PURSELLEY POOL & SPA SERVICE

We hired this company to provide us with weekly pool cleaning services. We mentioned that our water level seemed low. They said they would have someone come out and take a look. Then, they charged my $800.00 to "repair" a pool leak. They sent 2 men who did not speak English out to my home for 1.25 hours. and then would not provide written documentation as to what repairs were actually made or provide me a sufficient explanation of charges. I do not know how the $800 charge was calculated and would like an explanation. I emailed them asking for written documentation and then I spoke with a woman in the office. I have not received a response via email. The water level is still dropping and they did not fix the leak. The problem was not fixed, I spent $800 and have no idea what I spent my money on.
