Dear Revdex.com Representative,Mr. [redacted] references a manufacturer safety recall in his rebuttal.  The recall does not have relation to Mr. [redacted]'s starting concern.Mr. [redacted] is able to schedule with any Honda dealership to address the recall.Bell Honda stands by our initial response to this Complaint.We appreciate the opportunity to respond.Best, Gizelle C[redacted]Compliance Director

The response from the business leaves out a lot that happened and says nothing about the vehicle price changing or the issue I had with the navigation. The response also leaves out the attitude and response from the sales team.

Response to complaint # [redacted]     We are in receipt of this complaint dated February 24, 2015.  It would appear that this complaint has somehow “duplicated” itself in the system.  This same complaint and complaint number was received by us on February 2,...

2015 and responded to and handled on February 6, 2015.   I have verified with [redacted] that he has received his refund check and has cashed it.  He also stated that he has attempted to go back into the Revdex.com site and retract his complaint against us.   Unless there is another issue, which [redacted] did not mention during our conversation, we are considering this complaint resolved.  Additionally, we would like to make sure that this “duplication” of the same complaint does not count against us in any way, in terms of our Revdex.com rating.   If you have any questions, I can be reached directly at [redacted]     [redacted] Controller

We are in receipt of [redacted] complaint dated November 17, 2014.  In reading his complaint, we do recognize that [redacted] wanted a refund of $867.  On October 8, 2014, check # [redacted] was issued in the amount of $338.77.  This check was made payable to Honda Finance, as they are...

the lienholder on the vehicle.[redacted] may have thought that this money was going directly to him, but because there is a lienholder, we are required to send it to them.  I am being told that [redacted] has some struggles with English at times and that is might have been a misunderstanding on his part.Additionally, we had been waiting for the remaining amount of $528.33 to be refunded directly from the product carrier to the lienholder, Honda Finance.  Upon investigating this, we discovered that the company still had not processed the cancellation claim.  We, therefore, are issuing a check ourselves (to Honda Finance) for this amount on behalf of [redacted].This brings the total refund (sent to Honda Finance) to $867.   We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused [redacted], however everything has now been handled.If there are any further questions concerning this matter, I can be reached directly at [redacted]Controller
