Review: I purchased the "Pyle Sports PSNKW30P Snorkeling Master" watch on June **, 2013. Within three months the buttons on the watch stopped working, making the watch unusable. Since the watch is under a 1 year warranty and I have attempted to contact Pyle Audio to get either a refund or a replacement multiple times. Thus far I've received no response whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement watch shipped to me at no cost or a full refund for the malfunctioning product.

Review: I bought two Pyle PLBT72G stereos from [redacted]. Both units failed after the day window to return to [redacted] and or the original vendor. I was referred to the 1 year guarantee by both parties. I then made a formal complaint to Pyle about these units and they responded back with send it back and we will fix or replace it. I sent the first unit back to them Via [redacted] and that was on 10/*. They have been notified twice by [redacted] and have asked that [redacted] "HOLD ON" to the package. I have reached out repeatedly to them with no response. My ticket numbers are #[redacted] and #[redacted]. So there is no way anyone at Pyle can say I didn't contact them. I want this resolved and a working unit so I can have it back in my car or a refund.Desired Settlement: I want this resolved and a working unit so I can have it back in my car or a refund.

Review: I purchased speakers, model PLMRW85. 6 months after installing the protective grill fell off and was not able to be recovered. I tried to contact them more than fifteen times in two days order to PURCHASE a new grill. There is no customer service....at all. The customer service and sales prompts lead you to voice mailbox that is full. The only employees that awnser are in acounts recievable and shipping, which are rude and send my call over to the non functiong departments before allowing me to explain they have nobody awnsering those lines. The e-mails sent have not been reponded to.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a replacement grid.

Review: I purchased a pyle pro disco jam portable bluetooth speaker from this company speaker was not working in 2 wks from purchase date took speaker to the company in mint condition when was told to pick the radio back up it was damaged on the side and the grill of the radio was painted with a marker and the pyle emblem was taking off the speaker as well which that problem was rectified but the speaker is still not working currently with the same issues that I took it there forDesired Settlement: Issue me a refund back for this radio because it do not work correctly

Review: I purchased a Pyle marine stereo in 8/** from Road Entertainment Inc. It stopped working on 1/**. I contacted [redacted] and was told to send it and a $5.00 money order, for return postage. I received an email on 1/**/15 saying that it was received and that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to be returned. I still have not received my warranty service. I called several times (3/**, 3/**, 3/**, 3/** and several times that I did not get an answer), and have received nothing but a run around and broken promises to call me. I dealt with a '[redacted]' and he acted as if he could not find my stereo or ticket number ([redacted]) and asked multiple times for the same information (model, color, etc). Now they will not answer the phone when I call.Desired Settlement: I want a working replacement of the same model and color since they seem to have lost mine.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Sound Around Service Center has been resolved. After numerous phone calls, unreturned calls and finally filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, I received a replacement for my defective stereo. The 2 to 3 week promised turn around time for warranty repair turned into 12 weeks. Keep this in mind if buying a Pyle product.

Review: Pyle Audio shipped me a musical instrument, which arrived broken, and when I filed a service ticket, they said that their policy was that damage was not covered under their policy. Customers should not patronize this company which take no responsibility for careful shipping practices.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like to have the item replaced, but as I've been told through the Pyle Audio customer service department that shipping damage is not covered in their policy, I do not expect this. At a minimum, I want to warn other potential customers of the lack of responsibility of this company, and to spend their money elsewhere.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I received a call from an alleged employee of Pyle Audio, who sounded drunk or not fluent in English, who told me that he would "see what he could do" if I sent the item back with money to cover shipping and handling. I immediately called Pyle's parent company, [redacted], who said he would send a replacement after I provided documentation and pictures, which I was happy to do. He told me that they often have complaints about Pyle Audio's warranty department.I will still never do business with Pyle Audio again, and would not recommend them to other consumers.

Review: Purchased Stereo Receiver and the remote control never worked. I provided proof of purchase and they agreed to send replacement. I paid shipping fee of $7.00 and never got the remote. The vendor went dark and has a terrible customer service department. They have a ticket system but rarely respond.Desired Settlement: Send remote PT260A as promised.

I purchased a marine audio unit model plcd36mrw. It worked fine for about a dozen times, then the screen went blank and no sound. I troubleshot the unit checking incoming voltage and connections, fuses etc. All checked fine so I sent an email to the manufacturer via sales because I had a difficult time finding a phone number on their site. There was no response so I sent another email to them and still no response weeks later, now my warranty has expired and I am stuck with a stereo that doesn't work and I cant get repaired!

Review: I purchased a product from Pyle Audio through Woot.com in September, a write on light up LED board. It stopped working in mid-October. I contacted Pyle audio's customer service department who is now refusing to send me a replacement board. They insist that I must pay for shipping the board to them and enclose a money order to cover return shipping. Due to the size of the board, this will cost more than what I paid for the board. This was never stated in the warranty information when I purchased the board, otherwise I would not have purchased it. Customer service is not willing to work with me to get a resolution.Desired Settlement: I want a new board shipped to me at no cost.

