Also literally word for word from the "Refund Policy" of the enrollment agreement: "undergraduate students who choose to withdraw by the end of week 3 of the first term (within Purdue Global Commitment trial period); shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the nonrefundable application fee." The enrollment agreement mentions no conditions for assessments.

While I understand that I paid to test out of the class and was not "taking" the class, I did not submit any work whatsoever and it is a substitution for that credit therefore the same thing just "self-paced". I was never informed of any "rules" for the assessment. I combed through my enrollment agreement and there was no mention of any conditions regarding assessments. I never signed off to acknowledge these "rules" If there are rules they should be explicitly stated and the financial aid department needs to work on their training. I also understand that the mishap with my FAFSA was my fault, but that still does not change the fact that I was promised no out of pocket costs if I withdrew in the 3 week time frame.

I was told the issue would be escalated three days ago and have heard nothing. I can send you that e-mail as well.

$100 may not seem like a lot, but half of my paychecks already go towards student loans and I have many other expenses on top of that. I was at work when I was informed that I would not be refunded. I sat at my desk in tears from frustration. Why Purdue would you screw over hardworking people who just want to better themselves?

“undergraduate students who chose to withdraw by the end of week 3 of the first
term (within Purdue Global Commitment trial period); shall be entitled to a
refund of all monies paid, with the exception of the non-refundable application
fee.” Ms. B has requested that the
$100.00 be refunded. In light of Ms. B’s concerns, the Office of
Student Relations reviewed her student records and verified that the $100.00
fee refund was credited to her VISA account #6864 on March 9. 2020. Ms. B was contacted in reference to this on
March 17, 2020, and confirmed that the $100.00 refund has since been credited
to her VISA account. We recognize Mr. B was initially misinformed
on March 9. 2020, that because she had logged into the assessment course she
would not be credited, for which we apologize. The Admissions Department will
be notified of this oversight to ensure the necessary steps will be taken to
prevent any similar errors. Due to her choosing
not to go forward with the Purdue Global Commitment enrollment of February 26,
2020, all tuition charges have since been reversed along with the $100.00 assessment
fee refund. Her account ledger now
reflects a zero balance.We appreciate the Revdex.com
allowing us an opportunity to respond to Ms. Shelby B’s concerns. Should she have any additional concerns
regarding this matter, we ask that she contact the Office of Student Relations
directly at [email protected]. Regards,Katie M. BStudent Relations Specialist

am a homeless veteran partly due to this university. When I first enrolled, I was briefed that it could take up to 30 days before I received my first payment. I said alright. I was planning on moving to Florida later on that following month. Since I was told up to 30 days, I decided to move ahead of time due to me having some money in my savings account. Upon me arriving down here, I called in literally almost everyday checking on the status of payment. I then was briefed that they could take up to 30 days to submit my enrollment to the Veterans Administration. Now I was already taking my online classes. I was in shock. Not only did it take 22 days for that enrollment to be sent, but I was also briefed that it could take an additional 45 days before the VA would send out a payment. I then called the VA and they told me that they could do a hardship once they received the enrollment. I kept calling and then finally someone did an exception for me at the university to have it sent it to the VA immediately. The VA paid me within 3 days. The next issue that I had was trying to receive my pell grant. Now mind you the VA paid me and the school at the sametime on the 6th of Feb. The university did not credit my account until the 12 or the 13th. Their process is once all funds have been paid then they will send off the pell grant money. Well my money was sitting in the military department for up to a week. I kept calling since january 23 letting the university know I was homeless and there was no way for me to sign in until I received payment of my pell grant. They kept telling me that it could take up to an additional 14 days before the pell grant was released. I asked could I speak to a supervisor. The woman then said she could give me a courteousy expedite of the pell grant. She said allow up to 3 days before the money is in your account. I said fine. I called in the next day just to verify. Come to find out the school dismissed me for a lack of attendance when I have been briefing them for almost a month that I was homeless. They said it could take up to 45 days before they release my Final payment to me! I said that is ludacris due to the military already paid your fees! Now you are telling me that I will have to wait for 45 additional days? They responded yes. After doing research, I've come to realize that I am not the only one with this issue on the Revdex.com. This institution needs to be shut down as soon as possible especially for veterans. They do not care. They care about their payment and not yours.

Me and my husband just moved to Korea three days ago. I went on a leave of absence because of this move and Purdue global university took it upon themselves to register me for a class without my knowledge. Now I am 6 days behind and missing work because I was uninformed this class started. The student representatives then told me “maybe you should take time to think about tour degree plan because it is apparent you don’t know what degree plan you want” I asked if I could just restart a different class and was hung up on.

I have been trying to obtain my florida grant of $947.00 since the beginning of the term . However , the term is now over as of 12/23/2019 and I have not been issued any of my grant . I have went thru all avenues of customer service and I have escalated my issue several times . I have not gotten any assistance regarding the issue . This is an ongoing situation that happens every term of the school year .

I just finished my first term with Purdue Global and paid my bill for the term in full. Purdue Global is now trying to charge me for a mis-sight on their end. Purdue charged me the wrong technology fee and they are now trying to back charge me for the additional charge which was messed up over 4 months ago. I have paid my first bill in full and plan to continue to pay the new fee associated with my account, but I do not find it acceptable that I should be charged an additional cost that would not have been caught if I hadn't questioned it.

I signed for a parent loan for my daughter before this quarter started. We have been getting the run around since about when we will receive it. I'm done playing. This money was for her to get supplies, books, shelter, internet.... for THIS quarter! NOT AFTER.
The last person told her that they are going to be changing the rules about dispersment... saying that she has to finish her classes before she gets the money.
I have a letter from the government stating that I was approved for the parent loan. Give me my money.
And fyi, this has caused homelessness for parties involved.
