Pure Natural Forskolin

Company took $169.98 out of my checking account ... they scam you stating they need your info for shipping & handling. Then they take money. I returned product unopened and called with tracking number. I was advised once I did that I would receive my funds immediately. Called today with tracking number and was advised my refund would take 14 to 30 days!!!!!!!!!!!! Beyond angry!!!!!! Scam!!!!!

I saw online where you can get a 14 day free trial of a product called Forskolin for paying only shipping. It shows that you can read the terms and conditions but when you click to read them they do not pull up for you to read or for you to accept them either. As I thought I was only paying the shipping on the free trial it turns out that they charged me 79.99 for the bottle of Forskolin. When I called the company to talk with them, I never got an answer and after waiting for 16 minutes I was hung up on. Durning that time I continued to call back then allowed them to call me back, and when I did I finally got to speak to someome. While on the phone with them I was informed that I had been charged another 69.99 as of today for another bottle of pills. When asking about a refund I was told that I would only get a 25% refund and then I did get upset and then I was told that the most that they could give me would be only a 50% refund and then for the other bottle of pills that they charged me for of 69.99 that I would get 100% refund as long as I send them the bottle back. Needless to say the bottle of pills that they sent me for the amount of 69.99 was opened when I received them.. So now what am I supposed to do?

ordered Forskolin in November. It was at a reduced price. After ordering I read that if you are on a betablocker(I'm on metoprolol for high blood pressure) that you should not take this product. I considered the initial purchase a loss and was defiantly not ordering more. I get a shipment of Forskolin and Cleanse energy2 with charges to my account for $79.99 and $69.99. I was unaware of being on a automatic reorder for this product. I'm sure there was fine print somewhere. I have original packaging for all orders and NO literature or anything was with the product explaining to cancel anything with this company. I do not think this is fair. I spoke with a manager at the call center and they are suppose to be crediting my account for 50% of sale. They did provide me with address for product. They had no other phone number but the call center. I do not have this kind of money to waste.I am disabled. There was a previous question on here if I was military. I was married to my husband for 30 years who was with the Army for 24 years. not sure what difference that makes. I just don't think business'should take advantages of people this way.

I received an email to try a free Pure Forskolin Premium product that promises to burn fat for free and I only had to pay for shipping. As I proceed to pay for the shipping and I finish putting my card number in the screen goes blank. I wasn't sure if the order was placed. Afterwards, I did receive an email that the order is processing. I received the product a few days later. In 14 days my account was charged $79.99. I called the company and I was told that there was a 14 day trial period. I explain that I was not aware of that and that the screen went blank after I put in my card information. My account was overdrawn because of the $79.99. I have never overdrawn on my account. If I knew that I was going to be charged $79.99 after 14 day of trial, I would have never ordered it. After calling on a few ocassions, I was able to get 75% back. I am still owed $19.99. I have read and heard other complaints of the same incident. Its not fair at all. Also, in the email it states that the payment for shipping would appear on my statement as MRSDEVE*HealthyProAdv. Their card services need to be cancelled because they have done this to a lot of people. I was told also that I can return the product but I wouldn't get any more money back. I signed up for a "FREE TRIAL" in which no where did it state that they would automatically bill me later on. Upon calling, I was basically told that there was nothing they could do and that I agreed to it when I clicked a box stating that I agreed to the terms, but there was no way to access any of these said terms. I even have the order confirmation email which states nothing about being charged another amount other than the shipping for the Free Trial. When I asked why they hid the terms instead of making them easily accessible, I was told because they could. The product that I tried did not live up to any of the claims the company makes about it. I was quite leery of this product and company to begin with and the only reason I tried was because of the claim that it would be a FREE trial of the product. All I requested was a refund for the additional amount of $79.99. The first representative offered a 50% refund and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she would only offer 25%.

This company has a Facebook page on which they offer a 15 day sample trial of Pure Forskolin. Nowhere on the page did I read that this was a repeating trial. $300 later I’m aware of that. When the company was contacted about this there was nothing they could do. I call it like I see it… Den of thieves. Don’t be suckered

I did not complete the order form on this site because they would not allow you just to get the one type with an intro price of 3.99. I did not agree to terms or check out. I did however receive 2 bottles in the mail. I thought that it would be the intro price. When I reviewed my bank statement - there was a fee of $69.99 and $79.99. I called to tell them I would return the pills and wanted a refund since I had no idea it would cost this much and the fact that I DID NOT EVEN ORDER THE ITEMS! They told me that I could not get a refund because it was past the 14 day guarantee - 1st I have heard of this. When I called and spoke to a supervisor, she told me she could refund 50% back. I told her I did not even continue with the order form and should not be made to pay such an outrages amount for a product that doesn't even work. Since I was still within the 30 days - I wanted a full refund. She told me there was no such guarantee. However, on their website - it clearly states a full 100% money back guarantee within 30 days. I agreed to pay the shipping for a free sample. I did not agree to a monthly subscription and was unaware that almost $160.00 per month has been drafted from my bank account for the months of Aug $79.25 and $78.94 and for the following months: Sept $79.20 and $78.94, Oct $79.20 and $78.94and Nov $79.20 and $78.94. Furthermore the email that I received in August only provided the amount paid in shipping and did not reference any details to terms or a timeframe of which I would need to cancel a subscription that I never applied for. This company is not willing to reimburse me the $620.00 that has been drafted out of my account. They offered to reimburse me for the most recent month if I return the product but that is it. This company was not upfront about the terms and has been unable and unwilling to provide those terms to me in writing. I want a full refund of the product which totals $632.61.

I ordered Forskolin and Cleanse Energy from this Company on Nov. 5, 2017. I received an email from their customer support stating that I was being billed 78.94 for their cleanse energy product which prompted me to contact the company. Upon looking at the email to locate a way to contact the company I found only a phone number for customer support. I contacted customer support on November 23rd 2017 and told them that I wanted a refund for the product, I did not order any more than the trial products. I was then informed that I was also being billed for the Forskolin as well which was $79.25. I informed the company that I wanted a refund and I did not want their product. I was then told that I could not get are refund because I did not contact them in time for a product refund. I bought the product under the impression that it was a 30 day trial of the products and I called well with in the 30 days to cancel my order. At that time I was told that I was provided a 14 day trial and a 15 day trial of each product and I should have called back on the 19th and 20th of November to get my refund. I asked the customer support rep to provide me the disclosure that states this and was told that there was not one for them to provide that it was provided to me at the time of purchase and that was it. On November 26th I contacted the customer support number again after several failed attempts to locate the name and contact information for the company. Once on the phone with their customer support center, I told them that I was looking for the contact information for the company because I was making a complaint about their improper marketing, false advertising, and not getting my money back for products that one I was mislead on how long the trial period was and two that I was not notified at all that I was going to be billed for the product, three that there was no way to access this so called disclaimer that states the time frame and such that I had to call to cancel my order. At the conclusion of my conversation with the customer support staff I have been told that I can only have 70% of my money refunded, $55.47 for one of the products and $55.25 for the other, and that I am responsible for shipping and handling to return the product. I was also told that the reason I was only being refunded 70% was due to me having opened the bottles and not being able to return them sealed. How is someone supposed to try a product with out opening the product to try. This company is a scam! I could not even find the name of the company from which the initial trial period product was purchased from.

This company charged me in error. They then claimed they refunded the money and my bank is telling me they never received it. The bank is telling the company is lying to me and that they never sent a refund.
