commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records,customer ordered our Garcinia and Mango Cleason a 14 day trial basis back on 08/09/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95.The trial expired on 08/23/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 08/23/2017 ,$89.92 for the Garcinia and $79.95 for the Mango Cleanse however the charges were declined leaving the customer with an outstanding balance. Customer contacted our Customer Service on 08/24/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which the account was closed due to the declined charges. Our customer service offered the customer discounts on the declined charges,which the customer declined. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be terminating the customer’s outstanding balance for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

As mentioned in the previous response,Case Number:[redacted] has been resolved.If the customer has yet to receive the mentioned refunds they must contact their financial institution. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.However, I still dispute the claim made by this business that "our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes."  I was never made aware of the terms and conditions during the ordering process, was never guided to review or check any box in reference to them, and never received an email with a receipt of my order or information about how to cancel my order prior to the end of the trial period.  I had no way of contacting this company in order to cancel the order as there is no contact information posted on their website. I still view their practices as misleading and unethical.

The trial expired on 08/22/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 08/22/2017 $89.92 for the garcinia and $79.95 for the mango cleanse.The customer contacted our Customer Service on 08/22/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charge on 08/22/2017 $89.92 for the garcinia and $79.95 for the mango cleanse for any misunderstanding when placing the order. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.The customer also requested a refund our customer service offered the customer a courtesy refund $[redacted] for the Garcinia and $[redacted] for the Mango Cleanse,which the customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refunds $[redacted] for the Garcinia and $[redacted] for the Mango Cleanse.Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

According to our records,customer ordered our product the PureFast Garcinia and the Affinity Mango Cleanse on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/15/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95. The trial expired on 04/29/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 04/29/2017 $89.92.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 04/29/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. The customer’s account was then flagged as a chargeback for the disputed charge. However, we will be issuing a refund for the charge made on 04/29/2017 in the amount of $89.92.
