the aforementioned terms, located on our website, the 14 day subscription offer starts the day the order is placed, which was 1/4/18. You received a full 30 day supply of our product. If you did not wish to continue with your subscription, you were to call our 24/7 customer support center by the 14th day to cancel. We even provide the number directly on the product, so that it cannot be misplaced. The offer period ended on 1/17/18 , at which time you were thereby charged the full retail price of the products you received, and were given a monthly subscription to receive a new supply of these products right to your doorstep. This was explained at the bottom of the page from which you ordered, and again in the terms. We see that you called customer support on 1/22/18, to discuss the charges received, and that on 1/30/18 you called our customer service support line again, and accepted a 50% refund for the charges of $89.95 and $88.98. At this time, you have been refunded the remaining 50% of both charges at $44.01 and $45.46 for a full refund. A lead customer support agent will in touch shortly to ensure your satisfaction. I did receive some of my refund. They did not however refund me for the additional $89.95 the was charged on 3/5/18 and the additional $4.95 for handling. These need to be refunded to me as well. I did contactvthe company again after I received a message from someone by the name of Wendy she left a detailed message to tell me All charges would be refunded. She gave me a number to contact her back, which phone turned out to be the customer service number. I was told by Tia that the additional charge of $89.95 and the $4.95 charged on 3/5/15 would also be refunded. These two charges have not been refunded to my account as of today, 3/13/18.

I am rejecting this response because:Boy they are so very helpful regarding this situation. Here are the dates you requested: charged $88.98 and $89.95 on 2/20/18, those were both refunded on 3/9/18. There was a third charge to my account on 3/7/18 for the amount of $89.95. This charge has not been refunded to me as I'm sure they can see on their records. Thank you, [redacted]

At this time, the customer authorized the charges of $4.95 and $4.90 for the Pure Release Cream shipping price and Pure Eyes shipping price, respectively, for a total charge of $9.85 on this day.  The 14 day trial period was explained to Mr. [redacted]. The representative informed him that he could call our 24/7 customer support center at anytime before the end of his trial to provide us with valuable feedback pertaining to the product, and to let us know if he wished to continue receiving our products. The representative also confirmed Mr.[redacted]’ email address, where he was provided the terms and conditions of our trial.
