I have been trying to cancel my Pure Barre Orlando - Dr. Phillips since August 26th. The studio states I must cancel my membership in writing, which I have done. However, the company keeps claiming they never received my numerous cancellation emails, and they continue to charge me. They only wrote me back once I put a stop payment on my credit card. They claim they only received one of my emails, and that I had been using the wrong email. I provided ALL documentation for my correspondence and they never responded to that email. I have called but no one in the studio can help me. I email and email and no response. I can't find an ownership name /email for the studio and I can't get a response from the corporate email. I am in desperate need of help!

Other (requires explanation) I would like my membership to be closed immediately with a zero balance. This is the company's negligence as they have never responded or addressed my cancellation requests.
Business called indicating they are located in Tampa, Fl and the consumer is not their consumer. The complaint needs to be sent to Dr. Phillips location. Pure Barre is Franchised...