Review: I returned a [redacted] boat stereo to Pyle for warranty service in July, 2013. I was contacted a couple of times about the stereo, but it was never returned. For the past month, I have contacted them 2-3 times per week; the warranty dept lost my stereo; they said they would find it or send a replacement. The past several times I have called, they said they would ship it by close of business. Today when I called again, they said they would ship it today, they had lost my contact info (again) despite 4 emails with info included, numerous phone calls wherein the info was given, etc.Desired Settlement: I want either the original or another stereo to put back in my boat. We are leaving on vacation in 2 days, so for the second trip so far, I will be without a radio.

Review: I purchased a PT210 Amp in October of 2014 for a job my company was doing, not even 2 months later and the amp started making a awful screeching noise. I contacted Pyle and was told that they wouldn't refund my money, but they'd fix the amp, but that I was going to have to pay return shipping plus send a $15 money order for them to return the item after it had been repaired. So total I'm looking at $33 in shipping to fix an item I spent $70 on. Their products are junk and I'm not wasting another cent on anything they have. I will take my business elsewhere!Desired Settlement: I want my money back!

Review: Bought a set of bathroom scales that were defective. Spent $15 to mail them back and they sent me a pair worse than the original. I have photos.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to reimburse me just $50 and we'll call it even. These scales are useless and I am not spending more of my money to ship back another set of scales.

Review: Ordered a product from these guys and was supposed to get a email with the tracking number on March ** haven't received a email they and keep giving me the runaround about 12 business days to deliver, now they're saying 14 business days.Desired Settlement: My shipment or a full refund

Review: Sent in for warranty repair within a year of purchase. Had to pay shipping to and from customer total of about $65.00. Received item back not working. Talked to tech support and they said they would pay for shipping both ways to get it repaired, never received prepaid shipping label; so I paid another $45.00 to ship unit back. Shipped back in September 2013 they said it was repaired and wanted to charge me $25.00 return shipping. After numerous calls they waived the fee. I eventually got the unit back 12/**; that's over 3 months later. I received the unit damaged, it had been dropped. Contacted Pyle, they told me I had to file a claim with UPS; usually the shipper does this, not the receiver. After claim process they sent me a used unit, that is dirty and has alot of wear; I sent them a unit that was less than a year old and only used twice. I do not want a used worn unit. They never return phone calls or emails, absolutely horrible service.Desired Settlement: Refund my purchase price. If they really wanted to satisfy me they would refund purchase price, including all my shipping charges.

Review: I purchased a Pyle Speaker PPHP1285A at the beginning of June 2014. It started having problems towards the end of June. The speaker would play low and then kick in high. There was no bass as if it was only playing through the tweeters. I was pass my return period. I contacted the warranty department and they said I was still within my warranty timeframe and they guaranteed they would resolve this issue. I paid almost $50 shipping the speaker to them. It took over 2 weeks for them to send the speaker back. Within the timeframe that I was waiting I was contacted by [redacted] which stated that my speaker was shipped. I asked him for a shipping # and he became very rude. He started talking about how they don't provide shipping #'s. I finally called back several times and got the shipping # from another employee. Once I received the speaker I realized that the speaker had been dropped busting the plastic case that covers the speaker. They tried to weld on the plastic and close the hole. The back of the speaker was scratched up and the voltage case was broken and the red voltage was hanging. I plugged the speaker up and It has stopped working completely. I contacted them and let them know exactly what happened. The [redacted] was rude and told me to sell the [redacted] to someone broke or buy a new one. He then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to [redacted] which told me he can get it replaced and send me a new one. Somehow, [redacted] got on the phone and wanted to argue about what happened and said the speaker was like that when they received it. I explained to him if you received it like that I should have been contacted regarding this problem. I could of then filed a claim through FedEx. No one gave them permission to weld the side of the speaker cabinet. Now the entire speaker won't turn on. I'm screwed and they are very unprofessional. I am out of a speaker, it is in worse shape then I sent it in, and by them welding it my claim has been automatically voided through FedEx.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a refund. I would also like a replacement if possible. If a replacement is sent, I would have to know for sure it was shipped before sending the old one back. They are very unprofessional and there is no guarantee that you will receive exactly what they are saying they would send you.

Review: I bought a PADH212 Speaker on march ** 2014 after a month and about two weeks the product broke , it broke as follow I was connecting my stereo to the speaker and the Terminal plate with crossover network (this is what they call it im guessing) just broke and make a loud sound taking the speaker and my stereo with it , the speaker is label as a HEAVY DUTY speaker , now I try to get a refund from the place bought it ([redacted]) but it already had past the month and I could not get it , now I try to get the manufacture warranty I sent email to get the information I need it to sent it , now most manufacturer pay for the shipping you don't, now another company was talking on my behalf to the manufacture because you decided to pay for the shipping for the item, but here is my problem I DO NOT own a car big enough to transport the speaker , its a 65 lbs speaker and pretty tall and I can not take it to the shipping terminal , now if I try too get someone from the shipping company to come and pick it up, it cost more then the speaker cost, now you responded as follow on an email "If the customer is unwilling or unable to ship the item in for service. The only option would be to try to assist him in parts, if they are willing to diagnose the individual components of the speaker cabinet we can have them send in only the defective parts." now you have the tenacity of suggesting that im "unwilling " to ship the item after all the stress and trouble you have cause me and all the things I have try and communicate to you seriously , also " try to assist him in parts " what am I a professional builder of speaker because if I was I would not had to buy your speaker, I would of just make my own.Desired Settlement: I just want a full refund I dont want to deal with your company in the future at all
