Dear [redacted]:

This is in response to [redacted] complaint filed with your organization against PUSHPIN HOLDINGS LLC ("PUSHPIN").

PUSHPIN has recently acquired all of the rights, title interest to certain commercial equipment finance lease agreements and personal guarantees thereupon original held by Lease Finance Group LLC, on its own behalf and as assignee of GCN HOLDINGS LLC, as assignees of LEASE FINANCE GROUP, a division of CIT of FINANCIAL USA, INC. ("LFG"). In addition, the above-referenced commercial equipment finance lease was included in the purchase.

PUSHPIN has sent notification letters and conducted a series of telephone campaigns in an attempt to contact [redacted] of our intent to collect monies owed .

On and around July **, 2005 complainant entered into a 48 non-cancelable lease agreement. According to the Lease Agreement (enclosed), complainant "[redacted]" has agreed to reimburse the total funds that were provided upfront to acquire the equipment from their provider by making monthly lease payments. The monthly payment includes net payment of $90.15, sales tax and loss and damage waiver fee. The relevant terms were stated at the time complainant signed the lease agreement.

Complainant is to provide funds upfront in order for them to receive equipment of their choice as dictated by the needs of their business and use it to the benefit of the business. LFG fulfilled its obligation with the delivery of functioning equipment.

Pursuant to the terms of the lease agreement, on and after the inception of the lease agreement, it does not provide for unilateral termination by complainant, and in fact expressly sets forth the absolute and unconditional obligation of complaint to make all payments due under the lease agreement no matter the circumstance.

Review: This company has sent me a demand notice for a debt almost 20 years old. The debt was also settled on or about 2003. Because it is so old I have no further records. When I demanded contracts and other proof of the debt they just told me to pay it or else! FACTS: This debt is almost 20 years old, This debt would have been included in a bankruptcy of February 2008, if it was still owed and it was settled on or around 2003.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter saying this is closed and all actions have been ceased. I would also like an investigation by legal authorities for these fraudsters and to have them shut down!

Review: Several years ago I leased a credit card machine from The Equipment Processing Center, [redacted]. After closing my business I contact The Equipment Processing Center and advised them I had closed my business and how do I take care of the credit card machine that I had rented for several years. I was advised to mail the machine to the above address with my Return of equipment # [redacted]. I was advised I would be charged one additional month rental after they received the machine and that would take care of everything. They received the machine and as advised charged my one month additional rental on the machine. I received no withdrawls from my account from them Today I start receiving calls from Pushpin Holding demanding payment for past payments for over 6 months. According to The Equipment Processing Center all I was to do to end the lease contract was send the machine back and the one additional lease payment which had been paid. Now they say it has been handed over for collection and to the credit bureau.....Desired Settlement: I request this matter be taken care of immediately, this company seams to be a spam company and is billing me when I have in fact compleated my obligations with the company I leased the machine from....

Review: This company, sol called Pushpin Holdings, LLC keeps trying to collect a bill that was paid to the original creditor, another so called credit card processor that also has unethical practices. I have called them this day and left a message for them to NEVER contact this company again, and not only are we NOT going to pay them, if they keep pushing we are going to have our attorney file a suit against them.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting this company and asking for money that is not owed. They have probably purchased this so called debt from the other unethical company for pennies on the dollar and do not check their records or anything else, but just see how much money they can get out of people. They won't get a dime from Corn's Collision Center, Inc.

Review: I resolved my credit card lease agreement with the original company during the first quarter of 2008. I even spoke with this lease agreement company this morning and they informed me that I was free and clear with them. They also told me to totally ignore any type of "collection notice" related to my lease agreement.

This is at least the second year that Pushpin Holdings, LLC, has sent me a 'Final Demand' notice and expecting me to pay them a dollar figure or they are going to 'commence a civil action against me' which is wrong.

They say that "your delinquency has been reported to the credit bureaus as a chargeoff or collection account" as well. Which is wrongDesired Settlement: Pushpin Holdings needs to 1)clear me off their "books", 2)stop harassing & threating me about a closed account and 3)clear my case/account with any and all credit bureaus at Pushpins Holdings cost.

Review: Pushpin Holdings LLC is trying to collect a debt that is over 10 years old and was included in a bankruptcy that was discharged in 2005. This is the second attempt within the last 3 years. I do not appreciate the notification that if I don't pay the settlement amount that a judgment action will be taken against me. I am a single parent of 4 children living pay check to pay check paying my bills. This account was handled 10 years ago, and they need to leave me alone!Desired Settlement: To stop harassing me on an account over 10 years old.

Review: Pushpin has sent several claims to collect for a lease. We don't have any leases. Never have had any leases.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Pushpin Holdings LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted]. They claim to be collecting for a lease contract from several years ago. I requested a copy. No response.

Sincerely,

Review: I have received two letters stating I owe for an Equipment Lease Agreement. The latest is for $603. The most recent letter threatens civil action. I responded to the first letter in February stating that I'd closed the business and purchased the equipment from the lessor in order to end the lease. This all occurred in 2003 in California. I now live in VIrginia. I sent the letter certified with return receipt request. The post office confirms delivery via a firm list but the green bounce back card was never signed or returned. I have tried calling them at [redacted] X [redacted] the number in the letter -- but that number automatically transfer to a voice mail box with a voice mail box number of [redacted]. I cannot get this resolved either by mail or phoneDesired Settlement: stop the letters and stop further collection activity

Review: Received a letter from this Company on their letterhead signed by [redacted] Account Manager asking for a Final Demand on payment on an Equipment Lease Agreement. I never leased equipment. I called to find out particulars and the Company automatic greeting service states is an equipment leasing collection. I was transferred to [redacted] and he stated it was regarding a credit card balance I owed. This is bait & switch and false pretenses. I could not sleep the whole weekend thinking that my finances or ID has been stolen to lease equipment. I hope the State of New York puts a STOP to this practice.Desired Settlement: Stop them from doing this to other people and STOP contacting me.
