Dear Revdex.com Representative, I am the manager responding to a complaint that was filed against PureFood Fish MarketOn September 24th, the women complaining [redacted] entered into our shopShe asked for 10$ combined worth of oursmoked salmon product along with our smoked mussels (they are not oysters asstated in her complaint) The amount of product that she purchased was very tinyamount, maybe a bite size of each productShe was raving about our smokedproducts and how delicious they wereWithin minutes, she turns around,reenters our shop and demands her money backShe said that she ate our smokesalmon and was sickShe was yelling at one our employee's before I stepped inand asked her to write her information down and to please leave our shopIn oureyes she was displaying belligerent behavior We hand out hundreds of samples of our smoked products a day and wehave never had a complaintWe display our smoked products in a climatecontrolled displayed, all of our employees wear gloves when giving out samplesand on Tuesday September 29th, we had our annual health inspection and our temperatures and handling for our smoked salmon passed We are sorry if the complainant was ill, but unfortunately do not believethat this was from our products.Thank you,Pure Food Fish

***DOCUMENT ATTACHED [redacted] To whom it will concern,We received a letter on July from the Revdex.com regarding a complaint a customer had in our storeThe customer stated that she wanted crabs and was given a price of $When the customer got to the counter she was told a different price of $ She paid the $and left our storeShe didn't question that the total charged was different than what she was initially toldUpon returning home she realized she had crabs which means she was charged for crabs Coming in on a Saturday during the month of July is an extremely busy time for us and mistakes do happenWhen someone purchases a crab from us they are thrown onto the counter from the front of the store by a salesman who stands in the frontMy guess is, after this customer placed her order for crabs, they were thrown up and another customer ordered crabThere orders were mixed, leaving the new salesman taking over the sale to think that she had crabs instead of They did not notice that this was a separate orderThis was in no way intentional and crabs were not "purposely slipped into her order'' so she claimsIf the customer would have called our store and explained the situation, we would have apologized for our mistake and credited her card We sincerely apologize to this customer for the confusion.This is certainly not how we do business.Thank you, Pure Food Fish

To whom it will concern,We received a letter on July 141 from the Revdex.com regarding a complaint a customer had in our store. The customer stated that she wanted 10 crabs and was given a price of $187. When the customer got to the counter she was told a different price of $257....

She paid the $257 and left our store. She didn't question that the total charged was different than what she was initially told. Upon returning home she realized she had 13 crabs which means she was charged for 13 crabs.
Coming in on a Saturday during the month of July is an extremely busy time for us and mistakes do happen. When someone purchases a crab from us they are thrown onto the counter from the front of the store by a salesman who stands in the front. My guess is, after this customer placed her order for 10 crabs, they were thrown up and another customer ordered crab. There orders were mixed, leaving the new salesman taking over the sale to think that she had 13 crabs instead of 10. They did not notice that this was a separate order. This was in no way intentional and crabs were not "purposely slipped into her order'' so she claims. If the customer would have called our store and explained the situation, we would have apologized for our mistake and credited her card.
