I purchased a marine audio unit model plcd36mrwIt worked fine for about a dozen times, then the screen went blank and no soundI troubleshot the unit checking incoming voltage and connections, fuses etcAll checked fine so I sent an email to the manufacturer via sales because I had a difficult time finding a phone number on their siteThere was no response so I sent another email to them and still no response weeks later, now my warranty has expired and I am stuck with a stereo that doesn't work and I cant get repaired!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved However, I must correct some misinformation The business claims that I did not supply them with all the information they requested I told them that, as the item was a Christmas gift, I didn't have a receipt Also, I don't recall them asking for an image of the item Lastly, they say that I made the complaint to the Revdex.com after they had already shipped out the replacement part This is true, but had they communicated with me that they were sending me the part--after numerous emails from me--that could have been avoided Sincerely, [redacted]

Really, really awful customer serviceTwelve emails, and phone calls Pyle has yet to replace the missing part I requested over a year ago

We show we had correspondence with the customer through ticket ***, which was opened 07/**/Customer was requesting parts for an item that was according to him given to him at ChristmasWe requested proof of purchase as well as image of the partCustomer was not able to provide eitherWe
processed his request on 07/**, and entered it as part order #***, as a warranty replacement even though they did not provide any additional information we requestedIt shows the customer received the parts we shipped out at no charge on 07/**/17, which is prior to the date this was filed 08/**/Part shows as shipped and delivered

Review: I purchased two tablets from this company which were horrible. I called [redacted] in which they sated they could not do anything since it was after 14days from purchase. They told me I need to contact Pyle. I could not find a phone # so I sent them an e-mail in which they responded to the fact that I could send tablets back along with $30 in order for them to ship back. I let them know they are still under warranty. They stated that they will only deal with the parts and does not pay for shipping even on items in warranty. I chose not to send them back because I thought that was horrible customer service practice. We originally only paid $118 for the tablets and that would 1/3 of the cost to just have them repair and send back and would prob be less that the amount asked so the are making an extra profit from the consumer. I then chose to send the products back with a letter stating that I would like a refund on both of the tablets. They received both tablet July [redacted] but never responded to request so I sent several other emails with no response as well. I finally found a phone # and called them and talked to a man named Morph and he stated they would not refund. I asked him if they could just fix the products and mail back to me and he said not unless they get the $30 to mail back. I let him know they were under warranty and he said that does not matter. I then simply asked him to just mail the broken tablets back and he stated that now that he has them he will not mail them back even broken with out me paying for them to be shipped back. I would like this company one to be shut down and two would like my money back so I can by my kids tablets from a reputable company with good customer service. I am also e-mailing the state attorney as well as I feel this is not good practice. So now I don't have tablets I paid for and cannot get them back unless I pay for them it is like I have to to pay a ransom fee to get them backDesired Settlement: My desired outcome is to get a full refund on my money to make a purchase from a reputable company
