This company fraudulently lure you in with a suppoesd trial of their products and then charges you a ridiculous about of money for a subscription that you don't want without any warningI was charged and another on my bank account supposedly after the trial week period was upMy products weren't even delivered right away so how they can change you based on the order and not the delivery date is ridiculousI have called them times to try and get this resolvedOriginally, they offered me a whopping 25% refund which I refused asking for the 100%By the end of the call they stated that they would issue a 75% refund or nothing and this was for the amountI had to call back in for the $to be cancelled as well since my bank denied this and alerted me of possible fraud.I was told by the very rude customer service person that they would charge me that amount more times and if it didn't go through they would report me to collectionsI finally agreed to anothe

I called their customer service line 1-888-492-After waiting well over a half-hour, I spoke with a representative and explained the situationShe was unable/unwilling to do anythingI asked to speak to a supervisor many times; finally the rep let me speak to 'Brittany'After explaining the whole thing again, she said she was unable to do anythingShe said that by agreeing to get a "free" sample, and not contacting them within weeks, that I agreed to pay $AND have a monthly subscriptionI tried to appeal to her to reverse the charges; after a few minutes she hung up on me
I went to their site to find their disclaimer/subscription agreement; I did finally find it, but the print was so small I needed a magnifying glass to read itThis is the definition of deceptiveAnd it preys on

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meThey have already processed the refund, and it has been received by my bank.While the company indicates there is a time period to opt out of the automatic delivery, I might suggest that: 1) that notice is seen, in VERY small print, and amidst a ton of other legaleze jargon difficult to read even IF you can see the small print2) I can't help but feel that the company uses these (and other) tactics in a deceptive manner, one that specifically targets seniors on the assumption that they won't be able to read that notice, and that they won't know to call to prevent further billingFurther, their customer service agents are to be kind incredibly rude, uncaring, unsympathetic drones that only claim there is nothing they can doThey make it clear that they are aware of the deceptive click-through notice, and aware that it is designed to click through without being readWhile they did finally give me my refund AFTER I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, prior to that they were anything but helpful
