Well I had a great experience with Purpose Funding!! I worked with Mike T thru my refinance and couldn't be happier. Mike was super responsive and was always there whenever I called or had a question. Mike did everything he said he was going to, and got me exactly the rate I was looking for. Would definitely recommend Mike T and Purpose Funding!!!

I heard about Purpose Funding on 95.9 The Fish and called them about refinancing my condo. I spoke with [redacted] who couldn't have been nicer. He was always available via phone or email, willing to talk things through with me when I didn't understand something and explained the everything to me in language I could understand as we went along so I was clear about each step of the loan process. I never had a question as to [redacted]'s integrity or honesty during my loan, he was very upfront with all the fees and costs. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Although my credit is A+ Joe was very patient to answer all of our questions and believe me we had a lot of questions as this was our first time utilizing a financing home mortgage company due that we have been dealing in the past with Banks.
